WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Al-Eisawiya village then detained 2 residents.

Raid

At dawn on July 10th 2019, Israeli forces raided Hizma town, stormed and searched several homes and demolished a cement wall in Talabas neighborhood for allegedly being built without a licence.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint at the east entrance of Al-Eisawiya village detained 2 residents: Ammar Obied and Yusef Obeid.

Destruction of Property

1. On July 9th 2019, Israeli forces demolished foundations and columns of building as well as leveling a plot of land approximately 700 m2 owned by Daoud Odwan in Al-Shiekh Anbar neighborhood in Al-Za'im town for allegedly being built without a licence.
2. At dawn on July 10th 2019, Israeli forces demolished a cement wall in Talabas neighborhood in Hizma town for allegedly being built without a licence.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On July 9th 2019,Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city is open to residents exiting from the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 10:00 until 23:00 daily, and is open for the entry of residents into the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 06:00 Until 22:00 daily and on Friday the checkpoint will be open from 07:00 until 23:00 and on Saturday will be open from both directions from 10:00 until 23:00.

Flying Checkpoints

At 23:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Jalazoun camp then searched residents and vehicles until 00:50.

Detention

On July 9th 2019, Israeli forces detained Ahmad Awad Sarour {a resident of Ni'lin town} as he was reporting to Israeli intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.

Settlers Attacks

At dawn on July 10th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Ni'lin town, slashed the tires of several vehicles and spray painted aniti arab slogans on houses.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 22:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Qad village then searched residents and vehicles until 02:15.
2. On July 9th 2019, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Araba town junction and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near Araba town junction detained Islam Al-Shalbi {a resident of Jenin city}.

Attack

At 11:20, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Salem Military base opened fire towards a residents {for allegedly throwing a homemade explosive device} and as a result injured him.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Jallal Mahmoud Hussien Jalghoum {50 years old}{a resident of Jalqamous village} after opening fire towards him for allegedly throwing a homemade explosive device near the entrance of Salem Military base.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 13:55,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 15:50.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Hablat town and Ras Atiya village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafr Laqif village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 14:20, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qaddum village.
2. At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Kafr Thulth town, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 05:15.
3. At 03:20, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city, detained a resident then withdrew at 05:15.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Imad Zahran in Qaqiliya city.

Confiscation of Property

On the afternoon of July 9th 2019, Israeli forces confiscated a bulldozer owned by Suhayeb Jamal as he was doing construction work on agricultural land owned by Barham family located in the North east area of Kafr Qaddum village.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 15:55,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Huwara" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:15, Israeli forces positioned near "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles until 10:30.
2. At 14:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Assira Al-Shamaliya town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 18:45, Israeli forces set up 5 checkpoints in Al-Muraba' area near the entrance of Tel village , Aqraba and Beita town junctions, the entrance of Sara village and at Deir Sharaf village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:45, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints and the east and west entrances of Marda village and detained a resident.

Raid

1. At 08:50, Israeli forces raided Yassuf village until 09:50.
2. At 20:50, Israeli forces raided Kafil Harris town, clashed with several residents as they stormed several merchant shops, detained a resident then withdrew at 23:00.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a checkpoint located at the east entrance of Marda village detained Mohammad Nour-Al-Din Ahmad Ibrahim.
2. Israeli forces detained Anas Ahmad Abu Hamad in Kafil Harris town.

Attack

At 20:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several merchant shops during their raid into Kafil Harris town.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 23:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Malee Evrim" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:10,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction{located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 11:40.
2. At 20:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 02:15.

Raid

At 01:05, Israeli forces raided Husan village, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 02:45.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammed Sabri Said Shousha and Bassam Mahmoud Attia Shousha in Husan village.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp then searched residents and vehicles until 20:00.
2. At 19:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 20:30.

House Demolition

At 16:35, Israeli forces demolished a home owned by Rashid Ismail Abu Hadid inn Khirbiet Birouq area located in North East Yatta town for allegedly being built without a licence.

Settlers Attacks

On July 9th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers from "Kiryat Arbaa" settlement located in east Hebron city leveled a plot of land approximately 24 dunums owned by Abdel-Samad Jaber which is located near the settlement.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .

•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza district.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza district.

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

At 07:30 on July 8th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in North West Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 16:00 on July 9th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
