JERUSALEM

Raid

At dawn on March 18th 2019, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Far'oun in Abu Dis town.

Temporary Detention

On March 17th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city placed 3 residents: Firas Awisat, Arin Al-Za'anin and Shadi Matour under house detention until March 19th 2019 and fined them 1000 NIS as a condition for their release after being detained at an earlier time.

Deportation

1. On March 17th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders banning 3 residents: Yusef Al-Hawash, Ahmad Agha and Tawfiq Barham from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound until March 21st 2019 as a condition for their release after being detained at an earlier time.
2. On the evening of March 17th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders banning 2 residents: Issa Barakat and Hamza Al-Nabali from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound for a period of 7 days as a condition for their release after being detained at an earlier time.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

Settlers Attacks

At 21:00, a group of Israeli settlers positioned at the entrance of Jaba' village stoned several vehicles.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On March 17th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Halmish" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles until 12:15.
2. At 11:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 11:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Abboud town then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 12:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles until 17:20.
5. At 12:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village then searched residents and vehicles.
6. At 19:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Ras Kar Kar and Kafr Ni'ma villages then searched residents and vehicles.
7. At 03:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Rihan junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 13:50, Israeli forces raided Ein Qinya village and detained 2 residents.
2. At 02:05, Israeli forces raided Beituniya town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched 2 homes then withdrew at 06:15.
3. At 02:25, Israeli forces raided Beit Liqya town
4. At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Abu Qash village.

Detention

1. On March 17th 2019, Israeli forces detained the child: Ahmad Abdel-Jabbar Abdel-Fattah {14 years old} {A resident of Al-Jalazoun camp} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Nasser Ahmad Malah and Khalil Al-Haj {Both are residents of Ein Ariq village} in Ein Qinya village.

Attack

At 02:05, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Beituniya town.

Settlers Attacks

At 16:00, Israeli settlers positioned near "Bet El" settlement located in North Al-Bireh city stoned several vehicles.

JENIN

Raid

At dawn on March 18th 2019, Israeli forces raided Jenin city and detained 3 residents.

Detention

1. At 13:45, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Jalmat Military checkpoint located in North Jenin city detained Mohammad Yusef Abed Bishirat {A resident of Tamoun town in Tubas district}.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Ahmad Musa Al-Mughier, Amr Aqel Amr and Mohammad Ahmad Siyidnat in Jenin city.

Settlers Attacks

On March 17th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed the ruins of the former settlement of Tarsulah, located between the town of Jab'a and the village of Sanur then preformed Talmudic rituals and chanted anti arab and racist slogans.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 12:15, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Lid town then searched residents and vehicles.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 12:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hajja village then searched residents and vehicles.

Settlers Attacks

At 19:30, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Jinsafut village, stoned several homes and vehicles and a as a result shattered the windows of several homes and vehicles.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 10:10, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 14:35.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba'a area located near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 10:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Deir Sharaf village junction {located along the main road connecting Nablus and Tulkarem} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Bazariya village, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 05:30.
2. At 06:35, Israeli forces raided Salem village then stormed and searched a home.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Nu'man Tamim and Samid Abdel-Jabbar Tamim in Bazariya village.

