WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Detention

1. At 16:00, Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Omar Ashayir, Faysal Shabanat, Mohammad Khalid Abu Hilal and Ahmad Abu Al-Hawa {All are residents of Jerusalem city}.
2. At 17:00, Israeli forces detained 5 residents {including 4 children}: Imran Mustafa Mala'ba {A resident of Anata town}, Bassam Shukri Qinbar {17 years old} {A resident of Jabal Al-Mukkabir neighborhood}, Issam Yazid Halayla {15 years old}{A resident of f Jabal Al-Mukkabir neighborhood}, Mohammad Imad Ma'touq {16 years old}{A resident of Shu'fat neighborhood} and Ma'moun Maher Al-Qaraqi {16 years old}{A resident of Al-Tur neighborhood}.
3. At dawn on July 28th 2018, Israeli forces detained Ahmad Rakan after storming his home in Ras Al-Amoud neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

1. At 13:30, Israeli Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque compound, fired rubber coated steel bullets,stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who were conducting Friday prayers and as a result left several worshipers suffocated from tear gas inhalation then stormed Al-Qibli mosque, temporarily detained 50 worshipers who were inside the mosque then released them after closing off the main gate entrance leading to the mosque after forcibly removing worshipers, Mosque security guards and Mosque workers from inside the mosque thus forcing worshipers to conduct afternoon prayers outside the mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem.

2. On the afternoon of July 27th 2018, the Israeli Mayor of Jerusalem, the city Police Chief and approximately 100 Police officers stormed Al-Qibli mosque in Al-Aqsa mosque compound and closed down the main gate entrances leading to Al-Aqsa mosque after forcibly removing worshipers, Mosque security guards and Mosque workers from inside the mosque then searched the mosque.

Attack

1. At 13:30, Israeli police forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents as they stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 20:15, Israeli forces positioned in Abu Dis town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Deportation

On July 27th 2018, Israeli Authorities in Jerusalem city court orders for 19 residents banning them from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound for a period of 1 week {7 days} and fined them 5000 NIS as a term for their release from Israeli Police custody after being detained inside Al-Aqsa mosque at an earlier time.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Raid

1. At 10:40 on July 27th 2018 and again at 03:45 on July 28th 2018, Israeli forces raided Kobar village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched the home of Mohammad Tarik Dar Yusef { who was killed after Israeli forces opened fire towards him near "Adam" settlement located in Jaba' town} and as a result injured 5 residents then detained a resident.
2. At dawn on July 28th 2018, Israeli forces raided Bir Ziet town , Abu Shidium, Abu Qash and Al-Mazra'a Al-Qibliya village and clashed with several residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Imad Nijm Rajih Al-Barghouthi in Kobar village.

Attack

1. At 10:40 on July 27th 2018 and at 03:45 on July 28th 2018, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes including the family home of the child: Mohammad Tariq Dar Yusef {17 years old}{who was killed by Israeli forces} during their raid into Kobar village and as a result injured 5 residents.
2. At dawn on July 28th 2018, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning Bir Ziet town , Abu Shidium, Abu Qash and Al-Mazra'a Al-Qibliya village.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 5 residents: Mahmoud Hassan Shakir, Sahir Jum'a Sanif, Maher Al-Tamimi, Mohammad Faraj Omar Al-Barghouthi {14 years old} and Mohammad Jibril during clashes in Kobar village.

JENIN

Raid

At 13:50, Israeli forces raided Zababda village.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 17:45, the Israeli military intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

1. At 15:40, Israeli forces raided Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarm city.
2. At 17:50, Israeli forces raided Baqa Al-Sharqiya town, Nazlat Issa and Nazlat Abu Al-Nar villages until 22:30.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 13:05, Israeli forces raided Haja village.
2. At 23:30, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city.
3. At 03:20, Israeli forces raided Immatin village.

Attack

At 13:30, Israeli forces positioned near the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed by the Israeli military} fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators {protesting against the continued closure of the village entrance} for alleged stoning and as a result injured 5 residents {including 2 children} and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 5 residents including the child Khalid Murad {13 years old} during clashes near the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed by the Israeli military}.

NABLUS

Raid

At 18:05, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qalil village until 18:25.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 12:45, a Israeli settler attacked and assaulted Majdi Dirgham Aweis {A resident of Burin village} after their vehicles collided during which Israeli forces removed the settler from the area.
2. At 15:35, a group of Israeli settlers from "Ayash Qudish" settlement outpost located in east Jalloud village and set fire to a home owned by Tawfiq Shwakiya and broke the limbs of several Olive and Almond trees.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 02:25, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Oja village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 12:00.

BETHLEHEM

Detention

At 14:30, Israeli forces positioned at Container checkpoint detained Fadi Ali Ibrahim Ayed {A resident of Al-Duhisheh camp}.

HEBRON

Raid

At 13:15 on July 28th 2018 and again at 01:05 on July 28th 2018, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as a result killed 3 residents {including 2 children}, injured 145 residents {including 116 from live ammunition, 26 children, 3 women, 6 paramedics, 2 journalists and 6 critically injured} and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
• Israeli Military aircraft's broke the ceasefire agreement by launching missiles towards North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

At 16:30 on July 27th 2018, , Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents participating in protests commemorating the Right of Return in east Jabaliya town and as a result injured 145 residents in the Gaza strip {including 116 from live ammunition, 26 children, 3 women, 6 paramedics, 2 journalists and 6 critically injured} and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Air Strike

On the evening of July 27th 2018, Israeli military aircraft's launched missiles towards several residents in east Al-Tufah neighborhood located in North east Gaza city.

KHAN YUNIS

Israeli forces killed Ghazi Mohammad Abu Mustafa {43 years old}{A resident of Khan Yunis city} during clashes in east Al-Khuz'a town located Khan Yunis city.

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.

Killings

Israeli forces killed 2 residents: Majdi Ramzi Kamal Al-Satri {12 years old}{A resident of Rafah city } and Ma'moun Fathi Al-Hums {17 years old} during clashes in east Rafah city.
