WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At dawn on July 23rd 2019 and again at 23:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village , stormed and searched several merchant shops and detained 10 residents.
2. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 11:00, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Alaa Al Masri and Naseem Al Natsheh in Al-Aqsa Mosque compound.
2. Israeli forces detained 10 residents: Taj Aldeen Mahir Muhaysin,Muneer Kayed Mahmoud ,Ayoub Badr Abu Assab, Samir Akram Attia, Diya Ayman Obaid, Louay Badr, Saleh Abu Assab, Rashid Darwish, Mahmoud Awni Mahmoud and Mansour Mahmoud in Al-Eisawiya village.
3. Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Rabi' in Abu Dis town.

Deportation

1. At 14:00,Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued order banning Ayda Al-Saydawi {a resident of Jerusalem city} from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem for a period of 15 days as a condition for her release after being summoned to the Israeli police station in Jerusalem for questioning.
2. At 22:00,Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued an order banning 2 residents{including a child}: Malek Al-Nabulsi {14 years old} and Ehab Al-Zaghir {both are residents of Jerusalem city} om entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem for a period of 15 days as a condition for their release after being detained at an earlier time.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:00,a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On July 23rd 2019,Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city is open to residents exiting from the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 10:00 until 23:00 daily, and is open for the entry of residents into the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 06:00 Until 22:00 daily and on Friday the checkpoint will be open from 07:00 until 23:00 and on Saturday will be open from both directions from 10:00 until 23:00.

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beitin village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on July 23rd 2019, Israeli forces raided Silwad town and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on July 23rd 2019, Israeli forces raided Ni'lin town and detained a resident.
3. At 14:20, Israeli forces raided Ein Yabroud village.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Khalid Eyad Hamad in Silwad town.
2. Israeli forces detained Abdallah Mahmoud Sarour in Ni'lin town.

JENIN

Raid

At dawn on July 24th 2019, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town, stormed and searched a home, temporarily detained 2 residents then released them after taking them to Salem Military base.

Temporary Detention

At dawn on July 24th 2019, Israeli forces temporarily detained 2 residents: Ahmad Al-Ba'jawi and Ziyad Ahmad Al-Ba'jawi during their raid into Yabad town then released them after taking them to Salem Military base.

Settlers Attacks

At 13:10, a group of Israeli settlers positioned at the entrance of "Homish" settlement located in south Al-Silah Al-Harthiya town stoned resiednts and vehicles travelling along the main road connecting Nablus and Jenin.

TULKAREM

Raid

1. At 12:45, Israeli forces raided Quffin town until 17:40.
2. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Anabta town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home then detained a resident.
3. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Kafr Al-Labbad town and detained 4 residents.
4. At dawn on July 24th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Ras village and detained a resident.
5. At dawn on July 24th 2019, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Muthna Abdallah Mohammad Al-Sadalat in Anabta town.
2. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Ahmed Abdel Qader Hamdan, Mohammed Ibrahim Fakha, Ahmed Mahmoud Jabara, and Fadi Abdel Rahim Khattabin Kafr Al-Labbad town.
3. Israeli forces detained Yunis Ghazi Odat in Al-Ras village.
4. Israeli forces detained Iz-Al-Din Mohammad Abu Diyat in Tulkarem city.

Attack

At 01:20, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Anabta town.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Eliyas village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 06:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qaqliliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

At 01:45, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city then stormed a Barber shop.

At 08:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Furiq town then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 01:25, Israeli forces raided Deir Al-Hatab village until 03:40.
2. At dawn on July 24th 2019, Israeli forces raided Beita town and detained a resident.

1. At 01:15, Israeli forces positioned at Huwara military checkpoint detained Ahmad Tahseen Zahed {a resident of Salfit city}.
2. Israeli forces detained Hazem Idris Hamayel in Beita town.

At 23:20,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:10,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 13:15.
2. At 11:10,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 13:15.
3. At 18:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.
4. At 21:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jinata town then searched residents and vehicles until 22:30.
5. At 22:50,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Faradis village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles until 23:15.
6. At 00:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at near the entrance of Nihalin village then searched residents and vehicles until 02:00.

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Khaled Raed Nadi Taqatqa and Mohammad Raed Nadi Taqatqa in Beit Fajjar town.

1. At 09:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles until 10:30.
2. At 20:05,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.
3. At 20:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bani Na'im town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.

Raid

1. At 22:25, Israeli forces raided Hebron city , clashed with several residents then detained a resident.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Samou' town then stormed and searched a home.
3. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Ulla town then stormed and searched a home.
4. At dawn on July 24th 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Kahil town and summoned Layth Asafrat to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.

Detention

1. At 15:30, Israeli forces positioned at a military checkpoint detained Malik Ghandi Abdel-Hafith Al-Hashlamaoun {a resident of Hebron city}.
2. Israeli forces detained Alaa Zien Al-Din Al-Awawi in Hebron city.

Attack

At 22:25, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Hebron city.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .

•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza district.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

At 09:10 on July 23rd 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 13:00 on July 23rd 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards Palestinian Gunmen sites in east Al-Tufah neighborhood in North east Gaza city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
