WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Eizariya town roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 14:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Anata town junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 09:20 and again at 19:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, stormed the home of Mohammad Obied {who was killed by Israeli forces} and removed his pictures and Palestinian flags then clashed with several residents and assaulted 3 residents.
2. At 19;30, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and clashed with several residents as they stormed a merchant shop.

Detention

At 18:40 on July 29th 2019, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Khalid Khaalil and Fayeq Habash during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village {as mentioned in the previous report}.

Physical Assault

At 19:50, Israeli forces assaulted 3 residents: Khalid Abu Shamlat and his 2 sons during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village.

Assault on medical sector

At 12:30, Israeli forces stormed Al-Makkasid Hospital in Jerusalem city and clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several rooms in the hospital as they were searching for a patient.

Attack

1.At 12:30, Israeli forces positioned at Bir Ayoub area located in Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 12:30,Israeli forces positioned in Al-Sa'diya neighborhood located in the old city of Jerusalem fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 12:30,Israeli forces positioned in Al-Makkasid Hospital in Jerusalem city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several rooms in the hospital as they were searching for a patient.
4. At 19:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Abu Dis town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

Settlement Activities

On June 30th 2019, Israeli authorities with the participation of United States Ambassador David Friedman and White House Middle East envoy Jason Greenblatt, opened the first section of the tunnel called Path of the Pilgrims, which starts from Al Ain Road to Wadi Hilweh Road in Silwan and is approximately 350 Meters long and 7 meters wide, and will be completed after about a year, to reach the courtyard of the Magharba Gate in the Old City of Jerusalem.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On June 30th 2019,Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city is open to residents exiting from the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 10:00 until 23:00 daily, and is open for the entry of residents into the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 06:00 Until 22:00 daily and on Friday the checkpoint will be open from 07:00 until 23:00 and on Saturday will be open from both directions from 10:00 until 23:00.

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 11:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Um Safa village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 20:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and detained 3 residents.
2. At dawn on July 1st 2019, Israeli forces raided Deir Abu Mash'al village then stormed and searched several homes.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Uday Ziad Alian, Moatasem Farid Sheikh Yusuf and Mohammed Bajas Nakhla during their raid into Al-Jalazoun camp.

At 20:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Al-Jalazoun camp.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Arka village, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 17:30.

Raid

At 04:45, Israeli forces raided Maythaloun town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched 2 homes, detained a residents and confiscated a tractor.

Detention

1. On the evening of June 30th 2019, Israeli forces detained Radi Yahya Khadour {a resident of Annin vilage} near Um Al-Rihan village located behind the wall.
2. Israeli forces detained Murad Mir'i Na'irat in Maythaloun town.

Attack

1. At 16:20, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they set up a flying checkpoint at the entrance of Arka village.
2. At 04:45, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched 2 homes during their raid into Maythaloun town.

Confiscation of Property

At 04:45, Israeli forces confiscated a tractor owned by Murad Mir'i Ma'rat after detaining him during their raid into Maythaloun town.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Harmish" settlement, temporarily seized a Palestinian Police force vehicle occupied by 2 Palestinian Police officers then allowed it to pass through at 12:45.

Provocation of Palestinian Forces

At 11:55, Israeli forces positioned at a checkpoint near "Harmish" settlement temporarily seized a Palestinian Police force vehicle occupied by 2 Palestinian Police officers: Osama Tawfiq Ammar and Mahmoud Yusef Sa'ada then allowed it to pass through at 12:45.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces raided Jayyous town.
2. At 11:15, Israeli forces raided Assalat village until 14:00.
3. At 11:20, Israeli forces raided Azzun village until 14:00.
4. At 13:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Nabi Eliyas village, stormed a home and summoned Usayed Taysir Radwan to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
5. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Izbit Al-Ashqar village.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 10:30 and again at 02:10, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 04:00
2. At 12:00, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed archaeological sites in the village.

Attack

At 02:10, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Nablus city.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

At 16:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town and handed out leaflets warning citizens against the continued throwing of stones and empty bottles at the occupation forces, and threatened to set up checkpoints, raid, arrests and withdraw work permits.

Confiscation of Property

At 10:25, Israeli forces positioned in Karm Al-Hadad area in Betar village confiscated a bulldozer as it was constructing a road {which connects Betar village and Al-Makhmour area in Beit Jallah city}.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Khursa village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:20, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the entrance of Beit Ummar town and Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 20:10.

Settlers Attacks

On the evening of June 30th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers positioned at Al-Shuhada road in the old city of Hebron assaulted a resident using a steel object and as a result left him hospitalized with a bruises and cuts on his arm.

Injuries

Idris Zuhda was hospitalized with a bruises and cuts on his arm after he was assaulted by a group of Israeli settlers armed with steel objects at Al-Shuhada road in the old city of Hebron.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
