WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Military Checkpoints

At 01:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Jaba' military checkpoint located along the main road connecting Jerusalem, Jericho and Ramallah districts thus impeding the free flow of traffic.

Raid

At 13:20 and again at 01:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, stormed and searched a secondary school then detained 9 residents.

Detention

1. At 15:00, Israeli forces detained Moayas Jabr Muhisein {a resident of Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem district}.
2. Israeli forces detained 9 residents: Mohammed Amin Abeed, Nasser Amin Obaid, Ahmed Jamal Abu Raleh, Mohammed Abu Libdeh, Yousef Abu Libda, Alaa Abu Libdeh, Ahmed Mohammed Derbas, Salah Dari and Waseem Nayef Obaid in Al-Eisawiya village.

Assault on Educational sector

At 13:20, Israeli forces stormed and searched a secondary school during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00,a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On July 24th 2019,Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city is open to residents exiting from the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 10:00 until 23:00 daily, and is open for the entry of residents into the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 06:00 Until 22:00 daily and on Friday the checkpoint will be open from 07:00 until 23:00 and on Saturday will be open from both directions from 10:00 until 23:00.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Ur village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 17:555, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Intham village and impeded the free flow of traffic after closing the steel entrance gate then reopened it at a later time.

JENIN

Settlers Attacks

On the morning of July 25th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers positioned at the entrance of "Homish" settlement {which was abandoned} located in south Silat Al-Thaher town stoned vehicles travelling along the main road connecting Jenin and Nablus districts.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jabarat village then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

On July 25th 2019, Israeli forces positioned near Tulkarem city detained 2 residents: Bahaa 'Izz al-Din' Abd al-Hafiz Jalad and Ahmad Khalil Muhammad al-Shafe{both are resiednts of Tulkarem camp}

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:00 and again at 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Assira Al-Sahamaliya town junction then searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.
2. At 12:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Muraba' area located near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 14:00.

Raid

At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 04:30.

Attack

At 01:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Nablus city.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 02:20, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara junction military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 03:30.

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:50 and again at 22:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Harris village then searched residents and vehicles.

Physical Assault

At 19:10, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of "Bruqan" settlement assaulted Sifiyan Nabil Othman Daud {a resident of Harris village}{a worker inside the settlement} and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions

Destruction of Property

At dawn on July 25th 2019, Israeli forces demolished a car wash {which includes 200 of concrete pavement} owned by Nadi Hassan Saleh Suliman located near the west entrance of Harris village for allegedly being built with out a license because of its location in area C {which is under Israeli Military and Administrative control}.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 11:00

Raid

At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Fasayil village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result left Ali Salem Ibiyat suffocated from tear gas inhalation, detained 4 residents then withdrew at 00:30.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Ibrahim Ahmed Mousa Nawarouh, Fathi Ahmed Musa Nawawra, Zakaria Khaled Nouaoura, and Fahmi Mohamed Suleiman Sourkha in Fasayil village.

Attack

At 24:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Fasayil village and as a result left Ali Salem Ibiyat suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:15 and again at 01:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 20:45.
2. At 18:20,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 19:30.
3. At 20:00,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 20:45.

Raid

At 09:25, Israeli forces raided Jinata town then stormed and searched several caves.

Detention

On July 25th 2019, Israeli force detained Khalil Arafat Abu Sarour {a resident of Ayda camp in Bethlehem city}

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Wadi Sa'ir road then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Hebron city then stormed and searched a home.

Detention

At 21:35 on July 24th 2019, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ayman Juda Al-Natsha and Waleed Imad Al-Zuru during their raid into Hebron city {in addition to those mentioned in the previous report}.

Destruction of Property

At 17:25, Israeli forces leveled a plot of land owned by Badran Badr Jaber, Adel Rashid Jabr and Shadi Fihmi Jaber {approximately 16 dunums} planted with Tomatoes located in Al-Buqa'a area in east Hebron city for allegedly searching for illegal water pipelines in the area

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of travelers.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