Closure of main Roads

At 10:50, Israeli forces closed the entrance of Jama'in town and prevented residents from entering or exiting the town.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 14:35, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Assira Al-Qibliya village, stoned several homes and as a result injured 2 residents and shattered the windows of Abdel-Rahma Mohammad Ahmads home.
2. At 18:30, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Yitzhar" settlement junction located in North Huwara town stoned residents and vehicles and as a result damaged a vehicle owned by Mahrij Al-Damidi.
3. At 19:45, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Shavei Shomron" settlement junction assaulted 3 residents: Nash'at Dwikat, Samer Abu Al-Hayat and Raed Al-Thulth {All are employees of the Electrical Company} and as a result left them hospitalized with contusions.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 10:10, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara village junction and impeded the free flow of traffic until 14:35.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Yasuf village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 12:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Iskaka village bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 10:50, Israeli forces raided Kafr Al-Dik town {after a unidentified resident opened fire towards "Arail" settlement junction which killed 2 Israeli soldiers and seriously injured 3 Israeli settlers}, stormed and searched several homes and confiscated surveillance camera footage from the town municipality building.
2. At 11:50, Israeli forces raided Bruqin town {after a unidentified resident opened fire towards "Arail" settlement junction which killed 2 Israeli soldiers and seriously injured 3 Israeli settlers} clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and detained 2 residents.
3. At 14:30, Israeli forces raided Salfit city {after a unidentified resident opened fire towards "Arail" settlement junction which killed 2 Israeli soldiers and seriously injured 3 Israeli settlers} and clashed with several residents.
4. At 18:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Zawiya town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and took measurements of a home owned by the family of Omar Amin Yusef Abu Liela {who Israeli authorities suspect opened fire towards "Arail" settlement junction} in order to demolish it and as a result injured 2 residents, detained a child then withdrew at 07:30.
5. At dawn on March 18th 2019, Israeli forces raided Bidya town, stormed and searched a merchant shop after breaking its entrance using explosive detonation.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Zakariya Mahmoud Abdel-Majid Samara and Abdel-Hafith Shafiq Abdallah in Bruqin town.
2. Israeli forces detained Nour Amin Abu Liela {15 years old} in Al-Zawiya town.

Attack

1. At 11:50, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Bruqin town {after a unidentified resident opened fire towards "Arail" settlement junction which killed 2 Israeli soldiers and seriously injured 3 Israeli settlers}.
2. At 14:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Salfit city.
3. At 18:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Al-Zawiya town and as a result injured 2 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 residents: Hamza Jawdat Muqadi and Abbdel-Jalil Nitham Shqier during clashes in Al-Zawiya town.

Confiscation of Property

At 10:50, Israeli forces confiscated surveillance camera footage from the Municipality building in Kafr Al-Dik town.

Destruction of Property

At dawn on March 18th 2019, Israeli forces used explosive detonation to stormed and searched a merchant shop owned by the familiy Omar Amin Yusef Abu Liela {who Israeli authorities suspect opened fire towards "Arail" settlement junction} during their raid into Bidya town.

Closure of main Roads

At 10:50, Israeli forces closed all the entrances leading to Kafil Harris, Deir Istiya, Bruqin, Kafr Al-Dik, Al-Zawiya towns and Harris village {after a unidentified resident opened fire towards "Arail" settlement junction which killed 2 Israeli soldiers and seriously injured 3 Israeli settlers} thus preventing residents from entering or exiting the towns and villages.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

1. At 00:55, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town, detained a resident then withdrew at 04:35.
2. At 01:55, Israeli forces raided Al-Aza camp in Bethlehem city, detained a resident then withdrew at 04:35.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Baha Mahmoud Mohammad Issa in Al-Khader town.
2. Israeli forces detained Moath Abdel-Jaber Abu Tarboush in Al-Azza camp in Bethlehem city.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bani Na'im town then searched residents and vehicles until 11:00.
2. At 11:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Awwa town then searched residents and vehicles until 14:30.
3. At 13:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Zif village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 17:00.
4. At 21:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Saheb area in the old city of Hebron then searched residents and vehicles until 23:35.

Raid

1. At 07:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on March 18th 2019, Israeli forces raided Hebron city then stormed several homes.

Detention

1. At 16:35, Israeli forces positioned at Abu Al-Rish military checkpoint located near Al-Ibrahimi Mosque compound in the old city of Hebron detained the child: Wala' Akram Talib Ghayth {17 years old}{A resident of Hebron city} for allegedly attempting to stab a Israeli soldier.
2.Israeli forces detained Sa'id Mohammad Al-Alami in Beit Ummar town.

Attack

At 15:40, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Shalalat road in the old city of Hebron fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 13:45, a group of Israeli settlers positioned along road 6 in Al-Buq'q area near "Kiryat Arba" settlement in east Hebron city stoned residents and vehicles.
2. On March 17th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers from "Migon" settlement located in east Yatta town attacked several homes near the settlement and stoned Musa Jibril Al-Ruba'i.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza and Rafah districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 13:30 on March 17th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Buriej camp.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.

Attack
