JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along "Al-Kassarat" road near Al-Ram town, detained a resident and summoned 4 residents: Mahmoud Tarek Yousef Alaa El Din, Mohamed Tarek Yousef Alaa El Din, Moayad Yousef Zawahra, and Hassan Yousef Zawahra {All are residents of Al-Ma'asra village in Bethlehem city} to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Raid

1. On the evening of March 11th 2019, Israeli forces raided Hizma town and clashed with several residents.
2. At 03:15, Israeli forces raided Anata town then stormed and searched a home.
3. At dawn on March 12th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 10:50, Israeli forces positioned near Bab Al-Silsila {Chain Gate}{A main gate entrance leading to Al-Aqsa mosque compound} in the old city of Jerusalem detained Imad Abedin {A Firefighter of the Department of Awqaf in Al-Aqsa Mosque}
2. At 12:00, Israeli forces detained Omar Ramzi Za'anin {A Professional football player for Hilal Al-Quds Football club} in Jerusalem city.
3. At 19:00, Israeli forces positioned in Aqbat Al-Bastami neighborhood in the old city of Jerusalem detained Bahjat Mohammad Ali Al-Razzam after storming his home.
4. At 22:00, Israeli forces detained the child Ahmad Abed Abu Ghannam {15 years old} after storming his home in Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
5. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint along "Al-Kassarat" road near Al-Ram town detained Ahmad Omar Mohammad Al-Jineidi {a resident of Bethlehem city}.
6. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Hassan Matar in Al-Eizariya town.

Attack

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. On the evening of March 11th 2019, Israeli forces fired fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Hizma town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 10:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On March 11th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 10:15 and again at 04:00, Israeli forces raided Kobar town, clashed with several residents as they closed the main road connecting Kobar town and Beit Illu village and as a result injured a resident then temporarily seized 2 water-tank trucks owned by Ali Filfil for a period of 30 days, stormed 2 homes and detained a resident.
2. At 17:25, Israeli forces raided Deir Intham village.

Detention

1. On March 10th 2019, Israeli forces positioned at Beit Ur military checkpoint detained Mohammad Tawfiq Hassan Allan.
2.Israeli forces detained Huthayfa Lutfi Al-Barghouthi in Kobar town.

Attack

1. At 10:15, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they closed off a road during their raid into Kobar town and as a result injured 2 residents.
2. At 15:55, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village fired live ammunition,rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured a resident.
3. At 22:40, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of "Ofar" military base fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
4. At 04:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they passed through Bir Ziet town.

Injuries

1. Israeli forces injured 2 residents {of those identified}: Raed Mahmoud Nader during clashes in Kobar town.
2. Israeli forces injured a unidentified residents during clashes in Al-Nabi Saleh village.

Assaults on Property

At 10:15, Israeli forces seized a water tank truck owned by Ali Filfi in Kobar town for a period of 30 days.

Closure of main Roads

At 10:15, Israeli forces closed the road connecting Kobar town and Beit Illu village.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Yamoun town junction then searched residents and vehicles until 16:05.
2. At 16:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Haifa road located in North west Jenin city then detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 17:20, Israeli forces in "Salem" military base detained Mu'taz Majdi Adel Barakat {A resident of Al-Jiftlik village in Jericho district} as he was entering to attend a court hearing.
2. Israeli forces positioned a checkpoint along Haifa road located in North west Jenin city detained Mohammad Adnan Abed {A resident of Kafr Dan village}.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 17:50, Israeli forces raided Attil town.

QALQILIYA

Raid

1. On the morning of March 11th 2019, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city and detained a resident.
2. At 19:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town until 23:40.
3. At dawn on March 12th 2019, Israeli forces raided Izbat Soliman village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. On the evening of March 11th 2019, Israeli forces positioned near "Ayal" crossing located in North Qalqiliya city detained 2 children: Mahmoud Barham {17 years old} and Mahmoud Daoud {17 years old}.
2. Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Fathi Shana'a in Qalqiliya city.
3. Israeli forces detained Obeida Soliman Daoud in Izbat Soliman village.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:45 and again at 20:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At dawn on March 12th 2019, Israeli forces raided Awarta village then stormed and searched 2 homes.

Detention

At 21:50, Israeli forces positioned near the bypass road in east Salem village detained Khalid Abdel-Jalil Mohammad Rashayda {A resident of Balata camp in Nablus city} for allegedly stoning a settlers vehicle.

