JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Qalandiya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles until 11:35.
2. At 15:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hizma town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city, stormed and searched several homes and detained 2 residents.
2. At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Qalandiya camp.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Omar Muheisin and Mahmoud Sa'di Al-Adwien in Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.

Deportation

At 15:30, Israeli occupation courts in Jerusalem served a Military order to Najwa Al-Shakhrier {A Islamic Waqf employee} preventing her from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in Jerusalem city for a period of 3 days.

House Demolition

At 16:30, Israeli forces demolished a concrete wall and a livestock den owned by Saleh Sa'ed Abu Khdeir located Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city for allegedly being built with out a licence.

Destruction of Property

1. At 16:30, Israeli forces demolished a concrete wall, a livestock den and a home owned by Salah Sa'id Abu Khdeir located Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city for allegedly being built with out a licence.
2. At 11:40, Israeli forces demolished a concrete wall located on a plot of land owned by Alqam family located in Atur neighborhood in Jerusalem city for allegedly being built with out a licence.
3. At 13:40, Israeli forces demolished a car wash in Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem city for allegedly being built with out a licence.
4. At 14:15, Israeli forces demolished a live stock den owned by Mahmoud Abu Teir in Um Tuba village for allegedly being built with out a licence.

Assault on Educational sector

At 12:00, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat neighborhood in Jerusalem city and stormed a School and confiscated several office supplies and equipment for allegedly not paying taxes.

Closure of main Roads

At 13:40, the Israeli military closed a dirt road which leads to the Bedouin community in Al-Kham Al-Ahmar area.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

Settlers Attacks

At 19:20, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Jerusalem city and assaulted the family of a martyr while they were attending a court hearing at the Israeli Supreme court.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 16:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Taybeh town junction {located along Al-Mu'arajat road which connects Ramallah and Jericho districts} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 24:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village and detained 2 residents.

Raid

1. At 09:45 on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces raided Silwad town then stormed and searched 3 homes.
2. At 02:30 on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces raided Ramallah city and Beituniya town, stormed and searched several homes and detained 2 residents in Beituniya town.
3. At 03:20 on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces raided Deir Intham village and detained a child.
4. At 04:00 on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city, stormed several homes, confiscated a vehicle and summoned Hytham Siyaj to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
5. At dawn on July 18th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Mughier village and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a Flying checkpoint located at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village detained 2 residents: Omar Mohammad Talib Al-Barghouthi and Naseem Husni Al-Barghouthi {Both are residents of Deir Ghassanah town}.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Saed Abu Al-Baha and Sami Abu Hussien in Beituniya town.
3. Israeli forces detained Ibrahim Ahmad Faraj Al-Tamimi {17 years old} in Deir Intham village.
4. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ayoub Rasmi Abu Aliya and Muntasir Musbah Abu Aliya in Al-Mughier village.

Confiscation of Property

At 04:00 on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Matariya family during their raid into Al-Bireh city.

Settlers Attacks

At 14:05, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Beit Illo village and assaulted Mohammad Eid Darwish and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 23:30, Israeli forces raided Rumana village.
2. At 02:55, Israeli forces raided Jaba' town.
3. At 05:50, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ra'i town and detained 2 residents.
4. At 06:00, Israeli forces raided Qabatiya town and detained 3 residents.
5. At 06:20, Israeli forces raided Jenin camp and detained 5 residents.
6. At dawn on July 18th 2018, Israeli forces raided Marka village and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Burhan Mustafa Al-Atrash and Fadi Hussien Al-Atrash in Kafr Ra'i village.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Hassan Yusef Dahmar, Issam Yusef Saba'na and Awni Adnan Kamil in Qabatiya town.
3. Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Wissam Abu Zied, Ahmad Teib Jaradat, Saber Jaradat, Tamer Jaradat and Rauf Jaradat in Jenin camp.
4. Israeli forces detained Abdel-Hakeem Salah Musa and Moath Salah Musa in Marka village.

