WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At 05:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Jadirat village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 13:50, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Aqsa mosque compound detained Qays Bassit {a resident of Kafr Aqab town}.
2. At 13:55, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Tiniya {A resident of Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city} in Al-Aqsa mosque compound.
3. At 18:00, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Akram Al-Joulani {A resident of Al-Salam neighborhood in Jerusalem city} in the old city of Jerusalem.
4. Israeli forces detained Bashar Saed Birjis in Al-Jadirat village.

Temporary Detention

At 19:00, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Aqsa mosque compound temporarily detained Awwad Al-Salayma then released him at 22:00.

Deportation

1. At 14:00, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city banned Bahjat Ali Al-Razam {a resident of Al-Sa'ayda neighborhood in the old city of Jerusalem} from Al-Aqsa mosque compound of a period of 15 days and fined him 5000 NIS as a condition for his release after being detained at an earlier time.
2. On March 12th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city banned Tamer Al-Khalfawi {a resident of the old city of Jerusalem} from Al-Aqsa mosque compound of a period of 15 days as a condition for his release after being detained at an earlier time.

Attack

1. At 15:30, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate in Dahiyat Al-Barid fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 19:10, Israeli forces positioned in Wadi Al-Joz neighborhood in Jerusalem city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

1. At 09:00 on March 12th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
2. At 13:40 on March 12th 2019, Israeli Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque {after a fire broke out near the Israeli Police building} and forced worshiper and Mosque security guards to leave the mosque then assaulted and injured several worshipers including Omar Al-Kiswani and Wasef Al-Bakri.
3. At 15:20 on March 12th 2019, Israeli Police forces closed Al-Aqsa Mosque after forcing worshipers out of the mosque thus preventing them from praying Afternoon,Dusk and Evening prayers and as a result forced worshipers to pray along side the road near the mosque then reopened it at dawn on March 13th 2019.

Physical Assault

On March 12th 2019, Israeli forces injured 8 residents {including Women and children}: Amin al-Bassati {10 years old}, Sheikh Omar al-Kiswani, Sheikh Wasif al-Bakri, Mufti Sheikh Muhammad Hussein, Shadi Matar, Nasser Qus, Hatem Gharabla, and Khadija Khois after assaulting them at Al-Aqsa mosque compound.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On March 12th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.

Flying Checkpoints

At 13:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Deir Ibzi' and Kafr Ni'ma villages then searched residents and vehicles until 13:50.

Raid

1. At dawn on March 12th 2019, Israeli forces raided Qibyat village and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on March 12th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village and detained a resident.
3. At 02:40, Israeli forces raided Ramallah and Al-Bireh cities, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes , detained 2 residents then withdrew at 05:15.

Attack

1. At 12:50, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Jalazoun camp fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning then detained 4 residents {including a child}.
2. At 17:35, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 02:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raids into Ramallah and Al-Bireh cities.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Ali Yusef Ali Ghithan in Qibiya village.
2. Israeli forces detained Hussien Ismail Al-Dudat in Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Hafith Amr {A resident of Ramallah city} and Mohammad Abu Tir {A resident of Al-Bireh city} during their raids into Ramallah and Al-Bireh cities.
4. Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Jalazoun camp detained 4 residents: Shafiq Masarwa {17 years old}, Khaled Masarwa, Sultan Hamed Al Amouri and Mustafa Zaki Al Masri.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the Arab American University campus in Jenin city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 04:50, Israeli forces raided Jenin city and its camps then detained 7 residents.

Detention

1. At 16:15, Israeli forces detained the child: Loai Mahmoud Sa'di Al-Natouri {17 years old}{a resident of Jenin camp} as he was reporting to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. Israeli forces detained 7 residents: Shara Samouh al-Hindawi, Ayman Jamal al-Qunba, Hani Bani Gharrah, Abdul Rahman Hani Abu Zagha, Suhaib Majdi Abu Al-Hija, Nizar Abu Hammad and Leith Mahmoud Hamran during their raids into Jenin city and its camps.

TUBAS

Raid

1. At 09:35, Israeli forces raided Al-Ras Al-Ahmar area located in the North Jordan valley and served military orders to halt construction on 5 homes and a live stock den owned by: Saqr 'Uzzat Bani' Odeh, Ali Khader Bani 'Odeh, Jamil Sulaiman Bani' Odeh, and 'Alam Hamdan Bani' Odeh for allegedly being built with out a licence.
2. At 11:15, Israeli forces raided Ibziq village served military orders to halt construction on a mobile home and the installation of solar panels to generate electricity for Al-Tahadi school {10} in the village.

Confiscation of Property

At 11:30, Israeli forces confiscated a agricultural tractor owned by Nasser Abdel-Raziq in Al-Buqaya area located in the North Jordan valley.

TULKAREM

Raid

1. On March 12th 2019, Israeli forces raided Baqa Al-Sharqiya town and detained 2 residents.
2. At 11:10, Israeli forces raided Khirbiet Jabarat village, served military orders for the demolition of several homes for allegedly being built with out licences then withdrew at 15:00.
3. At 01:35, Israeli forces raided Rammin village, stormed and searched 2 homes, detained a resident then released him at a later time.
4. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, Tulkarem and Nur Al-Shams camps then detained 2 residents in Nur Al-Shams camp.
5. At dawn on March 13th 2019, Israeli forces raided Sayda village and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mus'ab Najeh Oda and Issa Mohammad Jaber in Baqa Al-Sharqiya town.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ali Odah {a resident of Tulkarem city} and Iz Al-Din Abu Daya {a resident of Nur Al-Shams camp} during their raids into Tulkarem city, Tulkarem and Nur Al-Shams camps.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mujahid Saleem and Ma'moun Nawaf Affif Raddad in Sayda village.

