Detention

At dawn on July 8th 2019, Israeli forces detained Bara Wael Mahmoud during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village {in addition to those mentioned in the previous report}.

Temporary Detention

At 21:30, Israeli forces temporarily detained 2 children: Mohammed Mazen Shweiki {7 years old}, and Mahmoud Izzedine Shweiki {11 years old} in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city then released them at a later time.

Deportation

At 11:30,Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders banning 3 residents: Ahmed Al-Shawish, Ibrahim Al-Natsheh and Ahmed Rukn from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem for a period of 2 weeks as a condition for their release after being detained at an earlier time.

Home seizure

On July 8th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police Forces seized a home {consisting of 4 floors} owned by the family of Ehab Al-Mahader in Al-Suwanat neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On July 8th 2019,Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city is open to residents exiting from the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 10:00 until 23:00 daily, and is open for the entry of residents into the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 06:00 Until 22:00 daily and on Friday the checkpoint will be open from 07:00 until 23:00 and on Saturday will be open from both directions from 10:00 until 23:00.

1. At 13:00,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 13:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Ur village then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 12:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Madiyat village and served military orders for the demolition of 5 homes owned by
Ali Yasser Sedqa, Nadi Hossam Sadaqa, Nizam Hamoud Sadaqa, Amjad Nazmi Sadaqa and Abdullah Hamoud Sadaqa.
2. On the evening of July 8th 2019, Israeli forces raided Turmusa'aya town and clashed with several residents as they stormed a wedding reception hall.
3. At 02:55, Israeli forces raided Beituniya town, detained a resident then withdrew at 04:05.
4. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Budrous village, detained a National Security Force officer then withdrew at 04:35.
5. At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Silwad town and detained a resident.

2. Israeli forces detained Malik Na'im Marar in Budrous village.

On the evening of July 8th 2019, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents as they stormed a wedding Reception hall during their raid into Turmusa'aya town.

On July 8th 2019, Israeli forces stormed Kardala village located in the North Jordan valley area and issued a military order to halt construction on a water well which supplies the village with drinking water.

Settlement Activities

On the morning of July 7th 2019, Israeli forces paved a settlement road in Al-Marmala area {which is located near "Miskout" settlement in the North Jordan valley} and begins from road (60) and extends to Al-Marmala area where a Israeli settler installed several Mobil homes and a live stock den {for approximately 300 head of cattle} in an attempt to establish a new settlement outpost in the area.

Settlers Attacks

On July 8th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers herded their cows on agricultural land in Khirbeit Samrat area located in the North Jordan valley.

At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city until 05:50.

At 00:10 on July 8th 2019, Israeli forces detained Moayad Yusef Hassan Sharim during their raid into Qalqiliya {in addition to those mentioned in the previous report}.

At 11:15 and again at 21:30,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Huwara" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 23:00.

1. At 11:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beita town junction then searched residents and vehicles until 12:00.
2. At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba' area located near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.
3. At 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Bazariya village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.
4. At 21:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.

At 02:40, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 03:45.

House Demolition

At 09:00, Israeli forces stormed Khirbeit Al-Qut area located in east Beit Ummar town and demolished a home {under construction} owned by Mohammad Khalil Abdel-Fattah Sabarna for allegedly being built with out a license}.

On July 8th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed a merchant shop located in Al-Hadadin market area in the old city of Hebron.

GAZA STRIP
