WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At dawn on July 19th 2018, Israeli forces raided Biddu town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 23:00, Israeli forces positioned at Jaba' Military checkpoint detained Ameer Taha Shihadeh {A Palestinian customs Police officer}{A resident of Qalandiya camp}.
2. Israeli forces detained Za'im Mohammad Na'im Mansour in Biddu town.

House Demolition

On July 19th 2018, the Israeli Military forced the families of Abu Irmeleh and Al-Shawamra to demolish 4 homes they own and fined them for being built with out a licence claiming that the land is owned by settlers.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Silwad town {located near "Ofra" settlement} then searched residents and vehicles until 15:10.
2. At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ras Kar Kar and Kafr Ni'meh village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 22:40.
3. On the evening of July 19th 2018, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ni'lin town and handed out leaflets to residents warning them of consequences if they continue the weekly demonstrations protesting against the wall.

Settlement Activities

On July 19th 2018, Israeli Authorities approved plans for the construction of a road linking "Ofarim" and "Beit Raya" settlements

JENIN

Attack

On the evening of July 19th 2018, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate located near Al-Taybeh village and fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for allegedly attempting to climb the wall.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Jinsafut village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 08:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Deir Sharaf village junction {located along the main road connecting Nablus and Tulkarem city} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 09:45 and again at 20:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Yatma village junction, then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 11:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 16:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavei Shamron" settlement junction the searched residents and vehicles.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 23:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan town then searched residents and vehicles.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

At 23:55, Israeli forces positioned at Allenby bridge detained Wassim Murad Rasmi Raba'ya {A resident of Maythaloun town in Jenin district}.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 14:20.
2. At 14:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Dar Salah village bridge {located at the east entrance of Beit Shur city} then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Nihlin village then searched residents and vehicles until 21:40.

Raid

At 18:05, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Baha Mahmoud Issa in Al-Khader town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 16:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along road {60} in south Hebron city and detained a resident.
2. At 21:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Hawawer area junction [located at the North entrance of Halhul town] then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located along road 60 in south Hebron city detained Ahmad Faysal Arafat Al-Rajabi.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding and opening fire towards Rafah districts.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire and launching tank artillery shells from their positions behind the Green Line towards Khan Yunis and Rafah districts.
• Israeli Military aircraft's broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 1 missiles towards Rafah districts and as a result killed a resident and injured 3 others {including 1 critically injured}.
• Palestinian Gunmen broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire, launching 5 mortar shells towards the Green Line.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 21:00 on July 19th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line owned fire towards Palestinian gunmen sited in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of residents and for the entry of emergency humanitarian and medical supplies.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.

Raid

At 15:00 on July 19th 2018, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 50 m into the vicinity of east Al-Nahda neighborhood located in east Rafah city then leveled a plot of land and installed a barbed wire fence then withdrew at 19:30.

Attack

At 16:50 on July 19th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line launched tank artillery shells towards Palestinian gunmen site located in east Rafah city.

Air Strike

At 15:20 on July 19th 2018, Israeli Military Jets launched a missile towards Palestinian Gunmen sites in east Rafah city and as a result killed a resident and injured 3 residents {including 1 critically injured}.

Killings

Israeli airstrikes killed Abdel-Kareem Ismail Radwan {38 years old} {A resident of Rafah city}.

Injuries

Israeli airstrikes injured 3 unidentified residents in east Rafah city.

Palestinian Attacks

1. At 15:20 on July 19th 2018, Palestinian gunmen launched 2 mortar shells towards the Green Line.
2. At 15:40 on July 19th 2018, Palestinian gunmen launched 3 mortar shells towards the Green Line.
