WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Military Checkpoints

At 10:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Jaba' military checkpoint {which connects Jerusalem,Ramallah and Jericho districts} and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Detention

At 19:00, Israeli forces detained Radi Sa'id Al-Dadu after storming his home in the old city of Jerusalem.

Temporary Detention

1. At 20:00, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city sentenced the child: Nasrallah Nidal Abu Diyab {a resident of Al-Sa'diyat neighborhood in the old city of Jerusalem} to home detention for a period of 3 days as a condition for his release after being detained at an earlier time.
2. At 20:00, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city sentenced the child: Hassan Ehab Abu Ghazala {15 years old}{a resident of Jerusalem city} to home detention for a period of 4 days as a condition for his release after being detained at an earlier time.

Land Confiscation

On March 10th 2019, Israeli authorities issued a military order for the confiscation of 64 dunums of agricultural land in Qalandiya village for settlement expansion purposes and gave the land owners 60 days to object the order.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

1. At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
2. At 17:30, several Israeli Police officers escorting several employees of The Israeli Antiquities authority stormed Al-Rahma gate in Al-Aqsa mosque compound located in the old city of Jerusalem and took photographs and measurements of the area.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On March 10th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Eiyoun Al-Haramiya area junction {located along the main road connecting Ramallah and Nablus}, temporarily detained a resident and temporarily seized his vehicle for a period of 30 days then released him at a later.
2. At 19:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Abboud town junction then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 23:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Turmus'aya town junction and detained a resident.

Raid

1. At 12:50, Israeli forces raided Turmus'aya town as they chased a vehicle.
2. At 17:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Mughier village and detained 2 residents.
3. At dawn on March 11th 2019, Israeli forces raided Beituniya town and detained a resident.
4. At dawn on March 11th 2019, Israeli forces raided Ein Yabroud village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 22:40, Israeli forces detained 2 residents {including a child}: Mohammad Raed Anqawi {17 years old} and Khalil Mohammad Jibril Abu Qbieta {both are residents of Beituniya town} as they were reporting to Israeli intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. Israeli forces positioned at Turmus'aya town junction detained Tarik Abdel-Kareem Falah {A resident of Khirbeit Abu Falah village}.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Abdel-Jalil Khattab Abu Marwat and Hameed Khattab Abu Marwat {both are residents of Khirbiet Abu Falah village} during their raid in to Al-Mughier village.
4. Israeli forces detained Abdel-Rahman Ahmad Shihada in Beituniya town.
5. Israeli forces detained Zuhier Hatim Hawih during their raid in to Ein Yabroud village.

Temporary Detention

At 10:30, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint at Eiyoun Al-Haramiya area junction {located along the main road connecting Ramallah and Nablus} temporarily detained Ayman Hamayil {Head of Khirbiet Abu Falah village council} then released him after temporarily seizing his vehicle for a period of 30 days.

JENIN

Raid

At dawn on March 11th 2019, Israeli forces raided Bruqin town, stormed and searched a home and confiscated 4000 NIS.

Detention

1. At 14:30, Israeli forces detained Ahmad Abdel-Kareem Mohammad Jaraddat {a resident of Al-Silah Al-Harthiya town}.
2. At 15:00, Israeli forces detained Akrama Ayoub Zamiri {a resident of Azzun Atma town in Qalqiliya district} as he was attending his brothers court hearing at Salem Military base.

Confiscation of Property

At dawn on March 11th 2019, Israeli forces confiscated 4000 NIS from the home of Mohammad Ahmad Obeidi during their raid into Bruqin town.

Settlers Attacks

At 23:05, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Homish" settlement {which was abandoned} and set fire to tires along the main road connecting Jenin and Nablus.

TUBAS

Settlers Attacks

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Bayoud area located in Ein Al-Hilwa in the North Jordan valley and used attack dogs to chase several residents whom were herding live stock in the area and as a result left several goats which are owned by Fathi Aliyan Abu Muh'sin injured after the dogs attacked them.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 05:30, Israeli forces raided Beit Lid town and detained a Preventive Security force officer.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Jamal Abdel-Rahamn Jum'a { a Preventive Security force officer} in Beit Lid town.

QALQILIYA

Raid

At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Hablat town then stormed and searched a home.

