WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Anata town junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on June 27, 2019 and again at 21:30 on June 27th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, detained 2 residents , clashed with several residents and as a result killed a resident and as a result killed a resident injured 4 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation then withdrew at 23:30.

Detention

1. At 23:20, Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Mohammed Waleed Saida, Mufid Saida, Areen Al Zaanin, Salah Saida, and Anas Al Dajani in Wadi Al-Juz neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents :Tarek Firas Mustafa, and Mahmoud Mohi Abu Sneineh in Al-Eisawiya village.

Attack

1. At 20:15, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Ram town.
2. At 21:30 on June 27th 2019, Israeli forces fired live ammunition,rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village and as a result killed a resident injured 4 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Killings

Israeli forces killed Mohammad Samir Obied {20 years old} after opening fire towards him during clashes in Al-Eisawiya village.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 4 residents {of those identified}: Omar Atita after opening fire towards them during clashes in Al-Eisawiya village.

Settlement Activities

On June 27th 2019, Israeli forces leveled land in order to construct a settlement road near the fence surrounding the colony of "Kochav Ya'akov" located east of Kafr Aqab town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

1. At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
2. At 18:00, Israeli Police requested from the reconstruction committee for Al-Aqsa mosque to remove all umbrellas that relieve the worshipers of the sun, which were installed during the month of Ramadan in the Dome of the Rock, and was informed them not to enter any construction materiel into the mosque except those for removing carpets from the chapel of the door of mercy in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On June 27th 2019,Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city is open to residents exiting from the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 10:00 until 23:00 daily, and is open for the entry of residents into the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 06:00 Until 22:00 daily and on Friday the checkpoint will be open from 07:00 until 23:00 and on Saturday will be open from both directions from 10:00 until 23:00.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 01:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Hadad Al-Siyahiya village and detained a resident.

Raid

At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ra'i town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near Hadad Al-Siyahiya village detained Mohammad Sajed Al-Sa'di {a resident of Jenin city}.
2. Israeli forces detained Yusef Fakhri Al-Atrash in Kafr Ra'i town.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 09:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Nazlat Al-Sharqiya village.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Immatin village then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

At 21:10, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located along the main road connecting Qalqiliya and Nablus detained Murad Nihad Abu Assab {a residents of Qalqiliya city}.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavi Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Settlers Attacks

At 10:40, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Homish" settlement {which was previously abandoned} and burned tires along the road and blocked the main road which connects Nablus and Jenin districts then withdrew under the protection of the Israeli Military at 14:40.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 23:55,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara junction military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Harris village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 15:00, Israeli forces raided Sartat village, stormed and searched 4 homes and confiscated surveillance camera footage from a home.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 22:05.

Raid

At 14:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Asakrat village until 15:20.

Detention

1. On June 27th 2019, Israeli forces detained the child: Mohammad Musa Hijazi {13 years old}{a resident of Bethlehem city} as he was reporting to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. On June 27th 2019, Israeli forces detained Uday Muhisien Hussien Abu Yabis {a resident of Al-Duhishat camp in Bethlehem city} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.

Confiscation of Property

At 16:40, Israeli forces confiscated 3 livestock dens, an electrical generator and a water pump owned by Nihar Ali Mohammad Rashayda, Farah Hussien Rashayda and Khalid Ahmad Rashayda {all are resident of Al-Rashayda village} in Al-Bahis area located in Za'tara town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 23:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Farsh Al-Hawa area located in Hebron city {located along bypass road 35} then searched residents and vehicles.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire. The Israeli occupation forces increased the area of ​​fishing, as opposed to the Wawa area In the north-west of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to the port of Gaza to 6 nautical miles, and opposite the port of Gaza and even opposite the city of Rafah to 12 nautical miles and on May 21st 2019,The Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the permitted fishing area from the port of Gaza to the southern shore of Rafah to 15 nautical miles and on the morning of May 29th 2019 Israeli Military forces decreased the fishing limit from 15 nautical miles to 10 nautical miles and on the morning of June 4th 2019, Israeli Military forces increased the fishing limit from 10 nautical miles to 15 nautical miles and on June 5th 2019, Israeli Military forces decreased the fishing limit from 15 nautical miles to 10 nautical miles and at 19:00 on June 11th 2019, Israeli Military forces decreased the fishing limit from 10 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles and on the evening of June 12th 2019, The Israeli occupation forces imposed a total naval blockade on the Gaza Strip until further notice.

•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by raiding and opening fire towards Khan Yunis and Rafah districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 08:00 on June 27th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

Detention

At 20:05 on June 27th 2019, Israeli forces detained 2 unidentified residents as they were attempting to climb the border fence from North Beit Lahiya town into Israel.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision

KHAN YUNIS

Raid

At 08:00 on June 27th 2019, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 50 m into east Khan Yunis city and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 15:00.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.

Raid

At 12:00 on June 27th 2019,Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 50 m into the vicinity of Rafah city and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 15:00.
