JERUSALEM

Military Checkpoints

At 10:45, the Israeli Military intensified their restrictions at Al-Zaytoun Military checkpoint in Abu Dis town and prevented residents from crossing the checkpoint with the exception of Jerusalem ID holders.

Flying Checkpoints

At 03:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North junction of Al-Ram town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 04:00 on July 16th 2018, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town then stormed and searched a home.
2. At 05:00 on July 16th 2018, Israeli forces raided Kafr Aqab town, stormed and searched a home, detained 2 residents and confiscated a computer.
3. At 22:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Duqqu village and detained a resident after storming his home.
4. At 03:15, Israeli force raided Qalandiya camp.

Detention

1. On the evening of July 15th 2018, Israeli forces detained Baha Kan'an in Al-Ram town.
2. At 10:40, Israeli forces detained Basel Harbi Mohammad Al-Abbassi in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
3. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Yunis Yunis and Imad Adam Yunis in Kafr Aqab town.
4. Israeli forces detained Sayil Salah Abdel-Raheem Rayan in Beit Duqqu village.

Confiscation of Property

At 05:00 on July 16th 2018, Israeli forces confiscated a computer owned by Mohammad Yunis Yunis after detaining him during their raid into Kafr Aqab town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles until 16:30.
2. At 22:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atara town bridge and detained a resident.
3. At 22:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Ein Yabrud village bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 02:40, Israeli forces raided Abu Shikhadum village and clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home.
2. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Bir Ziet town and clashed with several residents.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near Atara town bridge detained Mohammad Nimr Sawafta {A resident of Beit Rima town}.

Attack

1. At 02:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Abu Shikhaydum village.
2. At 03:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Bir Ziet town.

Closure of main Roads

At 00:30, Israeli forces closed the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village for alleged throwing of a Molotov fire bomb towards a Israeli Military Jeep.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Ya'bad town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 16:15, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town.

Detention

At 03:40 on July 16th 2018, Israeli forces detained Nayef Ziyad Turkman during their raid into Jenin city.

TUBAS

Military Checkpoints

At 11:50, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Tayassir Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

At 08:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Einoun area located in east Tubas city until 10:20.

Settlers Attacks

On July 16th 2018, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Khirbeit Imzoqih located in the North Jordan valley and installed live stock barns and Solar panels for electric generators.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Al-Kafriyat road connecting Tulkarem and Qalqiliya districts then searched residents and vehicles until 11:00.
2. At 14:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Quffin town then searched residents and vehicles until 16:30.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:30 and again at 22:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 22:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 02:15, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city until 04:45.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 19:55, the Israeli Military intensified their restrictions at Huwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 20:30.

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba'a area located near Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 17:00.

Raid

1. At 18:00, Israeli forces raided Faroush Beit Dajjan village until 19:00.
2. At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Madama village, detained a resident and confiscated his vehicle then withdrew at 02:35.
3. At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, detained a resident then withdrew at 02:30.
4. At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Beita town, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 03:40.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Amer Nassar in Madma village.
2. Israeli forces detained Taha Al-Teti in Nablus city.
3. Israeli forces detained Abdallah Bashar Waleed Kharweish and Loia Taysir Dweikat in Beita town.

Confiscation of Property

At 01:15, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Mohammad Ammar Nassar during their raid into Madama village.

At 00:55, Israeli forces raided Al-Zawiya town then stormed and searched a home.

1. At 11:05, Israeli forces raided Jericho city as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed The Monastery of the Temptation then withdrew at 13:30.
2. At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Fasayil village, stormed 3 homes then withdrew at 03:15.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

1. At dawn on July 16th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on July 16th 2018, Israeli forces raided Beit Jalla city and detained a resident.
3. At 02:05, Israeli forces raided Al-Khadr town and detained 5 residents.
4. At 04:45, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. At 13:10, Israeli forces detained Talal Mohammad Ali Shihadeh {A resident of Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
2. Israeli forces detained Khalil Mohammad Abdel-Qadder Mohammad Al-Duhisheh camp.
3. Israeli forces detained Anas Awani Jabr Abu Balah in Beit Jala city.
4. Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Wajdi Zuhier Musa, Mus'ab Mufeed Mohammad Subieh, Ahmad Odah Issa, Mohammad Midhat Issa and Karam Subieh in Al-Khadr town.
5. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Rami Yusef Saleem Al-Rafati and Mohammad Khalid Al-Shiekh in Bethlehem city.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beit Einoun village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ithna town junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on July 16th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Arrub camp and detained a resident.
2. At 08:50 on July 16th 2018, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, occupied the rooftop of a building located behind Al-Hussien stadium in the city and converted it into a military post.
3. At 14:15, Israeli forces raided Deir Al-Assal village and detained a woman.
4. At 07:30 on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched 2 homes and confiscated 5000 NIS from the home of Sufiyan Zaki Odah Baher.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Imad Jamal Abu Sal in Al-Arrub camp.
2. Israeli forces detained Firyal Al-Darwish {the wife of Suliman Mohammad Al-Shawarma} in Deir Al-Asal village.

Attack

1. At 22:45, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Arrub camp fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several home located near the camp entrance for alleged stoning.
2. At 07:30 on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several homes for alleged stoning after storming and searching 2 homes during their raid into Beit Ummar town.

House Occupation

At 08:50 on July 16th 2018, Israeli forces occupied the rooftop of a building located behind Al-Hussien stadium in the city and converted it into a military post during their raid into Hebron city.

Confiscation of Property

At 07:30 on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces confiscated 5000 NIS from the home of Sufiyan Zaki Odah Baher after they stormed and searched 2 homes during their raid into Beit Ummar town.

Settlers Attacks

On July 16th 2018, a group of Israeli settlers from "Ramat Yashi" settlement outpost in Tel Al-Rumayda neighborhood in the old city of Hebron cut a section of the barbed wire fence installed around the home owned by Jawad Abu Eisha's family to prevent settlers from entering the property.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by launching tank artillery shells and opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza districts.
• Israeli Military aircraft's broke the ceasefire agreement by launching missiles towards North Gaza district.
• A resident died of injuries sustained after Israeli forces opened fire towards demonstrators in east Gaza city on May 14th 2018.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 15:35 on July 16th 2018, Israeli forces launched tank artillery shells from their positions behind the Green Line towards agricultural land in east Jabaliya town.

Air Strike

1. At 16:00 on July 16th 2018, Israeli military aircraft's launched a missile towards Palestinian gunmen sites in east Beit Hanun town.
2. At 16:05 July 16th 2018, Israeli military aircraft's launched a missile towards Palestinian gunmen sites in east Jabaliya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Killings

On the morning of July 17th 2018, Sari Daud Al-Shubaki {28 years old}{A resident of Al-Tufah neighborhood in Gaza city} died of injuries sustained after Israeli forces opened fire towards demonstrators in east Gaza city on May 14th 2018.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of residents and for the entry of emergency humanitarian and medical supplies.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