TULKAREM

Raid

At dawn on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Musa Jamal Al-Sarouji in Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched resiednts and vehicles.
2. At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1.At 09:15, Israeli forces raided Hablat town
2. At 10:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Fanduq village , stormed and searched a merchant shop and confiscated surveillance camera footage.

Detention

At 19:45, Israeli forces positioned at military checkpoint located along Wadi Qana road detained 2 residents: Muneer Rafiq Fadil Al-Zien {A handicapped individual} and Mahmoud Mohammad Fayad Bushnaq for allegedly carrying a gun.

Confiscation of Property

At 10:00, Israeli forces confiscated several surveillance camera footage after storming and searching a merchant shop during their raid in to Al-Fanduq village.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 08:40, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Beit Furik military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 09:30.

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Assira Al-Qibliya and Orif villages then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Assira Al-Qibliya village, stormed and searched several homes then withdrew at 03:10.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Assira Al-Shamaliya town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes then withdrew at 03:10.

Detention

At 23:50, Israeli forces positioned at a Military checkpoint located near Aqraba town detained 3 residents {including 2 children}: Abdel-Ghani Hayil Murshid Bani Fadil {15 years old}, Ghayth Ayman Taher Bani Fadil {16 years old} and Murad Hamad Bani Fadil {All are residents of Aqraba town}.

Attack

At 01:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Assira Al-Shamaliya town.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 10:45, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Assira Al-Qibliya village, set fire to agricultural land, attacked 4 homes owned by Ibrahim Mohammad Makhlouf, Abdel-Bassit Mohammad Ahmad, Ahmad Abdallah Ahmad and Mohammad Yahya Suliman Saleh and damaged a vehicle then withdrew under the protection of the Israeli Military.
2. At 19:15, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Huwara town and stole agricultural harvest owned by Jamal Abdel Hadi Eid during which Israeli forces returned the stolen harvest to the owner through the Palestinian Security Coordination Office.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Yassuf village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Zawiya town then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

At 00:55 on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces detained Maher Rabah Abdel-Fattah Shuqeir during their raid into Al-Zawiya town.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 13:40.
2. At 22:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles until 01:00.

Land Confiscation

On July 17th 2018, Israeli forces issued a military order for the confiscation of 120 Dunums of land located in Zaqandih area of Al-Khader town after the land owners found the orders placed on their properties.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 17:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Hagi" settlement located in south Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Zif village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 17:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bani Na'im town {located near Wadi Al-Joz area} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. On July 17th 2018, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and served a military order for the demolition of a home owned by Ibrahim Abdel-Hafith Abu Mariya for allegedly being built with out a licence.
2. At 05:30, Israeli forces raided Yatta town and detained 5 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Mohammad Jibril Al-Amour, Uday Jihad Al-Amour, Rami Ali Al-Najjar, Mohammad Jibril Zien and Ahmad Jibril Al-Amour in Yatta town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding Khan Yunis district.
• Israeli Military aircraft's broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 2 missiles towards North Gaza and Gaza districts and as a result injured 4 residents.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 15:30 on July 16th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards Palestinian Gunmen sites in east Beit Hanun town.

Air Strike

On July 17th 2018, Israeli military drones launched a missile towards a group of residents attempting to fly incendiary kites near the border fence in east Jabaliya town and as a result injured 2 residents.

Injuries

Israeli airstrikes injured 2 unidentified residents in east Jabaliya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Air Strike

On July 17th 2018, Israeli military drones launched a missile towards a group of residents attempting to fly incendiary kites near the border fence in east Gaza city and as a result injured 2 residents.

Injuries

Israeli airstrikes injured 2 unidentified residents in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

On the evening of July 17th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Deir Al-Balah city.

KHAN YUNIS

Raid

On the morning of July 17th 2018, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 50 m into the vicinity of east Al-Qarara town and leveled a plot of land.

Attack

At 12:30 on July 16th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuz'a town.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