Temporary Detention

At 01:35, Israeli forces positioned in Rammin village temporarily detained Maher Sa'id Sa'id Soliman then detained him at a later time.

QALQILIYA

Raid

1. At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city, detained 2 children then withdrew at 03:45.
2. At 02:40, Israeli forces raided Azzun town and detained 2 residents {including a child}.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 children: Usayed Firas Iz Al-Din Abu Libdeh {17 years old} and Ahmad Issa Sabri {16 years old} in Qalqiliya city.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Osama Mu'in Hussien and Omar Hassan Salama {17 years old} in Azzun town.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

1. At 15:05, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Beit Furiq Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.
2. At 20:10, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara m,military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 14:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Al-Bithan road {located along the east entrance of Nablus city} then detained a resident.
3. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Assira Al-Qibliya and Orif villages then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 22:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Deir Sharaf village junction {along the main road connecting Nablus and Tulkarem} and detained a resident.

Raid

1. At 22:00, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village then blew up a Palestinian flange pole located at an archaeological site
2. At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Libban Al-Sharqiya village and confiscated surveillance camera footage from a local mosque.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a a checkpoint along Al-Bithan road {located along the east entrance of Nablus city} detained Mohammad Nidal Mansour Sabah {a resident of Al-Far'a camp in Tubas district}.
2. Israeli forces positioned at a a checkpoint near Deir Sharaf village junction {along the main road connecting Nablus and Tulkarem} detained Jihad Mihraj Ibrahim Shihada {a resident of Tulkarem camp in Tulkarem distrcit}.

Temporary Detention

At 15:05, Israeli forces positioned at Beit Furiq military checkpoint temporarily detained Ahmad Yusef Shartih {a resident of Silwat Al-Thaer town in Jenin district} then released him at 16:15.

Settlers Attacks

At 12:15, a group of Israeli settler stormed agricultural land in Burin village located near the bypass road of Yitshar settlement and chopped down 33 Olive trees owned by Riziq Yusef Qaddus and chopped of the limbs of several trees owned by Waleed Sa'eed and Akram Musbah Imran.

SALFIT

Raid

1. At 17:20, Israeli forces raided Salfit city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and merchant shops and as a result killed a residents, injured another and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces raided Masahat village and confiscated surveillance camera footage from several merchant shops.
3. At 20:15, Israeli forces raided Iskaka and Yassuf villages and confiscated surveillance camera footage from several merchant shops.

Detention

At 15:20, Israeli forces detained Khalid Omar Ibrahim Abdallah {A resident of Deir Ballout town} as he was reporting to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning based on a prior summon.

Attack

At 17:20, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes and merchant shops during their raid into Salfit city and as a result killed a residents, injured another and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Killings

Israeli forces killed Mohammad Abdel-Fattah Shaheen {23 years old} during clashes in Salfit city.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Othman Balasma during clashes in Salfit city.

Physical Assault

At 19:45, Mohammad Jawad Mohammad Daoud {A resident of Harris village} was hospitalized after being assaulted by Israeli Police officers near Harris village.

Closure of main Roads

At 22:25, Israeli forces closed the west entrance of Harris village and impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening it at a later time.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Ein Dweik village {located along Al-Mu'arajat road which connects Jericho and Ramallah districts} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At dawn on March 13th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Oja village and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mazen Ahmad Ibrahim Abu Sata in Al-Oja village.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages in Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 13:15.
2. At 15:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jinata town then searched residents and vehicles until 17:00.

Raid

At 13:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town until 15:00.

Detention

At 14:25, Israeli forces positioned near the wall gate near Billal Bin Rabah Mosque located in North Bethlehem city detained 2 residents: Khalil Abu Labban and Bashar Ma'moun Al-Laham {Both are residents of Al-Duhishat camp in Bethlehem city}.

Confiscation of Property

On March 12th 2019, Israeli forces confiscated 2 tents used as live stock dens owned by Mahmoud Hassan Shakarna in Ein Faris area located in West Nihalin town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Nabi Yunis area junction {located along the main road connecting Hebron and Bethlehem districts} then searched residents and vehicles until 20:30.

Raid

1. At dawn on March 13th 2019, Israeli forces raided Bani Na'im town and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on March 13th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Fuwar camp and detained a resident.
3. At dawn on March 13th 2019, Israeli forces raided Surif town and detained 2 residents.
4. At dawn on March 13th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Arrub camp and detained a resident.

1. At 16:15, Israeli forces positioned at Military checkpoint {160} located in the old city of Hebron detained Maha Hassan Al-Turk.
2. Israeli forces detained Sayil Abdel-Hadi Zidat in Bani Na'im town.
3. Israeli forces detained Basel Rami Al-Wawi in Al-Fuwar camp.
4. Israeli forces detained Khalid Dhinimat and Eyad Ghinimat in Surif town.
5. Israeli forces detained Karim Abu Sal in Al-Arrub camp.

Attack

At 12:40, Israeli forces positioned in the old city of Hebron opened fire towards a resident {an employee in the Hebron Judicial court} for allegdly attempting to stab a Israeli soldier.

Killings

Israeli forces killed Yasser Fawzi Mohammad Shwiki {36 years old} an employee in the Hebron Judicial court}after opening fire towards him for allegdly attempting to stab a Israeli soldier. in the old city of Hebron.

Settlers Attacks

On March 12th 2019, a Israeli settler positioned along Al-Shuhada road in the old city of Jerusalem assaulted and slandered Ahmad Hisham Al-Aza and as a result left him injured with contusions to the head.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

On the morning of March 13th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in north west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
