WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Anata town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the North junction of Al-Ram town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 23:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, clashed with several residents and as a result injured a child {wound in the eye}.
2. On the evening on July 9th 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Jaderah village , temporarily detained 2 children then released them at a later time.

Detention

At 21:50, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem detained Sami Mohammad Yusef {A resident of Shuqba village in Ramallah & Al-Bireh district}.

Temporary Detention

On the evening of July 9th 2017, Israeli forces temporarily detained 2 children: Khatab Mohammad Hussien Barjas [11 years old} and Hindi Nassar Al-Hindi {12 years old} during their raid into Al-Jaderah village.

Attack

1. At 23:15, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village and as a result injured a child.
2. At 24:00, Israeli forces positioned in Abu Dis town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured the child: Nour Ayman Hamdan {14 years old} during confrontations in Al-Eisawiya village.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and provoked worshiper.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 22:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles until 23:50.

Raid

At 09:35, Israeli forces raided Bir Zeit town.

Detention

At 18:50, Israeli forces positioned at Beit Sira Military checkpoint detained Dina Riyad Talib Hamad {A resident of Silwad town} as he was visiting his wife who is imprisoned in Israeli Jails.

JENIN

Raid

At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalmah village and detained 2 residents after storming and searching their homes.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Thaer Abu Farha and Ahmad Waleed Sha'ban in Jalma village.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 09:40, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" village until 11:00.

Raid

At 03:20, Israeli forces raided Beit Lid town until 05:00.

Detention

At 10:40, Israeli forces detained Aysar Ahmad Talib Thiyab {A resident of Tulkarem city}.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:15 and again at 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00
2. At 02:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqilya city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya city, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 05:45.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Nidal Ismail Abu Al-Sheikh and Khamis Al-Ghalban in Qalqilya city.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 14:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Beit Furik Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 15:30.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Sarah village junction {located along the main road connecting Nablus and Qalqilya} then searched residents and vehicles until 10:30.
2. At 21:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Marab'a area junction located near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 23:10.

Temporary Detention

At 01:25, Israeli forces positioned near "Shave Shamron" settlement temporarily detained Biyan Mohammad Saba' {A resident of Nablus city} then released him at a later time.

SALFIT

Raid

1. At 22:55, Israeli forces raided Kafil Harris town while escorting a group of Israeli settlers who stormed archaeological sites in the area.
2. At 01:05, Israeli forces raided Bidya town, stormed and searched several homes then withdrew at 04:50.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:20 and again at 15:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 15:55
2. At 18:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 19:10.

Temporary Detention

At 21:00, Israeli forces positioned at Allenby bridge temporarily detained Faysal Mohammad Ismail Hadib {A resident of Tulkarem camp} then released him at a later time.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Walja village then searched residents and vehicles until 12:30.
2. At 23:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Khader town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 19:35, Israeli forces raided Um Salmuna village and stormed several homes.
2. At 23:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town, clashed with several residents as they stormed a home.
3. At 06:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and detained 3 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mohammad Yusef Milhim, Haydar Izzat Mohammad Abu Daya and Yazan Yusef Hassan Mana' in Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city.

Temporary Detention

At 20:50, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Bariya area located near Teqou' town temporarily detained Yahya Qayed Khalaf Jibril then released him at a later time.

Attack

1. At 23:25, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed a home during their raid into Al-Khader.
2. At 06:10, Israeli forces fired live ammunition,stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sa'ir town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 22:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Abu Sneineh neighborhood in the old city of Hebron then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, detained 2 residents and summoned Ra'fat Al-Joulani to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
2. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Ithna and Yatta towns.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Uday Mohammad Abu Turki and Anas Na'im Masak in Hebron city.

Settlers Attacks

At 08:50, a Israeli settler vehicle travelling along road {60} near the entrance of Al-Arub camp ran over Abeer Bassam Ahmad Jawabra and as a result left her hospitalized with contusions.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 3rd 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip

•The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza District.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

*Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

On the morning of July 9th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores Al-Waha area located in North West Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

On the morning of July 9th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire fire towards agricultural land in east Gaza city.

KHAN YUNIS

Detention

At 22:00 on July 9th 2017, Israeli forces detained 2 unidentified residents as they attempted to climb the border fence into Israel from east Khuza'a town.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
