WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At 19:20, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp and clashed with several residents.

Detention

1. At 21:00, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ahmad Al-Joulani and Marwan Salim near Bab Hata gate {A Main gate entrance leading to Al-Aqsa mosque compound} in the old city of Jerusalem.
2. At dawn on July 4th 2017, Israeli forces detained 7 residents: Fadi Al-Kilani, Mahmoud Masha'sha', Mohammad Abu Lafi, Assad Al-Ash'hab, Majdi Abu Ghazalah, Kamal Al-Amam and Ahmad Al-Ash'ahab after storming their homes in Al-Suwanah neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

Attack

At 19:20, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.

House Demolition

On July 3rd 2017, Israeli forces stormed Sur Baher village and forced Mohammad Fuwaqa to demolish 2 homes {alleging that the land the homes are built on are Green Lands} and forced him to pay the cost of the demolition.

Assaults on Property

On the morning of July 3rd 2017, Israeli forces installed barbed wire fencing around a section of "Al-Yuseifa" Islamic Cemetery {which is located near the east walls of Al-Aqsa mosque" for the purpose of constructing a Settler park area.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and provoked worshiper.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 19:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Silwad town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 01:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ni'lin town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. On July 3rd 2017, Israeli forces raided Beit Liqya town, stormed the office of Atef Thiyab Sjaker Assi and confiscated 4 computers.
2. At 06:15 on July 4th 2017, Israeli forces raided Deir Abu Mash'al village, served military orders for the demolition of 3 homes owned by the families of Bara Ibrahim Salah, Adel Hassan Ahmad Anqoush and Osama Ahmad Attah {who were killed by Israeli Forces} and gave the families 48 hours to remove their personal belongings and evacuate the premises.
3. At dawn on July 4th 2017, Israeli forces raided Silwad town, served a military order for the demolition of the family home of Malik Ahmad Hamad {who was killed by Israeli forces} and gave the family 48 hours to remove their personal belongings and evacuate the premises.

Detention

At 20:10, Israeli forces detained Wissam Suliman Raja Al-Dik {A resident of Kafr Al-Dik town in Salfit District} near "Halamish" settlement.

Confiscation of Property

On July 3rd 2017, Israeli forces confiscated 4 computers as they stormed the office of Atef Thiyab Sjaker Assi during their raid into Beit Liqya town.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Ya'bad and Araba towns then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Zababda and Qabatiya towns and Marka and Masilah villages until 05:30.
2. At 03:35, Israeli forces raided Zubaba village, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 05:30.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Foad Jaradat and Mahmoud Majed Abu Hassan in Zubaba village.

TUBAS

Raid

At 05:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Far'a camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured 2 residents {including a child}: Mustafa Faris Sawalmah {15 years old} and Mazin Ahmad Bassam Sabah and also detained 2 residents then withdrew at 06:35.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Qutayba Jaber Abu Al-Hassan {17 years old} and Mohammad Bassam Al-Shawish in Al-Far'a camp.

Attack

At 05:50, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured 2 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 residents {including a child}: Mustafa Faris Sawalmah {15 years old} and Mazen Ahmad Bassam Musbah.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and its camp, detained 3 residents {including a University student} then withdrew at 06:40.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Yahya Jamal Sawi {A University Student} , Hiba Mohammad Jarami and Ahmad Kamal Abu Na'mah in Tulkarem city and its camp.

Temporary Detention

At 12:30, Israeli forces positioned at the Wall Gate located in Quffin town temporarily detained Fadi Hani Ibrahim Amarnah {A resident of Aqaba village} then released him at 15:00.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqilya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Temporary Detention

At 02:30 on July 3rd 2017, Israeli forces temporarily detained Fayez Waleed Samih Sweilim during their raid into Qalqilya city then released him at a later time.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Deir Sharaf village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 13:00.

Raid

1. At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Azzmut, Salim and Deir Al-Hatab villages, stormed and searched several homes, detained a resident and confiscated his vehicle in Salim village then withdrew at 04:40.
2. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qalil village, stormed and searched 2 homes, temporarily detained Mariyam Ahed Mansour and released her at a later time then withdrew at 04:50.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Waheed Ghassan Jabarah in Salim village.

Temporary Detention

At 03:00, Israeli forces temporarily detained Mariyam Ahed Mansour during their raid into Kafr Qaddum village.

Confiscation of Property

At 01:40, Israeli force confiscated a vehicle owned by Waheed Ghassan Jabarah after detaining him during their raid into Salem village.

Assaults on Property

At 11:00, Israeli forces prevented Jawad Yusef Darwish from entering Ras Al-Nakhel area located in Qusra village in order to farm his agricultural land near the south east area of the village and also prevented a bulldozer owned by Mohammad Bader Zien Al-Din {A resident of Majdal Bani Fadil} from working on his plot of land for allegedly being located in area C which is under Israeli Military and Administrative Authority.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles until 09:15.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:20 and again at 00:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area located near Husan village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 16:45, Israeli forces raided Billal Bin Rabah Mosque area located in North Bethlehem city.
2. At 00:35, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem, Beit Jallah and Beit Sahur cities, stormed the home of Saba Yacoub Saba and inspected surveillance camera footage then withdrew at 02:25.
3. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city and clashed with several residents.

Attack

1. At 15:55, Israeli forces positioned in the vicinity of Billal Bin Rabah Mosque located in North Bethlehem city opened fire towards several residents after a UXO exploded near the watchtower.
2. At 17:25, Israeli forces positioned near Ayda camp fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 01:20, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Duhisheh camp.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:45, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the entrances of Al-Fah's area located in South Hebron city and Al-Fuwar camp then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 09:20, Israeli forces raided Abu Al-Urqan village then stormed and searched a steel mill.
2. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Tarqumiya and Al-Samou' towns and Deir Samit village, detained a resident in Deir Sammit village and confiscated a vehicles and sums of cash.
3. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained 5 residents.
4. At 02:15, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town , stormed and searched 2 homes and detained a resident.
5. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Surif town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Jawad Issa Ibrahim Al-Haroub in Deir Sammit village.
2. Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Khayri Daud Abu Hadid, Fahed Abu Hadid, Mohammad Abu Hadid, Ameer Abu Hadeed and Nimer Abu Hadeed in Hebron city.
3. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Hussien Ahmad Sabarnah in Beit Ummar town.
4. Israeli forces detained Mujahid Abdel-Fattah Al-Hur in Surif town.

Confiscation of Property

At dawn on July 4th 2017, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle and sims of cash owned by Jawad Issa Ibrahim Al-Harub after detaining him during their raid into Deir Sammit village.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 3rd 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding and opening fire towards North Gaza District.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Central Gaza districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Raid

At 10:00, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 100 m into the vicinity of east Beit Hanoun town and opened fire as they levelled a plot of land then withdrew at 17:30.

Attack

At 23:30 on July 3rd 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area in West Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 23:30 on July 3rd 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Deir Al-Balah city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed but open for a limited time for the entry of 13 Fuel trucks for the Electrical generator.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
