WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At dawn on July 18th 2018, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and detained a costumes Police officer.
2. At 23:10, Israeli forces raided Hizma town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 14:40, Israeli forces positioned at a main gate leading to Al-Aqsa mosque in the old city of Jerusalem detained Raeda Sa'id {A resident of Jerusalem city}.
2.Israeli forces detained Ahmad Yusef Badr {A customs Police Officer} in Abu Dis town.
3. Israeli forces detained Fayez Subieh in Hizma town.

House Demolition

1. On July 18th 2018, Israeli Military forces stormed Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city and forced Jamal Hadiya to demolish his own home and fined him for allegedly being built with out a licence.
2. On July 18th 2018, Israeli forces stormed Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city and demolished a apartment {located on the pent house floor} on a 5 floor building owned by Abu Sbatin family for allegedly being built with out a licence.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 00:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 00:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Atara town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 00:40, Israeli forces Beit Liqya town and detained a resident.
2. At 02:05, Israeli forces raided Al-Amari camp in Al-Bireh city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched 5 homes , detained a resident then withdrew at 04:50.
3. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Abu Qash village and detained 3 residents.
4. At dawn on July 19th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp and detained a resident.
5. At dawn on July 19th 2018, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ni'meh village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Mahmoud Ibrahim in Beit Liqya town.
2. Israeli forces detained Zuhier Akram Al-Ajal in Al-Amari camp in Al-Bireh city.
3. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Diya Mohammad Sarhan Mohammad , Luqman Tahseen Juhah Qa'ad and Yasser Hayil Abdallah Qa'ed in Abu Qash village.
4. Israeli forces detained Mu'taz Zuheir Dabour in Al-Jalazoun camp.
5. Israeli forces detained Sayef Mohammad Hussien Bahour in Kafr Ni'meh village.

Attack

At 02:05, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed 5 homes during their raid into Al-Amari camp in Al-Bireh city.

JENIN

Attack

At 06:20 on July 18th 2018, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Jenin camp and as a result injured a resident and left 3 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Mahmoud Firas Abu Al-Wafa {17 years old} during clashes in Jenin camp.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Quffin town junction then searched residents and vehicles until 22:45.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:05 and again at 21:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Jit village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.
3. At 21:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Deir Sharaf village junction {located along the main road connecting Nablus and Tulkarem districts} then searched residents and vehicles until 10:00.

Detention

At 13:50, Israeli forces positioned at Huwara military checkpoint detained Hamza Talib {A resident of Qalandiya camp in Jerusalem city}.

SALFIT

Raid

At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Salfit city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 02:40.

Attack

At 24:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Salfit city.

Settlement Activities

On the evening of July 18th 2018, Israeli forces positioned at Bab Al-Marj area located in east Deir Ballout town leveled a plot of agricultural land planted with Olive trees for the purpose of constructing a water waste treatment plant for "Lashim" settlement outpost which is located on land in Deir Ballout town and as a result uprooted 350 Olive trees owned by Idris Jabara Abdallah.

Destruction of Property

On the evening of July 18th 2018, Israeli forces uprooted 350 Olive trees owned by Idris Jabara Abdallah as they leveled a a plot of agricultural land planted with Olive trees in Bab Al-Marj area located in east Deir Ballout town for the purpose of constructing a water waste treatment plant for "Lashim" settlement outpost which is located on land in Deir Ballout town .

JERICHO

Raid

At 02:25, Israeli forces raided Jericho city, detained a resident the withdrew at 04:55.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Hakeem Abdel-Maqsoud Yaghi in Jericho city.

House Demolition

At 09:20, Israeli forces demolished a home {approximately 120 m} owned by Allam Sa'id Abdallah located in Ein Al-Diyook Al-Tahta village for allegedly being built with out a licence.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beit Sahur city bridge then searched resiednts and vehicles until 17:00
2. At 10:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 12:50.
3. At 20:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages in Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 22:30.

Raid

1. At 04:25, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city , stormed and searched a home and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on July 19th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Baha Khadour Nuwara in Bethlehem city.
2. Israeli forces detained Baha Mahmoud Issa in Al-Khader town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beit Einoun village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on July 19th 2018, Israeli forces raided Ithna town, stormed and searched a home and summoned Akram Al-Fasisi to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
2. At dawn on July 19th 2018, Israeli forces raided Hebron city then stormed and searched a home.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza and Central Gaza districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Central Gaza districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 07:30 on July 18th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores Al-Sudaniya area in west Beit Lahiya town.

Detention

At 15:00 on July 18th 2018, Israeli forces positioned at Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing point detained Mahmoud Awad Al-Sha'er {A businessman and a resident of Rafah city} as he was travelling to the West Bank.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 16:20 on July 18th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

1. At 07:30 on July 18th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Deir Al-Balah city.
2. At 21:40 on July 18th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in Al-Buriej camp.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of residents and for the entry of emergency humanitarian and medical supplies.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
