WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Military Checkpoints

At 10:00, Israeli forces closed Qalandiya Military checkpoint {after a shoot out between 3 Israeli youths from Um Al-Fahim village located inside Israel and 3 Israeli Police officers} thus impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening it at a later time.

Detention

1. At 02:00 on July 14th 2017, Israeli forces detained Eliyas Khader Al-Awar in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. On the morning of July 14th 2017, Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Tariq Al-Khayat, Tariq Sanduqa and Majed Al-Tamimi {All are guards at Al-Aqsa Mosque compound}.
3. At 09:00, Israeli forces detained Awad Abu Ramouz in Jerusalem city for allegedly carrying a knife.
4. At 13:35, Israeli forces detained positioned at Al-Salasleh Gate {A main gate entrance leading to Al-Aqsa mosque compound} in the old city of Jerusalem detained Mohammad Abu Shusha {A resident of Jerusalem city}.
5. On the evening of July 14th 2017, Israeli forces positioned near Bab Al-Sahara Gate {A main gate entrance leading to Al-Aqsa mosque compound} in the old city of Jerusalem detained Ahmad Muna {A residents of Jerusalem city}.

Temporary Detention

1. On the morning of July 14th 2017, Israeli forces temporarily detained 55 residents including 10 Security guards at Al-Aqsa mosque {after a shoot out between 3 Israeli youths from Um Al-Fahim village located inside Israel and 3 Israeli Police officers which left 3 residents dead and 2 Israeli Police officers} then released them at a later time.
2. On July 14th 2017, Israeli forces temporarily detained Dr. Mohammad Jadallah after storming his home then released him at a later time.
3. On July 14th 2017, Israeli forces temporarily detained Al-Shiekh Mohammad Hussien {The Grand Mufti of Jerusalem} then released him at a later time.

Attack

1. At 18:50, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning in Abu Dis town and as a result left 6 residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 19:15, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Ram town junction fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 5 residents ,left 3 residents with severe burns and 16 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 6 unidentified residents in Abu Dis town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

On July 14th 2017, Israeli forces closed all main gate entrances leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque compound and prevented worshipers from conducting friday prayers and forced residents to pray outside the gate of Al-Aqsa mosque compound during which the Israeli Minister of Interior and several Israeli Police and Military force officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound {after a shootout between 3 armed individuals carrying Israeli Identification cards {All are residents of Um Al-Fahim city located inside Israel}.

Closure of main Roads

At 07:00 on July 14th 2017, Israeli forces closed the west entrance of Al-Issawiya village and reopened it at a later time.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Turmusaya town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.
2. At 23:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Abboud town junction then searched residents and vehicles until 01:00.
3. At 00:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Sawiya village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 03:45, Israeli forces raided Awarta town until 04:45.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 14:45, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 17:25.

Raid

At 19:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Ras village until 19:50.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Azzun town bridge {located along the main road connecting Qalqilya and Tulkarem districts} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 01:05, Israeli forces raided Immatin village until 03:00.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya city, summoned Mohammad Attah Zahran to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning then withdrew at 04:00.

Demonstrations

At 13:40, a demonstration took place in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance during which they clashed with Israeli forces tried to disrupt the demonstration by firing rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators who attempted to reach the demonstration site.

At 19:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba'a area located near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 20:30.

At 01:45, Israeli forces raided Beit Furiq town until 02:40.

Settlers Attacks

At 11:30, a group of Israeli settlers stormed archeological sites in Sabastiya village then withdrew under the protection of Israeli Military forces at 15:45.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan then searched residents and vehicles until 13:00.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jurat Al-Sham'a village then searched residents and vehicles until 17:50.
2. At 16:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 19:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North Entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 20:20.

Attack

At 19:40, Israeli forces positioned at the west entrance of Teqou' town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Settlers Attacks

On July 14th 2017, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near Al-Faradis village stoned residents and vehicles travelling along the main road.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Huwawer {located at the North entrance of Halhul town} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 15:20, Israeli forces forces set up a checkpoint Beit Einun villages then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 15:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Beit Fajjar town and Shiyoukh Al-Arub village then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 15:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Sa'ir and Bani Na'im towns then searched residents and vehicles.
5. At 17:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 03:20 on July 14th 2017, Israeli forces raided Dura town and detained 2 residents.
2. At 20:40, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.

Detention

1. At 20:50, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ahmad Abdel-Fattah Sha'rawi and Shadi Maher Abdel-Fattah Abu Wahdan in the old city of Hebron.
2. Israeli forces detained Kayed Mohammad Al-Fasfous and Mu'taz Mahmoud Abu Zeinid in Dura town.

Settlers Attacks

At 13:00, Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land near "Adura" settlement and sabotaged several water wells owned by Nasser Suliman Haja which are used for agricultural purposes.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 3rd 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip.

• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

*Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At dawn on July 15th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in West Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
