WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:00 and again at 23:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Khan Al-Ahmar area {located along the main road connecting Jerusalem and Jericho} then searched residents and vehicles then detained a University student.

Raid

At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town, clashed with several residents and as a result injured a residents then detained 3 others.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint at Khan Al-Ahmar area {located along the main road connecting Jerusalem and Jericho} detained Yazen Eiyas Naji Nazal {A University Student}{A resident of Bethlehem city}.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Yousef Ahmed Yousef Halabia, Assid Afaneh and Usama Bassam Mousa Afana in Abu Dis town.

Temporary Detention

At 11:00, Israeli forces positioned in the old city of Jerusalem temporarily detained the child: Yusef Ashraf Al-Salamiya {10 years old} after storming and searching his home the released him at a later time.

Attack

At 01:00, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Abu Dis town and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident during clashes in Abu Dis town.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Attack

At 13:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in Ni'lin town force alleged stoning and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 19:25, Israeli forces raided Anin village.
2. At 03:10, Israeli forces raided Barta'a Al-Sharqiya village.
3. At 05:40, Israeli forces raided Faqu'a, Arrubuna and Berit Qad villages.

Detention

At 04:30, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint detained 2 residents: Moatasem Emad Assous, and Mou'menRabhi Htnawi {Both are residents of Jenin city} as they were travelling to Jerusalem for prayers in Al-Aqsa mosque compound.

TULKAREM

Raid

1. At 10:35, Israeli forces raided Zeita town until 12:15.
2. At 04:40, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and Al-Shwakiya neighborhood, clashed with several residents after storming several homes.

Detention

At 04:40, Israeli forces positioned at a Military checkpoint detained Nasser Assad Mohammad Zaghal {A residents of Al-Shwakiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city} as he was travelling to Jerusalem for prayers in Al-Aqsa mosque compound.

Attack

At 04:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Tulkerem city.

QALQILIYA

Attack

At 13:30, Israeli forces positioned near the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed} fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators {who are protesting against the village entrance closure} for alleged stoning and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Mohammad Ahmad Barham during clashes near the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 01:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Bruqin town then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

At 23:30, Israeli forces positioned near Kafil Harris town junction detained Muntasir Jamil Mohammad Daud {A resident of Kafil Harris town} after chasing his vehicle.

BETHLEHEM

Attack

On the morning of June 1st 2018, Israeli forces positioned in Wadi Al-Hums area located in North Dar Salah village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents as they attempted to enter Jerusalem for prayers in Al-Aqsa mosque compounds and as a result injured Safiya Omar Qa'awer {a journalist} after being struck in his back by a tear gas canister.

Physical Assault

On the morning on June 1st 2018, Safiya Omar Qa'awer {a journalist} was hospitalized after being struck in his back by a tear gas canister during clashes in Wadi Al-Hums area located in North Dar Salah village as he was attempting to enter Jerusalem for prayers in Al-Aqsa mosque compounds .

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:40, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoint at the entrances of Bani Na'im town and Beit Einoun village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, Halhul, Nuba, Khursa and Beit Ulla towns, stormed and searched several homes, summoned 2 residents: Samer Hamdi al-Qawasmi and Mahmoud Seder to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Settlers Attacks

At 21:10, a group of Israeli settlers attacked the home of Bassam Abu Ashyat in Tel Al-Rumayda neighborhood in the old city of Hebron.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on April 11th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 9 nautical miles for a period of 3 months.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza , Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as result killed a Woman {A Paramedic}, injured 40 residents and left 117 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

• Palestinian Gunmen broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Israeli forces positioned near the border fence in east Gaza city

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 16:30 on June 1st 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town in commemorating the 70th Anniversary of Al-Nakba {Catastrophe} and protesting against the moving of the American Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and as a result injured 6 residents and left 20 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 6 unidentified residents during clashes in east Jabaliya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 16:00 on June 1st 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city in commemorating the 70th Anniversary of Al-Nakba {Catastrophe} and protesting against the moving of the American Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and as a result injured 10 residents and left 8 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Israeli forces injured 10 unidentified residents during clashes in east Gaza city.

Palestinian Attacks

At 18:50 on June 1st 2018,Palestinian gunmen opened fire towards Israeli forces near the border fence in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 16:30 on June 1st 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards towards several demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp in commemorating the 70th Anniversary of Al-Nakba {Catastrophe} and protesting against the moving of the American Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and as a result injured 7 residents and left 4 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 7 unidentified residents during clashes in east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 16:30 on June 1st 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards towards several demonstrators in east Khan Yunis city in commemorating the 70th Anniversary of Al-Nakba {Catastrophe} and protesting against the moving of the American Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and as a result killed a Woman {A Paramedic}, injured 9 residents and left 40 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Killings

Israeli forces killed Razan Ashraf Abdel-Qadder Al-Najjar {21 years old} {A Paramedic}{A resident of Khuz'a town} after opening fire towards her as she was attending to the wounded during clashes in east Khan Yunis city

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 9 unidentified residents during clashes in east Khan Yunis town.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of residents and for the entry of emergency humanitarian and medical supplies.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.

Attack

At 16:30 on June 1st 2018,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Rafah city in commemorating the 70th Anniversary of Al-Nakba {Catastrophe} and protesting against the moving of the American Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and as a result injured 9 residents and left 45 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
