WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At 13:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 13:00,Israeli forces detained Arabbi Al-Rashq in the old city of Jerusalem.
2. Israeli forces detained Mu'tasim Rajab Obied in Al-Eisawiya village.

Attack

At 19:30, Israeli forces positioned near the North junction of Al-Ram town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:00,a group of Israeli settlers led by Yihyda Glick and under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On July 4th 2019,Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city is open to residents exiting from the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 10:00 until 23:00 daily, and is open for the entry of residents into the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 06:00 Until 22:00 daily and on Friday the checkpoint will be open from 07:00 until 23:00 and on Saturday will be open from both directions from 10:00 until 23:00.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Attil town, summoned Nabeel Mohammad Qalq to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning then withdrew at 02:50.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:35,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Wadi Al-Bithan road {located at the east entrance of Nablus city} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 09:45, Israeli forces raided Iraq Burin village then detained 4 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Bilal Dakhil Eid, Zuhair Bilal Dakhil Eid, Dakhil Bilal Dakhil Eid and Mohammed Abdul Hakim Ahmed Najjar during their raid into Iraq Burin village.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Marda village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ballout town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafil Harris town then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 22:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at then entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan town then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.

Attack

At 23:55, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Deir Ballout town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jinata town then searched residents and vehicles until 16:00.
2. At 20:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Ush Al-Ghurab area located in east Beit Sahour city then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance Za'tara town then searched residents and vehicles.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Samiya village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 18:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Yunis area {located along the main road connecting Hebron and Bethlehem districts} then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 21:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Khursa village then searched residents and vehicles.

Destruction of Property

On the morning of July 4th 2019, Israeli forces stormed Khirbeit Al-Daqiqa village located in south Yatta town and leveled a Natur reserve located on land approximately 150 dunums and also demolished a water well.

Confiscation of Property

On July 4th 2019, Israeli forces positioned near Zif village junction confiscated a vehicle and construction equipment owned by Issa Ali Khalil Abu Arram as he was working on constructing a car wash and issued a military order to halt construction because of its location in area C which is under Israeli Military and administrative control.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Khan Yunis district.

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 13:00 on July 4th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Fakhari town located in south east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open from one direction only for the entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
