WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Jaba' village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 22:00, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town until 23:30.

Detention

At 16:55, Israeli forces detained Thaer Muneir Mohammad Al-Ashqar {A resident of Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city}.

Killings

At 20:30, 3 residents: Adel Hassan Ahmad Ankoush {18 years old}, Bara Ibrahim Salah Attah {18 years old} and Osama Ahmad Mustafa Attah {19 years old} {All are residents of Deir Abu Mash'al village in Ramallah and Al-Bireh district} after they allegedly attempted to open fire towards and stab Israeli settlers and Soldiers which killed a Israeli soldier and injured several settlers with injuries.

Injuries

At 20:30, Israeli forces injured 4 residents: Ibrahim Al-Zir {A journalist}{A resident of the old city of Jerusalem}, Murad Shabanah {A resident of Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city}, Mohammad Kamalah {A resident of the old city of Jerusalem} and Ammar Mohammad Rabah Abdel-Qadder Al-Badawi {31 years old} {A resident of Hebron city} after opening fire towards and killed 3 residents {who allegedly killing a Israeli soldier and wounding several Israeli settlers}.

Physical Assault

At 20:00, Israeli forces positioned in Bab Al-Amoud area in the old city of Jerusalem assaulted Fadi Duwiyat and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

Attack

At 23:20, Israeli forces positioned along Nablus road near "Nablus Auto Garage" located in Jerusalem city fired rubber coated steel bullets,stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 20:55, Israeli forces closed all the entrances leading to Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and prevented worshipers from exiting the mosque and assaulted several residents after opening fire towards and killed 3 residents {who allegedly killing a Israeli soldier and wounding several Israeli settlers}.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 21:35, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the entrance of Abboud town and Deir Abu Mash'al village and impeded the free flow of traffic.
2. At 22:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Ein Kinya village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 22:50, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints near Atarah town bridge and at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 04:20 on June 16th 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a building , detained a resident then withdrew at 05:50.
2. On the evening of June 16th 2017, Israeli forces raided Deir Abu Mash'al village {after the killing of 3 residents in Jerusalem city}, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured 3 residents.

Detention

1. At 09:00, Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Diya Nayef Hamayil, Samih Oday Hamayil, Hamdi Mazahi Hamayil, Jihad Mohammad Ba'irat and Tariq Nidal Hamyil {All are residents of Kafr Malik village} in Ein Samiya area located in east Kafr Malik village.
2. At 13:50, Israeli forces positioned at a Military checkpoint detained Ahmad Jamal Tawafsheh and Ahmad Mohammad Fuqaha {both are residents of Sinjil town}.
3.On June 16th 2017, Israeli forces detained Abd Ayad Sarour {A resident of Ni'lin town}.
4. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Al-Qadi in Al-Bireh city.

Demonstrations

At 13:30, a demonstration took place Ni'lin town protesting against the construction of the wall then clashes erupted between protesters and Israeli forces.

Attack

1. At 04:20 on June 16th 2017, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Al-Bireh city.
2. At 13:20, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during demonstrations in Ni'lin town.
3. On the evening of June 16th 2017, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Deir Abu Mash'al village and as a result injured 3 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 3 unidentified residents in Deir Abu Mash'al village.

Closure (per District)

At 01:00, Israeli forces closed Deir Abu Mash'al village {after the killing of 3 residents in Jerusalem city} thus preventing residents from entering or exiting the city.

JENIN

Closure of District

On the evening of June 16th 2017, Israeli Military forces declared Rumanah, Zubaba and Al-Taybeh village closed Military areas and prevented residents from entering or exiting the area.

TUBAS

Detention

At 20:00, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint detained Omar Mahmoud Bani Odeh {A resident of Tamoun town in Jenin district}.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 21:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 22:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hajja village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 02:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqilya city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Immatin village.

Demonstrations

At 13:20, a demonstration took place in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance during which they clashed with Israeli forces tried to disrupt the demonstration by firing rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators who attempted to reach the demonstration site.

Attack

At 13:20,Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents who were participating in demonstrations against the closure of the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 23:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Zawiya town then searched residents and vehicles.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 11:50.
2. At 22:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 23:40.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 17:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Husan village, detained a resident after confiscating his vehicle then withdrew at 17:15.
2. At 23:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 00:45.

Raid

At 12:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 14:15.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at the west entrance of Husan village detained Hamzah Ahmad Abdel-Qadder Hamamrah.

Attack

1. At 07:45 on June 16th 2017, Israeli forces positioned in Wadi Al-Humus located in North Beit Sahour city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents as they attempted to enter Jerusalem city in order to pray at Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and as a result injured 2 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 12:20, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Khader town.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 residents: Nadeem Rasim Khalil {after he was struck by a tear gas grenade to the head} and Mohammad Immad Sakafi {After he was struck by a tear gas grenade to the back} {both are residents of Beit Ummar town in Hebron city} during clashes in Wadi Al-Humus located in North Beit Sahour city.

Confiscation of Property

At 17:05, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Hamzah Ahmad Abdel-Qadder Hamamrah after detaining him near a flying checkpoint located at the west entrance of Husan village.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 23:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint located along Wadi Sa'ir road then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 18:05, Israeli forces raided Al-Arub camp until 19:30.
2. At 22:55, Israeli forces raided Ithna town, detained 3 residents then withdrew at 03:50.

Detention

Israeli force detained 3 residents: Moath Ahmad Ismail Farjallah, Ward Ahmad Ismail Farjallah and Ahmad Mohammad Ahmad Farjallah in Ithna town.

Attack

1. At 14:05 on June 16th 2017, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Duwara area located in Sa'ir town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 01:55 on June 17th 2017, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Duwarat area located in Sa'ir town fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 3rd 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip.

• Israeli Military forces broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as a result injured 8 residents.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 16:00 on June 16th 2017, Israeli forces opened fire and launched stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents participating in demonstrations in east Jabaliya town and as a result injured 2 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents in east Jabaliya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 15:45 on June 16th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fire towards several demonstrators located in the vicinity Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing located in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 16:30 on June 16th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire and launched tear gas grenades towards several demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Muhammad Ateh wshah- 14 years during confrontations in Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 16:45 on June 16th 2017, Israeli forces opened fire and launched tear gas grenades from their positions behind the Green Line towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town and as a result injured 2 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents in east Khuza'a town.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.

Attack

At 16:45 on June 16th 2017, Israeli forces opened fire and launched tear gas grenades from their positions behind the Green Line towards several residents in east Al-Nahda neighborhood in east Rafah city and injured 3 residents including 2 children.

Injuries

Israeli forces detained 3 residents {including 2 children}: Ahmad Raed Mohammad Abu Aram {17 years old}, Mou'min Fathi Yusef Al-Hams and Moath Khalid Awadallah Awadallah during confrontations in east Al-Nahda neighborhood in east Rafah city.
