Military Checkpoints
On July 19th 2019,Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city is open to residents exiting from the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 10:00 until 23:00 daily, and is open for the entry of residents into the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 06:00 Until 22:00 daily and on Friday the checkpoint will be open from 07:00 until 23:00 and on Saturday will be open from both directions from 10:00 until 23:00.
Flying Checkpoints
1. At 12:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Ras Kar Kar village and detained a resident.
2. At 13:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Khirbithat Bani Harrith then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 19:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village and detained a resident.
Detention
1. At 16:40, Israeli forces detained Ahmad Azmi Hamdan {a resident of Beituniya town}.
2. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at the entrance of Ras Kar Kar village detained Ziyad Ahmad Abu Qara'

At 22:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Yamoun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Flying Checkpoints
At 15:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

At 13:45,Israeli forces positioned at the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed by the Israeli Military} fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {protesting against the continued closure} for alleged stoning and as a result injured 22 residents and left 18 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
Injuries
Israeli forces injured 22 unidentified residents during clashes near the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed by the Israeli Military}.
NABLUS
Flying Checkpoints
1. At 09:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles until 10:15.
2. At 18:00,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Assira Al-Shamaliya town then searched residents and vehicles.

Flying Checkpoints
1. At 19:30,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.
HEBRON
Flying Checkpoints
1. At 08:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beit Einoun village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 19:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles.
Detention
At 16:25, Israeli forces positioned at Bab Al-Zawiya area in the old city of Hebron detained the child: Yusef Mohammad Bader {16 years old}.
GAZA STRIP
ALL DISTRICTS
• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .
•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire, launching stun and tear gas canisters from their positions behind the Green line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah and as a result injured 97 residents {including 3 journalists and 2 Paramedics} and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
NORTHERN GAZA
Closure of Crossing Points
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

At 16:30 on July 19th 2019,,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town during the march of return and as a result injured 14 resident {including a Paramedic} and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Israeli forces injured 14 unidentified residents {including Khalid Suhiel Ali Abed a Paramedic} during clashes in east Jabaliya town.
GAZA
Closure of Crossing Points
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

KHAN YUNIS

At 16:30 on July 19th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 16 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Israeli forces injured 16 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.
RAFAH
