WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At 00:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town and clashed with several residents.

Detention

1. At 08:30, Israeli forces detained Fadi Al-Matur in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. At 17:00, Israeli forces detained Issa Farrarai and Nabeel Nidal Sader in the old city of Jerusalem.
3. At 23:00, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Ghayth in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
4. At 00:10, Israeli forces detained Raed Idkik {A resident of Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem city}.

Attack

1. At 11:30 and again at 19:00,Israeli forces positioned in Shufat camp in Jerusalem city fired rubber coated steel bullets , stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning
2. At 19:30, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Ezariya town fired rubber coated steel bullets , stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 3 residents.
3. At 20:30,Israeli forces positioned in Abu Dis town fired rubber coated steel bullets , stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
4.At 23:00, Israeli forces positioned in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city fired rubber coated steel bullets , stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
5. At 23:00, Israeli forces positioned at Bab Al-Absat area (A main gate entrance leading to Al-Aqsa mosque compound) in the old city of Jerusalem fired rubber coated steel bullets , stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 14 residents including Al-Sheikh Akrama Sabri (after Israeli forces assaulted him) during which Israeli forces fired stun grenades towards an ambulance (Palestinian Red Crescent) and assaulted a paramedic as he was in the ambulance.
6. At 00:15, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets , stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Ram town.

Injuries

1. Israeli forces injured 3 unidentified residents during clashes in Al-Eizariya town.
2. Israeli forces injured 14 unidentified residents during clashes near Bab Al-Absat gate {A Main gate entrance leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque compound} in the old city of Jerusalem.

Physical Assault

At 23:00, Israeli forces positioned near Bab Al-Absat gate {A Main gate entrance leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque compound} in the old city of Jerusalem assaulted Al-Sheikh Akrama Sabri and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

Deportation

On July 18th 2017, Israeli authorities served a Military order for Hamzah Falah Al-Sharabati {A Security Guard at Al-Aqsa Mosque compound} which bans him from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque compound for a period of 20 days and fined him 10000 NIS as a term of his release from Israeli custody.

Assault on medical sector

1. On July 17th 2017, Israeli forces stormed Al-Maqasid Hospital in Jerusalem city and detained Alaa Tawfiq Abu Yata {who was critically injured} as he was undergoing surgery.
2. At 23:00, Israeli forces positioned at Bab Al-Abssat gate {A main gate entrance leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque compound} in the old city of Jerusalem fired stun grenades towards an Ambulance (Palestinian Red Crescent) and assaulted a paramedic as he was in the ambulance.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

1. On July 18th 2017, Israeli Authorities continued its closure of all gates leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and prevented residents from conducting prayers in the Mosque for the 3rd consecutive day then reopened it after Installing Surveillance camera on the Mosque gates and installed Metal Detectors to search worshipers who enter the mosque.Israeli Authorities also refused to return the keys for Bab al-Asbatt {Lions' Gate}, Bab al-Majlis‎‎ {The Council Gate} and Bab Al-Malik Faysal {Gate of Darkness} in an attempt to change the old cities muslim quarter status quo established in 1967 and during which the Muslim Awqaf council {The council overseeing religious affairs for Al-Aqsa mosque compound} refused to accept the new restrictions imposed on Muslim worshipers entering the mosque and demonstrated their dissatisfaction to the new restrictions by conducting prayers near the gates leading to Al-Aqsa mosque compound.
2. At 11:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and provoked worshiper.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Silwad town then searched residents and vehicles until 13:30.
2. At 12:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Turmus'aya town then searched residents and vehicles until 13:00.
3. At 21:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atarah town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 23:30.
4. At 21:45, Israeli forces set up 5 checkpoints at the entrances of Sinjil and Abboud towns, Ein Yabroud, Ein Sinya and Al-Nabi Saleh villages then searched residents and vehicles until 23:30.

Raid

1. At 04:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Nabi Saleh village and detained 2 residents.
2. At 05:25, Israeli forces raided Deir Ghassanah town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Annan Naji Al-Tamimi and Omar Salah Al-Tamimi in Al-Nabi Saleh village.
2. Israeli forces detained Majd Abdel-Bassat in Deir Ghassanah town.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Mansoura village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

TUBAS

Settlers Attacks

On July 18th 2017, a group of Israeli settlers near " Rotem" settlement located in the North Jordan valley area levelled 5 dunums of land located near the settlement.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 10:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 11:05.

Raid

At 03:35, Israeli forces raided Kafr Al-Labbad village, stormed and searched a Cleaning products factory then withdrew at 05:30.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:30,again at 16:50 and at 19:50 Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles
2. At 13:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jalloud village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 14:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Azzun town and Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 15:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Madour village then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at the entrance of Azzun town detained Abdel-Haddi Shabit {A resident of Azzun town}.

Closure of main Roads

At dawn on July 19th 2017, Israeli forces closed the bridge connecting Azzun town and Kafr Lafiq village with dirt mounds.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 00:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along the main road in Huwara town then searched residents and vehicles until 02:00.

Raid

At 01:35, Israeli forces raided Salem village , detained 2 residents then withdrew at 02:55.

Detention

1. At 02:00 on July 18th 2017, Israeli forces detained Mus'ab Musa Mir'i during their raid into Nablus in addition to those mentioned in the previous report.
2. On July 18th 2017, Israeli forces positioned at a bypass road located near "Yitzhar" settlement detained Moath Mahmoud Mohammad Daqa {A resident of Ramallah city}.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Fadi Ghassan Hassan Jabarah and Ahmad Antar Assad Hamadan in Salem village.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 23:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Yasuf village then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

On July 18th 2017, Israeli forces positioned at a Checkpoint located at Za'tara junction detained Mohammad Ibrahim Hamdan Zawahra {A resident of Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city}.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 01:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 02:00.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

1. At 05:15, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town and detained a resident.
2. At 05:00, Israeli forces raided Marah Rabah village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Nasser Mohammad Awad Sabah in Teqou' town.
2. Israeli forces detained Khalil Mohammad Khalil Al-Shiekh in Marah Rabah village.

Attack

At 21:50, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Khader town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Halhul town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 10:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Arub camp, clashed with several residents and served a military orders to halt construction on 2 homes owned by Ahmad Issa Ghanam and Abdel-Fattah Silmi Jawabrah for allegdly being built with out a licence.
2. At 19:15 and again at 00:35, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, detained a resident and summoned Mohammad Nathmi Al-Hirbawi to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning and detained 2 others.
3. At dawn on July 19th 2017, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and detained a child.

Detention

1. At 23:50, Israeli forces positioned near "Haji" settlement located in south Hebron city detained Abdel-Muh'sin Abdel-Raheem Sakafi.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Abdel-Rahman Abdel-Qadder Mahmoud Sabah, Mohamed Hisham Al-Rajabi and Munthir Salim Al-Rajabi in Hebron city.
3. Israeli forces detained Kareem Ibrahim Abu Mariya {17 years old} in Beit Ummar town.

Attack

1. At 10:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Arub camp.
2. At 14:00, Israeli forces positioned near Beit Einun village junction opened fire towards Ra'fat Shukri Al-Hirbawi {29 years old}{ A resident of Hebron city} and as a result killed him for allegedly running over 2 Israeli soldiers.

Killings

Israeli forces killed Ra'fat Shukri Al-Hirbawi {29 years old}{ A resident of Hebron city} after opening fire towards him near Beit Einun village junction for allegedly running over 2 Israeli soldiers.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 3rd 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

*Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects
