DAILY SITUATION REPORT

WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 01:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Abu Dis, and started the patrol.
2. At 01:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Al-Eizariya and conducted a patrol.

Detention

1. On the morning of 06/26/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Ahmed Al-Ghoul in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem, after storming his house.
2. On the morning of 06/26/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the city of Jerusalem, detained the citizen: Suad Abu Ramoz – a resident of Silwan neighborhood, after storming her workplace.
3. On the evening of 06/26/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Musa Nasser al-Atrash in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem.

House Demolition

On 06/26/ 2022, the Israeli occupation authorities in the Wadi al-Joz neighborhood in Jerusalem forced the citizen: Farid Jaber, to personally demolish his 80-square-meter house, after notifying him earlier, in order to avoid paying heavy fines in the event the occupation authorities carry out the demolition under the pretext of not having a license.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, groups of extremist Israeli settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and made provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint on the roundabout of Rawabi city, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.

Raid

1. At 18:45, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beituniya and conducted a patrol.
2. At 03:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided Al-Jalazun camp, and clashes took place with the citizens, as a result of which 2 civilians (one of them a child) were wounded, and detained 4 civilians.
3. At 04:45, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Silwad, and detained 3 civilians (including a child).

Detention

1. The 4 detainees in al-Jalazun camp are: Youssef Saleh Abu Sharifa, Issa Safi, Mustafa Muhammad Zaid Kharoub, and Ibrahim Abdul Qani Qatash.
2. The 3 detainees in Silwad town are: Talaat Ismail Hamed, 16 years old, Muhammad Qaher Hamid, and Muhammad Abdel Nasser Hamid.

Attack

1. At 15:45, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the entrance to Al-Jalazun camp, fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.
2. At 03:30, the Israeli occupation forces fired live ammunition, rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning as they stormed a number of houses during their raid into Al-Jalazun camp.

Injuries

The two civilians: Abd Samir Tirawi, 17, and Musa Ihab Al-Zubaidi were injured during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces in Al-Jalazun camp.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 13:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Ya'bad and conducted a patrol.
2. At 01:20, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Deir Ghazala, stormed and searched 3 houses, and handed the citizen: Ibrahim Abu Alia, a notice to refer to the Israeli intelligence.
3. At 06:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Jenin, and detained 4 citizens (brothers).

Detention

The 4 detainees in the city of Jenin are: Uday Ibrahim Sheikh, and his brothers Qusai, Ahmed, and Muhammad.

TULKAREM

Raid

1. At 10:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Ramin and conducted a patrol.
2. At 19:35, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Shufa and conducted a patrol.
3. At 01:50, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Baqa al-Sharqiya and conducted a patrol.

Attack

1. At 07:15 on 06/26/ 2022, during their raid into Nour Shams camp in Tulkarm city (as mentioned in the previous report), the Israeli occupation forces fired live ammunition, rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning as they stormed a number of houses, as injured 4 civilians (including 2 children).
2. At 22:00, the Israeli occupation forces charged with guarding the racist separation wall near the Irah suburb of Tulkarm city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards civilian laborers, while they were trying to enter the Green Line to work.
3. At 00:50, the Israeli occupation forces charged with guarding the racist separation wall near the village of Far’oun fired stun and tear gas canisters towards civilian laborers, while they were trying to enter the Green Line to work.

Injuries

The 4 civilians: Ihsan Fahmawi, Abdul Rahman Abdullah, Ahmed Abu Ali 16, and Yazid Hajj Ahmed 16 years old were injured during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces during their raid into Nour Shams camp in Tulkarm.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:55, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Hajjah village, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
2. At 20:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Ezbet Al-Tabib, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
3. At 00:50, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance to Jit village, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.

Raid

At 02:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Kafr Qaddoum, stormed a number of houses, and detained 2 civilians.

Detention

The two detainees in the village of Kafr Qaddoum are: Nihad Hashem Juma'a and Samir Barham.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

On the evening of 06/26/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Hawara checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:35, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the Masoudiya area near Burqa village, and detained a citizen.

Raid

1. At 10:35, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Qusra and conducted a patrol.
2. At 16:15, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beita and conducted a patrol.

Detention

The detainee at a checkpoint at the entrance to the Masoudia area near the village of Burqa is: Yazan Muayyad Abd al-Latif al-Saadi - resident of Jenin camp.

Attack

At 18:30, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the entrance to the village of Burqa, fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.

Settlers Attacks

On the evening of 06/26/ 2022, a group of Israeli settlers from the settlement of "Yitzhar" entered the agricultural lands of the citizens on the southern outskirts of the village of Madama, and attacked the houses of the citizens, as the villagers managed to confront the settlers.

SALFIT

Raid

1. At 01:45, the Israeli occupation forces raided the villages of Qarawat Bani Hassan and Al-Zawiya, and the villages of Sarta and Masha, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 03:50, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Bidya and conducted a patrol.

Detention

At 10:30, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at the Za'tara Junction checkpoint, detained the citizen: Ali Hassan Ali Ramadan – a resident of Tal village in the Nablus governorate.

JERICHO

Attack

At 18:20, the Israeli occupation forces, near the cemetery of Aqabat Jabr camp in the city of Jericho, fired stun and tear gas canisters towards the citizens for alleged stoning.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:50 and again at 21:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Aqabat Hasna area (on the main road leading to the western villages in the Bethlehem governorate), and detained a citizen to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
2. At 09:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the junction of the "Efrat" settlement, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
3. At 16:25, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the town of Tekoa, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.

Raid

1. On the afternoon of 06/ 26/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Husan, and raided a number of shops.
2. At 04:20, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Doha and the Dheisheh camp in Bethlehem, and detained 6 citizens (including a citizen, his wife and his son).

Detention

1. The detainee at a flying checkpoint in the Oqba Hasna area (on the main road leading to the western villages in the Bethlehem governorate) is: Muhammad Adib Musa – a resident of the town of Al-Khader.
2. The six detainees in the town of Doha and the Dheisheh camp in Bethlehem are: Karim Mustafa Muhammad al-Atrash, his wife Aida Muhammad al-Atrash, his son Muhammad, Imran Issa Maali, Jihad Issa Maali, and His Excellency Ahmed Mahmoud Maali.

Attack

At 21:30, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the eastern entrance to the village of Husan, fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning as a result left a number of civilians suffocated due to inhalation of tear gas.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:10, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the town of Halhoul, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.

Raid

1. At 10:55, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beit Awa and conducted a patrol.
2. At 23:45, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Al-Zahiriyah and conducted a patrol.
3. At 01:20, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Hebron and conducted a patrol.

Detention

At 15:20, the Israeli occupation forces detained 3 citizens (including 2 brothers) Malik Hashem Al-Atrash, Ahmed Mahmoud Nour Al-Din Abu Turki, and his brother Yahya in the Wadi Al-Saman area in the old city of Hebron.

Temporary Detention

At 10:35, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the entrance to the Ibrahimi Mosque in the Old City of Hebron temporary detained the citizen: Shaima Jamjoom, and released her at a later time.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the cease-fire agreement by firing the gunboats towards fishermen's boats at sea in the governorates of North Gaza, Khan Yunis, and Rafah.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 06/26/ 2022, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them).

Attack

At 18:30 on 06/26/ 2022, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen's boats while they were chasing them in the open sea off the coast of the Sudaniya area, west of the town of Beit Lahia.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 21:00 on 06/26/ 2022, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen's boats while chasing them at sea off the shore of Khan Yunis.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: on 06/26/ 2022 is partially open (for the entry of foodstuffs and goods, limited quantities of fuel and cooking gas, and building materials for the private sector and for internationally funded projects).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 06/26/ 2022 is open in both directions (for citizens to leave and enter).

Attack

At 21:30 on 06/26/ 2022, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen's boats while chasing them at sea off the shore of Rafah.