Settlers Attacks

At 12:15, a group of Israeli settlers from "Yitshar" settlement stormed agricultural land in Burin village and attacked several farmers.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Marda village then searched residents and vehicles until 11:45.
2. At 18:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan town then searched residents and vehicles until 20:30.
3. At 18:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ballout town then searched residents and vehicles until 20:30
4. At 18:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of AlZawiya town then searched residents and vehicles until 20:30.

Raid

1. At 12:30, Israeli forces raided Harris village, served military orders to halt construction on homes owned by Ramiz Rida Al-Shamlawi, Amjad Othman, Rani Ayman Daoud, Aktham Yacoub Sultan and Tarik Radwan Daoud for allegedly being built with out licences because of their location in Area C which is under Israeli Military and Administrative control.
2. At 23:50, Israeli forces raided Salfit city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a Al-Huda gas station, confiscated surveillance camera footage from the gas stations {because of an alleged shooting incident near Arail settlement} then withdrew at 05:30.
3. At dawn on March 12th 2019, Israeli forces raided Iskaka village then stormed and searched several homes.

Attack

At 23:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched Al-Huda gas station during their raid into Salfit city.

Confiscation of Property

At 23:50, Israeli forces confiscated surveillance camera footage from Al-Huda gas station during their raid into Salfit city.

JERICHO

Raid

At 16:20 and again at 00:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Oja village, stormed the home of Salama Ka'abna then took measurements of the home then withdrew at 01:50.

BETHLEHEM

Military Checkpoints

At 11:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Al-Container military checkpoint until 12:20.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 14:30
2. At 12:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 15:20.
3. At 12:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Jinata town then searched residents and vehicles until 15:30.
4. At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 18:25.
5. At 21:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Jala city then searched residents and vehicles until 23:10.

Raid

1. At 00:25, Israeli forces raided Marah Rabah village then stormed and searched 2 homes.
2. At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city then stormed and searched 2 homes.
3. At 03:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town and detained 2 residents {including a child}.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Juda Mohammad Subieh {17 years old} and Ahmad Yusef Hisham Musa in Al-Khader town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Hebron city {located near Haji settlement junction} then searched residents and vehicles until 12:30.
2. At 12:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 14:00.
3. At 18:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Yaqin area {located at the entrance of Bani Na'im town} then searched residents and vehicles until 20:30.
4. At 19:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beit Einoun village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.

Raid

At 19:10, Israeli forces raided Karmat village, stormed and searched several merchant shops, detained a resident , confiscated a computer then withdrew at 17:30.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Uday Faysal Al-Awawa in Karmat village.

Attack

At 18:00, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Arrub camp fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents and home for alleged stoning from near the camp entrance.

Injuries

At 16:30, Zidan Al-Sharabati {A resident of Hebron city} was hospitalized with bloody eye and contusions after Israeli forces assaulted him near Al-Shuhada' road in the old city of Hebron.

Confiscation of Property

At 19:10, Israeli forces confiscated a computer owned by Uday Faysal Al-Awawda after detaining him as they stormed his shop in Karmat village.

Closure of main Roads

1. At 09:20, Israeli forces closed the entrance of Burin area located along the main road between Bani Ni'am and Yatta towns and impeded the free flow of traffic.
2. At 12:10, Israeli forces closed the agricultural bypass road leading to road {60} near Al-Tahahdi school in south Al-Samou' town and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Settlers Attacks

At 08:00, a Israeli settler positioned near a military checkpoint located in the old city of Hebron harassed and provoked several school children.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Khan Yunis districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Khan Yunis districts and as a result injured a child.
•A resident died of serious injuries sustained during clashes in Central Gaza district on March 1st 2019 2019.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 08:20 on March 11th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in north west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 11:00 on March 11th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in north west Beit Lahiya town and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli Naval forces injured the child Khalil Sameh Miqdad {15 years old}{A resident of Al-Shata' camp in Gaza city} after opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in north west Beit Lahiya town.

Detention

At 12:30 on March 11th 2019, Israeli forces detained a unidentified resident in North Beit Lahiya town as he was attempting to climb the border fence into Israel.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Killings

At 23:30 on March 11th 2019, Musa Mohammad Musa {23 years old}{A resident of Deir Al-Balah city} died of serious injuries sustained during clashes in Central Gaza district on March 1st 2019 2019.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 12:40 on March 11th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.
2. At 15:30 on March 11th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.
3. At 22:00 on March 11th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