Detention

At dawn on March 10th 2019, Israeli forces detained Aqel Ishtwi during their raid into Kafr Qaddum village {in addition to those mentioned in the previous report}.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles until 09:30.
2. At 17:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba'a area located near Tel village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 17:45, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village as they escorted a group pf Israeli settlers who stormed archaeological sites.
2. At dawn on March 11th 2019, Israeli forces raided Nablus city and detained 3 residents {including a National Security force officer}.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Muntasir Mustafa Shinar, Abdel-Karim Mona and Mohammad Nimer Al-Shatawi {a National Security force officer} in Nablus city.

Settlers Attacks

1. On the morning of March 10th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed an area in Jalloud village and leveled and damaged 15 dunums of land located near "Ahiya" and Aish Kodash" settlements then proceeded to steal soil and taking them to the settlements.
2. At 23:45, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Shavie Shamron" settlement stoned residents and vehicles travelling along the main road connecting Nablus and Jenin.

Settlement Activities

On March 10th 2019, several Israeli settlers from "Yitshar" settlement installed 20 mobile homes in Al-Lahif area on plot {17} in Huwara town located near the settlement and leveled the area around it.

SALFIT

Raid

At 04:00 on March 11th 2019, Israeli forces raided Deir Ballout town then stormed and searched a home.

Detention

At 20:50, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction military checkpoint detained Shareef Abdallah Abu Tallal {a resident of Nur Shams camp in Tulkarem city}.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Al-Mu'arajat road {which connects Jericho and Ramallah districts} then searched residents and vehicles until 12:45.

Settlers Attacks

At 15:10, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near Al-Oja village attacked a Bedouin community located in Al-Kharabish area in Ras Al-Oja during which they withdrew under the protection of Israeli forces and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Majed Mohammad Rashayda near n Al-Kharabish area in Ras Al-Oja.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 13:00.

Raid

On the afternoon of March 10th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town, clashed with several residents and as a result left a resident hospitalized with injuries.

Attack

On the afternoon of March 10th 2019, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Khader town and as result left a resident hospitalized with injuries.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident during clashes in Al-Khader town.

HEBRON

Raid

At 16:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Samou' town and served a military order to Yacoub Mustafa Al-Badarin to halt construction on a home and confiscated construction equipment , cement and steel from the home.

Confiscation of Property

At 16:50, Israeli forces confiscated construction equipment , cement and steel from a home {under construction} owned by Yacoub Mustafa Al-Badarin in Al-Samou' town.

Destruction of Property

On March 10th 2019, Israeli forces demolished a home , a chicken coop {approximately 600 m2} and uprooted several trees owned by Khalid Mohammad Soliman in ​​Abu-Souda area near the Hebron-Jerusalem road in front of Beit El Baraka, which was seized by the settlers earlier near the Arroub refugee camp .

Closure of main Roads

At 08:15, Israeli forces closed the entrance of Karmat village with cement blocks.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards North Gaza, Gaza and Rafah districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.
A resident died of serious injuries sustained during clashes in Khan Yunis district on February 22nd 2019.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 08:00 on March 10th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in north west Beit Lahiya town, detained a fisherman and confiscated his fishing boat.
2. At 16:50 on March 10th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Jabaliya town.
3. At 06:40 on March 11th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in north west Beit Lahiya town, detained 2 fishermen and confiscated their fishing boat.

Detention

1. At 08:00 on March 10th 2019 and at 06:40 on March 11th 2019, Israeli naval forces detained 3 fishermen Husam Khader Barakat {a resident of Al-Shata' camp located in west Gaza city}, Mohammad Adnan Al-Sultan and Hassan Akram Ziyad {both are residents of Beit Lahiya town} and off the shores of Al-Waha area located in north west Beit Lahiya town
2. At 14:00 on March 10th 2019,Israeli forces detained 2 unidentified residents in North Beit Lahiya town as they were attempting to climb the border fence into Israel.

Confiscation of Property

At 08:00 on March 10th 2019 and at 06:40 on March 11th 2019, Israeli Naval forces confiscated 2 fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in north west Beit Lahiya town after detaining 3 fishermen.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 18:00 on March 10th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city during the march of return.

KHAN YUNIS

Killings

At 05:30 on March 11th 2019, Bassam Sami Othman Safi {22 years old}{a resident of Khan Yunis camp} died of serious injuries sustained during clashes in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city during the right of return march on February 22nd 2019.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.

Attack

At 09:00 on March 10th 2019, , Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in North east Rafah city near Sufa crossing.
