WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Qalandiya village then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

1. At 11:30, Israeli forces positioned near "Malee Adumim" settlement located in east Jerusalem city detained Yazan Jamal Hassan Attallah {A resident of Abu Dis town}.
2. At 19:00, Israeli forces detained Ahmad Idikat {A resident of the old city of Jerusalem}.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30,a group of Israeli settlers and 3 Israeli Parliament members {including Yehuda Glick} under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

At 09:10, the Israeli Military intensified their restrictions at "Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Beit Ur Al-Tahta and Beit Ur Al-Foqa villages then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 12:15, Israeli forces raided Ein Arik village, stormed a home and summoned Hamza Abdel-Fattah Manasra to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
2. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Deir Ijreir village until 03:00.
3. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Kafr Malik village, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 04:30.
4. At dawn on July 10th 2018, Israeli forces raided Silwad town and detained 3 residents.
5. At dawn on July 10th 2018, Israeli forces raided Rantis village then stormed and searched several homes.

Detention

1. At 18:25, Israeli forces detained Husam Nathier Abdallah {A resident of Rantis village}.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Yahya Mahmoud Hamad, Jihad Zaher Hamad and Mohammad Zaher Hamad in Silwad town.

Attack

At 02:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Kafr Malik village.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 10:20, Israeli forces raided Barta'a Al-Sharqiya town, served military orders for the demolition of 2 homes owned by Mohammad Wahbi Qubha and Falah Hassan Qubha for allegdly being built without a licence.
2. At 05:30, Israeli forces raided Qabatiya town and detained a resident.
3. At dawn on July 10th 2018, Israeli forces raided Sannur village and detained 2 residents.
4. At dawn on July 10th 2018, Israeli forces raided Jenin city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Hisham Omar Zakarna in Qabatiya town.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Layth Fuad Gharbiya and Tariq Ziyad Gharbiya in Sanur village.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Waleed Jalmana and Ghassan Adnan Al-Atrash in Jenin city.

At dawn on July 10th 2018, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Jenin city.

Settlers Attacks

On July 9th 2018, a group of Israeli settlers positioned in the area between "Maskiyot" and "Rotem" settlement located near Ein Al-Hilwa area of the North Jordan valley and installed a mobile trailer in the area.

TULKAREM

1. At 13:50 and again at 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city, temporarily detained a child then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 14:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Jayyous and Azzun towns then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 14:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jinsafut village then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Habla town tunnel {located at the south entrance of Qalqiliya city} then searched residents and vehicles.
5. At 22:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
6. At 22:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

At 01:55, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city and detained 2 residents.

1. At 01:45 on July 9th 2018, Israeli forces detained Baha Abdel-Kareem Abu Hamad during their raid into Qalqiliya city.
2. Israeli forces detained Nour Al-Din Mohammad Ahmad Qassim Daud and Nasser Tallal Bayda in Qalqiliya city.

Temporary Detention

At 13:50, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near the east entrance of Qalqiliya city temporarily detained Zeid Ammin Abu Haniya {17 years old} then released him at a later time.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Nablus city and Assira Al-Shamaliya town then detained a resident.

Detention

At 10:20, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located in the area between Nablus city and Assira Al-Shamaliya town detained Ala Abu Khdeir.

SALFIT

Raid

At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Qarwat Bani Hassan town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Muhtasib Mahmoud Assi in Qarwat Bani Hassan town.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:55, Israeli forces set up a flying checkpoint along Al-Mu'arajat road {which connects Ramallah and Jericho districts} then searched residents and vehicles until 19:15.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

At 06:50, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem and Al-Duhisheh camp, detained 3 residents in the camp then withdrew at 07:55.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mohammad Marouf Al-Trash, Majdi Ma'rouf Al-Atrash and Mohammad Yusef Mohammad Al-Atrash in Al-Duhisheh camp.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 08:45 and again at dawn on July 10th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Thahriya town, clashed with several residents, stormed and searched several homes, detained a resident then confiscated 2 vehicles.
2. On the morning of July 9th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Shiyoukh town then stormed and searched a home.
3. At dawn on July 10th 2018, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, opened fire towards a resident as they stormed and searched his home and as as result left him injured then detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 00:10, Israeli forces detained Sundus Al-Aza at Al-Shuhada' road in the old city of Hebron.
2. Israeli forces detained Sharhabeel Nassar Makhamra in Al-Thahriya town.
3. Israeli forces detained Sayf Bassam Abu Aysha in Hebron city.

2. At dawn on July 10th 2018, Israeli forces opened fire towards a resident after storming and searching his home during their raid into Hebron city.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Mohammad Ali Rubbin Abu Aysha after opening fire towards his as they stormed and searched his home during their raid into Hebron city.

Confiscation of Property

At dawn on July 10th 2018, Israeli forces confiscated 2 vehicles owned by Sharhabil Nassar Makharza after detaining him as they stormed and searched his home during their raid into Al-Thahriya town.

New Military Post

On July 9th 2018, Israeli forces installed several tents on a plot of land {approximately 4 dunums} owned by Jabr family located in Wadi Al-Hooseen area located in Hebron city and parked several military vehicles in the area.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding opening fire towards North Gaza and Central Gaza districts.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Khan Yunis districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Raid

At 16:30 on July 9th 2018, Israeli forces escorting military bulldozers stormed 100 m into the vicinity of North Beit Lahiya town and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 18:30.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Raid

At 10:45 on July 9th 2018, Israeli forces escorting military bulldozers stormed 50 m into the vicinity of east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood located in east Gaza city and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 13:30

CENTRAL GAZA

Raid

At 09:00 on July 9th 2018, Israeli forces escorting military bulldozers stormed 100 m into the vicinity of east Al-Buriej camp and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 13:30.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 12:00 on July 9th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 00:15 on July 9th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of residents and for the entry of emergency humanitarian and medical supplies.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
