WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Biddu town then searched residents and vehicles.

Attack

On the evening of July 16th 2017, Israeli forces positioned in the old city of Jerusalem fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they attempted to enter Al-Aqsa mosque after Israeli forces closed the main entrance gate.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

On July 15th 2017, Israeli forces continued its closure of all the main gate entrances leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque compound and prevented worshipers from conducting friday prayers and forced residents to pray outside the gate of Al-Aqsa mosque compound during which the Israeli Minister of Interior and several Israeli Police and Military force officers stormed and searched Al-Aqsa mosque compound including the Dome of the Rock.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 07:50 on July 15th 2017 and again at 19:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Atarah town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 00:15.
2. At 08:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ibzi' village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 09:40 and again at 19:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Shuqba village then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 10:25 and again at 19:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
5. At 12:55 and again at 19:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Abboud town then searched residents and vehicles.
6. At 19:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Um Safaa village then searched residents and vehicles.
7. At 20:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Deir Ghassaneh and Kafr Al-Dik towns then searched residents and vehicles.
8. At 23:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Rawabi city roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
9. On July 15th 2017, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Taybeh town junction {located along Al-Mu'arajat road connecting Ramallah and Jericho districts} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 17:15, Israeli forces raided Khirbithat Bani Harith village until 19:45.
2. At 02:05, Israeli forces raided Awarta and Beit Rima towns, Mazari' Al-Nubani, Deir Al-Sudan and Kafr Ein villages, stormed and searched several homes and a chicken coup in Kafr Ein village and opened fire towards Ammar Ahmad Khalil Al-Terawi {33 years old} and as a result killed him and injured another resident who was later detained.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village detained Akram Abdallah Dakhlallah {A resident of Kafr Al-Dik town in Salfit district}.
2. Israeli forces detained Lutfi Mohammad Khalil in Kafr Ein village after wounding him.

Attack

At 02:05, Israeli forces opened fire towards a resident and as a result killed him and injured another resident during their raid into Kafr Ein village.

Killings

Israeli forces killed Ammar Ahmad Khalil Al-Terawi {33 years old} after opening fire towards him as they stormed and searched a chicken coup during their raid into Kafr Ein village.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Lutfi Mohammad Khalil in Kafr Ein village.

Closure of main Roads

At 08:30, Israeli forces closed all entrances leading to Sinjil town then reopened it at a later time.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beit Lid town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.

Raid

At 21:40, Israeli forces raided Izbit Shufa and Khirbeit Jabrah villages until 00:40.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba' area located near Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafr Al-Dik then searched residents and vehicles.
2. On the evening of July 15th 2017, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Bidya town and Masaha village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 08:30, Israeli forces raided Salfit city.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 23:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nabi Musa area {located along the main road connecting Jericho and Jerusalem} then searched residents and vehicles until 02:50.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Marah Rabah village then searched residents and vehicles until 16:25.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 00:55, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city and Al-Doha town, clashed with several residents near Al-Aza and Al-Duhusheh camps in the city, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 04:45.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ayman Fadil Abdallah Daghamin in Al-Doha town.

Attack

1. At 01:55, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Duhisheh camp fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Doha town.
2. At 02:30, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Aza camp in Bethlehem city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Karatina area in the old city of Hebron then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Shiyoukh Al-Arab village.
2. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and Dura town, detained a resident then withdrew at 04:00.
3. At dawn on July 16th 2017, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched 2 homes and confiscated a vehicle owned by Arafat Issa Al-Za'aqiq.

Detention

1. At 11:50, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Abdel-Fattah Abu Zaltah and Nash'at Maher Salamah Awad near the wall gate in Ithna town.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Naha Khalil Farhat Ghayth in Hebron city.

Attack

1. At 23:30, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Arub camp fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At dawn on July 16th 2017,Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched 2 homes during their raid into Beit Ummar.

Confiscation of Property

At dawn on July 16th 2017, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Arafat Issa Al-Za'aqiq during their raid into Beit Ummar town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 3rd 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip.

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed on July 15th 2017.
