WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 07:20 on July 29th 2019, Israeli forces set up checkpoints at the North and east entrances of Hizma town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 16:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, detained a resident, temporarily detained an infant { four and a half years old} after chasing him then released him after summoning him to report to Israeli Police headquarters in Jerusalem city.
2. At 20:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Yusef Obied in Al-Eisawiya village.

Temporary Detention

1. At 16:40, Israeli forces temporarily detained an infant : Mohammad Rabi' Aliyan { four and a half years old} after chasing him then released him after summoning him to report to Israeli Police headquarters in Jerusalem city during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village.
2. On July 29th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city served a home detention sentence to the child Nagham Mohammad Aliyan {16 years old}{a resident of Al-Eisawiya village} and fined her 5000 as a condition for her release after she was detained at an earlier time.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 12:00,a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On July 29th 2019,Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city is open to residents exiting from the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 10:00 until 23:00 daily, and is open for the entry of residents into the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 06:00 Until 22:00 daily and on Friday the checkpoint will be open from 07:00 until 23:00 and on Saturday will be open from both directions from 10:00 until 23:00.

Raid

1. At 15:50, Israeli forces raided Atara town and detained a resident.
2. At 19:35, Israeli forces raided Beit Ur Al-Tahta village until 07:00.
3. At 03:05, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp.
4. At 04:15, Israeli forces raided Shuqba village until 07:10.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Hamad Al-Khatib in Atarat town.

Closure of main Roads

On the morning of July 29th 2019, Israeli Military forces closed the steel gate located along Wadi Al-Dalb road located near Deir Ibzi' and Kafr Ni'ma villages thus impeding the free flow of traffic and as a result forced residents to take alternative routs to reach their workplace.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 13:45, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town and Kafrit village until 16:15.
2. At 18:30, Israeli forces raided Markat village until 19:40.
3. At 04:50, Israeli forces raided Jenin city, Jenin camp and Bruqin village then detained 3 residents in Jenin city and Jenin camp.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Faris Mohammad Hussien Fayed {A residents of Jenin camp}, Rateb Raed Al-Bali {A residents of Jenin camp} and Hassan Salem Jarrar {A residents of Jenin city} during their raid into Jenin city and Jenin camp.

Settlers Attacks

At 13:20,a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Homish" settlement located in south Al-Silah Al-Harthiya town assaulted Mohammad Jamal Mustafa Qaddumi {a resident of Baqat Al-Hattab village located in Qalqiliya district}.

TUBAS

Raid

At 03:05, Israeli forces raided Tubas city and Tammoun town.

Confiscation of Property

On July 29th 2019, Israeli forces confiscated a water well drilling rig in Bardala village located in the North Jordan valley.

Settlers Attacks

On July 29th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Hamdat" settlement located in the North Jordan valley ploughed 100 dunums {acres} of residential owned land in an attempt to confiscate it.

TULKAREM

Raid

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces raided Shufat village.
2. At 22:20, Israeli forces raided Bal'a town until 03:00.
3. At 23:35, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ruman village until 03:00.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jayyous town then searched residents and vehicles.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:30 and again at 19:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 10:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at "Shavi Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 12:05 and again at 18:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at "Yitshar" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
5. At 23:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Qussin village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
6. On July 29th 2019, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Libban Al-Sharqiya village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 22:10, Israeli forces raided Nablus city as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed Joseph's Tomb site during which they clashed with several residents and as a result injured 4 residents {including a child} and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation then withdrew at 04:00.

Detention

On July 29th 2019, Israeli forces positioned at Huwara military checkpoint detained Mus'ab Khaled Abd-Rabbo Abu Salhiyat {a resident of Nablus city}.

Attack

At 22:10, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed Joseph's Tomb site during their raid into Nablus city and as a result injured 4 residents {including a child} and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 4 residents: Islam Iyad Antar {17 years old}, Ahmed Annan Mansour, Musab Walid Ibrahim Amoudi, and Mahdi Daoud Dwikat during clashes in Nablus city.

Confiscation of Property

On July 29th 2019, Israeli forces confiscated a bulldozer in Aqraba town as it was doing construction work Rehabilitating the entrance and the western road of the town, and prevented the completion of work in the area, claiming that it is within the classified area (C) under Israeli control.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bruqin town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 13:25, Israeli forces raided Bruqin and Kafr Al-Dik towns.

Detention

At 20:20, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction military checkpoint detained Mohammad Mahmoud Assad Al-Lolo {a resident of Al-Amary camp in Al-Bireh city}.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 23:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Khader town schools then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 23:40, Israeli forces raided Marah Rabah village and summoned Muhanad Mohammad Khalil Al-Shiekh to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 20:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
2. On July 29th 2019, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Arrub camp and detained a resident.

Raid

1. At 17:40 and again at dawn on July 30th 2019, Israeli forces raided Hebron city , stormed and searched several homes then detained a resident.
2. At 22:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Samou' town and detained a resident.
3. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Ruq'a area located in Yatta town and detained a resident.
4. At dawn on July 30th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Arrub camp and detained a resident.
5. At dawn on July 30th 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At dawn on July 30th 2019, Israeli forces detained Ziyad Al-Bakri in the old city of Hebron.
2. Israeli forces detained Riziq Mohammad Burhan Al-Ja'bari in Hebron city.
3. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near Al-Arrub camp detained Mahmoud Al-Kharouf {a resident of Qalqiliya city}.
4. Israeli forces detained Fathi Ahmad Abdel-Fattah Al-Badarin in Al-Samou' town.
5. Israeli forces detained Loia Khaled Al-Amour in Ruq'a area located in Yatta town.
6. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Imad Al-Teti in Al-Arrub camp.
7. Israeli forces detained Ali Zayid Ahmad Ikhlayil in Beit Ummar town.

Closure of main Roads

On July 29th 2019, Israeli forces closed a road connecting Ma'ein village and Khirbiet Sha'b Al-Batem {both are located in east Yatta town} with dirt mounds and as a result impeded the free flow of traffic.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .

• Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza district.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Rafah district.

NORTHERN GAZA

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

At 13:00 on July 29th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in North east Jabaliya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.

Attack

At 20:00 on July 29th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Rafah city.
