WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Biddu town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

On the evening of July 15th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town and clashed with several residents.

Detention

1. On July 15th 2018, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Hassan Khalid Khalaf {A resident of Al-Eizariya town}.
2. On July 15th 2018, Israeli forces detained Sayil Salah Rayan {A resident of Beit Duqqu village}.

Attack

On the evening of July 15th 2018, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Ram town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 22:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 22:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 03:15, Israeli forces raided Shuqba village until 05:30.

Detention

On July 15th 2018, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ala Saleh Abu Sharifa and Khalid Marwan Al-Kinsh {Both are residents of Al-Jalazoun camp} as they were reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

On the evening of July 15th 2018, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Yamoun town junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 15:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Yamoun and Al-Silah Al-Harthiya towns and Ti'inik village.
2. At 03:40, Israeli forces raided Jenin city and its camps, stormed several homes then withdrew at 05:15.
3. At dawn on July 16th 2018, Israeli forces raided Faqu'a village and detained 2 residents after storming and searching their homes.
4. At dawn on July 16th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Judieydah village then stormed and searched a home.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Jawad Rasim Al-Khatib and Husam Al-Khatib in Faqu'a village.

TUBAS

Settlers Attacks

On July 15th 2018, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of the Israeli Military forcibly removed several residents and prevented several Sheppard's from herding in Al-Rawi'ya area located in east Khilat Al-Mak'houl in the North Jordan valley.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 19:15,the Israeli Military intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

1. At 19:15, Israeli forces raided Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city until 20:25.
2. At 01;35, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city , detained a Palestinian Intelligence force officer then withdrew at 04:15.
3. At 03:05, Israeli forces raided Anabta and Kafr Labbad towns and Far'oun and Kafr Ruman villages until 04:15.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Samer Bassil Salama {a Palestinian Intelligence force officer} in Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Eliyas village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 09:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 22:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hablat town tunnel {located at the south entrance of Qalqiliya city} then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 23:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jit village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city until 02:30.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 20:40, the Israeli Military intensified their restrictions at Beit Furik military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

1. At 08:20 and again at 22:25, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village and clashed with several residents.
2. At 09:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Aqrabaniya , Al-Nussarat and Beit Hassan villages until 13:05.
3. At 10:30, Israeli forces raided Assira Al-Shamaliya town until 16:05.
4. At 20:10, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qalil village until 21:10.
5. At 05:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Masakin Al-Sha'biya area and Askar camp in Nablus city until 05:35.

Attack

At 22:25, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Sabastiya village.

House Demolition

At 14:10, Israeli forces stormed Um Al-Marajim area located in south Madama village and demolished 2 old homes {which were recently renovated by its owners} owned by Ma'rouf Saleem Musalim and Ameen Saleem Al-Sharabati for allegedly not having proper licencing because of their location in area C.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 01:05, Israeli forces raided Salfit city and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Marra Abu Zaher in Salfit city.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 09:50.
2. At 22:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Marj Al-Na'ja village then searched residents and vehicles until 23:30.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the western villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 12:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Jalla city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 22:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town, detained a resident then withdrew at 03:20.
2. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town until 03:50.
3. At 04:40, Israeli forces raided Irtas village until 05:20.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Khalid Fawaz Salah in Al-Khadr town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:00, Israeli forces set up 3 checkpoints at Zif and Al-Tarma village and Al-Fuwar camp junctions then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 10:35, Israeli forces raided Ithna town and Deir Sammit village.
2. At 22:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Fuwar camp.
3. At 00:10, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.

Detention

On July 15th 2018, Israeli forces detained Eyad Mohammad Badr Jabr {A resident of the old city of Hebron}.

Attack

At 22:25, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Fuwwar camp fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Settlers Attacks

On the evening of July 15th 2018, a group of Israeli settlers from "Ramat Yishay" settlement outpost located in Tel Al-Rumayda neighborhood in the old city of Hebron stoned the home of Hani Al-Izzat then threatened future attacks on the residents and shouted anti Arab and racist chants toward them.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.
• Israeli Military aircraft's broke the ceasefire agreement by launching a missile near several residents in North Gaza and Central Gaza districts and as a result injured 2 residents..

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 09:00 on July 15th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores Al-Sudaniya area in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 21:10 on July 15th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores Al-Sudaniya area in west Beit Lahiya town.

Air Strike

1. At 12:30 on July 15th 2018, Israeli Military Drones launched missiles towards a group of residents attempting to fly incendiary kites near the border fence in east Beit Hanoun town.
2. At 17:20 on July 15th 2018, Israeli Military Drones launched missiles towards a group of residents attempting to fly incendiary kites near the border fence in east Beit Hanoun town and as a result injured 2 residents.

Injuries

Israeli airstrikes injured 2 unidentified residents in east Beit Hanoun town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

1. At 13:00 on July 15th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Deir Al-Balah city.
2. At 13:00 on July 15th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents in east Al-Maghazi camp.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of residents and for the entry of emergency humanitarian and medical supplies.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
