DAILY SITUATION REPORT

WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Detention

1. At 09:20, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Ezz Masharah - a resident of Al-Sawahrah Al-Sharqiya.
2. At 13:20,the Israeli occupation forces detained : Akram Fadi Mustafa - a resident of Al-Issawiya village.
4. At 14:30,the Israeli occupation forces positioned near Bab al-Silsila (one of the gates leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque) in the Old City of Jerusalem detained the citizen: Khaled Riad Al-Issawi - Head of the Preaching and Guidance Department at Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Temporary Detention

At 21:15, the Israeli occupation authorities in the city of Jerusalem handed over a decision preventing the governor of Jerusalem: Adnan Ghaith, from communicating and communicating with President Mahmoud Abbas - President of the State of Palestine, and 50 Palestinian personalities, and the decision also includes preventing him from communicating with a number of members of the Central Committee and security and Palestinian national leaders after he was summoned to the "Al-Maskobiyya" Detention and Interrogation Center.

At dawn on 11/03/2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided Beitlo village, and detained 2 citizens (brothers).

Detention

The two detainees in Beitlo village are: Nidal Mahmoud al-Bazzar and his brother Khaled.

TUBAS

Military Checkpoints

At 13:55, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at Tayasir checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 20:10, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at "Ainaf" checkpoint, and blocked traffic until 22:00.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 01:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the eastern entrance to the city of Qalqilya, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 22:20, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at Huwara checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.

Physical Assault

At 20:55, the Israeli occupation forces severely beat 2 citizens: Nidal Hammoud and Thaer Hammoud { a residents of Jaloud village}, while they were on the road between the town of Qusra and the village of Jaloud, which led to their bruises, and they were brought to the hospital for treatment.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the city of Salfit, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 15:40.
2. At 22:40, the Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Deir Ballut, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:45, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the southern entrance to Jericho, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

At 20:35, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Al-Rashaida and handed over notifications for 2 citizens: Saad Muhammad Hassan Rashaida and Abbas Mahmoud Rashaida to be reviewed by the Israeli intelligence.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Idna town, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 09:45.
2. At 11:35, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the southern entrance to Hebron, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 12:50.
3. At 16:50, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Halhoul town bridge, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 17:40.

Raid

At 13:30,the Israeli occupation forces aided the Carmel village, stormed and searched 2 houses.

Closure of main Roads

On 11/03/2021, the Israeli occupation forces closed the entrance to Ma'in village, with dirt mounds.

Settlers Attacks

At 14:00, Israeli settlers opened fire randomly towards 2 children (ages 12 and 13), while they were grazing sheep in the al-Musafir area, east of Yatta.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on 26/08/2014, the permanent and comprehensive ceasefire came into effect with the initiative and patronage of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, the introduction of humanitarian and relief aid and reconstruction requirements, and expanding the fishing area to a distance of 6 miles with the increase in distance Up to 12 miles by the end of this year, reducing the "security buffer" zone from 300 meters to 100 meters, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. Other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within a month of the ceasefire.

• On the morning of June 28, 2019, the occupation forces allowed the expansion of the fishing distance from opposite the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles.
• On 01/09/2020, the occupation forces re-expanded the fishing distance from the front of the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles. After it imposed on 08/16/2020 a complete closure on the maritime domain in front of the fishermen's boats in front of the Gaza Strip.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the ceasefire agreement by firing from their positions on the Green Line towards the Gaza, Central, and Khan Yunis governorates, and by firing boats at fishermen's boats while chasing them at sea in the northern Gaza governorates.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanoun Crossing - "Erez": on 11/03/2021 is closed (except for the passage of emergency humanitarian cases).

Attack

At 16:00 on 11/03/2021, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen's boats while chasing them at sea off the Al-Sudania beach, west of the town of Beit Lahia.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.

At 09:30 on 11/03/2021, the Israeli occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of the town of Juhr Al-Dik, east of Gaza City.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 09:30 on 11/03/2021, the Israeli occupation forces opened fire from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Deir Al-Balah.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 11:30 on 11/03/2021, the Israeli occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Khuza'a town, east of Khan Yunis.

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sufa Crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom Crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: 11/03/2021, partially open (for the entry of foodstuffs, goods, building materials, and limited quantities of fuel).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 11/03/2021, is open in both directions (for the entry and departure of citizens).
