Daily Report March 15, 2017

1. At 07:00 on March 14th 2017 and again 14:00,Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, demolished a home {under construction} owned by Majdi Mustafa {for allegedly being built without a licence}, clashed with residents and detained a resident.
2. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Samir Amis area located in North Jerusalem.
3. At 03:30,Israeli forces raided Biddu town.
4. At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya and Abu Dis towns.

1. At dawn on March 15th 2017, Israeli forces detained 8 residents: Bashar Bassam Shaqirat {17 years old}, Wajdi Khalil Shaqirat, Omar Faris Ridat, Muthqal Khalid Shaqirat, Ahmad Amin Mashahra, Hussien Bassam Shaqirat, Mohammad Issam Shaqirat and Raes Ibrahim Shaqirat in Jabal Al-Mukabir neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. Israeli forces detained Basil Mahmoud Obied in Al-Eisawiya village.

At 14:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village.

1. At 07:00 on March 14th 2017, Israeli forces stormed Al-Eisawiya village and demolished a home {under construction} owned by Majdi Mustafa for allegedly being built without a licence.
2. At 14;00, Israeli forces stormed Ein Al-Louza area in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city and demolished 2 rooms of a home owned by Mohammaad Amin Abu Salah for allegedly being built without a licence.

On the morning of March 14th 2017, Israeli forces sealed off and shut down the Mapping and Geographic Information Systems Department of the Arab Studies Society located in the Orient House located in Beit Hannina town of Jerusalem city for a period of 6 months and temporarily detained Khalil Tufakji {The center's director} then released him at a later time.

3. At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Deir Ghassaneh town, detained a resident then withdrew at 06:45.
4. At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Awrata town and detained a resident.
5. At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Nabi Saleh village and detained 2 residents.
6. At dawn on March 15th 2017, Israeli forces raided Deir Ammar village and detained a resident.
7. At dawn on March 15th 2017, Israeli forces raided Deir Abu Mash'al village and detained a resident.

1. At 08:40, Israeli forces detained the child Abdel-Khaliq Eyad Burnat {17 years old}{A resident of Bil'in village}.
2. Israeli forces detained Omar Mahmoud Al-Barghouthi in Deir Ghassaneh town.
3. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Al-Arouri in Aroura town.
4. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mahmoud Al-Awashat and Uday Abdel-Raziq Al-Tamimi in Al-Nabi Saleh village.
5. Israeli forces detained Yusef Odah in Deir Ammar village.
6. Israeli forces detained Layth Al-Barghouthi in Deir Abu Mash'al village.

At 17:15, Israeli forces positioned near the Annexation wall in Budrus village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

At 15:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Arrana village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 17:30.

At 04:10, Israeli forces raided Rumana village, detained 2 residents {including a Palestinian Intelligence Officer} then withdrew at 04:45.

At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Tubas city, Tamoun and Tayassir towns, stormed and searched several homes, detained a resident in Tubas city then withdrew at 06:35.

1. At 09:25, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and Izbit Al-Tayah village until 12:30.
2. At 18:20, Israeli forces raided Zieta town and clashed with several residents.

1. At 12:00 and again at 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqilya city then searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.
2. At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

At dawn on March 15th 2017, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya city.

1. At 09:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near " Shave Shomron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles until 10:00.
2. At 18:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Madma village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 21:15.
3. At 18:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beit Umarin village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 21:15.

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces raided Beit Dajjan village, confiscated a Caravan owned by Tawfiq Abdel-Rahim Al-Haj Mohammad then searched residents and vehicles until 12:00.
2. At 19:40, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya town, clashed with several residents and as a result injured Shahed Arafat Kayed leaving him hospitalized with contusions then withdrew at 21:00.
3. At 01:55, Israeli forces raided Tel village, stormed and searched several homes, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 04:15.

1. At 19:00, Israeli forces positioned at Huwara Military checkpoint detained 3 children: Raed Waheed Awad {17 years old}, Mahmoud Ghazi Abu Zaytoun {16 years old} and Bader Bahnajawi {16 years old} {All residents of Balata camp in Nablus city}.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mus'ab Tawfiq Al-Hindi and Yasser Billal Mahmoud Yamien in Tel village.

At 19:40, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed archaeological sites during their raid into Sabastiya town and as a result injured Shahed Arafat Kayed leaving him hospitalized with contusions.

Shahed Arafat Kayed was injured during clashes in Sabastiya town.

1. At 01:05, Israeli forces raided Bidya town.
2. At dawn on March 15th 2017, Israeli forces raided Qarwat Bani Hassan town and detained a University student.

At 08:10, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Al-Hamra Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the Dead Sea junction then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 09:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 11:00.
2. At 15:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Aqbat Hasna area located near the entrance of Husan village then searched residents and vehicles until 17:00.

1. At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Beit Jallah city, detained a resident then withdrew at 05:30.
2. At 04:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured 5 residents: Mahmoud Ibrahim Mohammad Ramadan, Eyad Ibrahim Mohammad Ramadan, Ahmad Mohammad Khader Hamdan, Moath Issam Abu Nassar and Mohammad Faris Farajat then detained a resident and withdrew at 06:20.

1. At 21:30, Israeli forces detained Jamal Aliyan Yusef Raba'ya {A resident of Al-Ubeidiya town} near "Malee Adumim" settlement and confiscated his vehicle.
2. Israeli forces detained Baha Al-Din Ismail Hussien Musalat in Beit Jalla city.
3. Israeli forces detained Murad Mohammad Hassan Al-Zaghari in Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city.

At 04:50, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city and as a result injured 5 residents.

Israeli forces injured 5 residents: Mahmoud Ibrahim Mohammad Ramadan, Eyad Ibrahim Mohammad Ramadan, Ahmad Mohammad Khader Hamdan and Moath Issam Abu Nasser and Mohammad Faris Farajat during confrontations in Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city.

At 18:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Fuwar camp junction then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 07:45 on March 14th 2017, Israeli forces raided Jabal Al-Sharif area located in Hebron city, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 12:50.
2. At 00:30 on March 15th 2017, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, detained 3 residents then withdrew at 04:40.
3. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Beit Kahil town, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 06:00.
4. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Tarqumiya, Ithna, Dura and Al-Thahriya towns until 04:45.
5. At 07:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and detained 3 residents.

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
