Assaults on Property

On December 26th 2017, Israeli occupation forces issued military order no. (1792), which prohibits citizens in the West Bank from owning or trading aircraft (UAV) operating with more than one motorized fan - without authorization by the occupation forces which will be put into effect as of March 1st 2018.

JERUSALEM

Raid

At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Hizma town, stormed and searched several homes and detained 5 residents {including a child}.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Mohamamd Zaki Al-Sayad{A resident of Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city} {A french citizen and employee of the French consulate in Jerusalem}.
2. At 23:20, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Amar Al-Salayma and Sijad Al-Salayma {both are residents of Al-Ram town}.
3. Israeli forces detained 5 residents {including a child}: Hamouda Kifah Askar {10 years old}, Sultan Salah Eddin, Mohammed Khalif Askar, Walid Yaser Kanaan, Hamoud Ahmad Maqbool in Hizma town.

Attack

At 17:10, Israeli forces positioned in the old city of Jerusalem opened fire towards and killed a residents after he stabbed a Israeli Security guard who later died of his stab wounds.

Killings

Israeli forces opened fire towards and killed Abdel-Rahman Maher Bani Fadel {28 years old} {A resident of Arqa town in Nablus city} after he allegedly stabbed a Israeli security guard in the old city of Jerusalem.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

At dawn on March 18th 2018, a group of Israeli settler entered 3 homes located behind the wall gate in Hizma town and punctured the tires of 4 vehicles then spray painted racist and anti-Arab graffiti on the vehicle and the home walls.

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:10 and 19:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Halmish" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Settlers Attacks

At 09:10, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Kochav Ha'shachar" located in east Deir Ijreir village and assaulted Mohammad Suliman Al-Dawa'in and attempted to demolish his residential tent as he was herding his goats on agricultuiral land owned by Ibrahim Mohammad Hassan Da'ajna.

JENIN

Raid

At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Bruqin town then detained a resident after storming and searching his home.

Israeli forces detained Rajeh Sa'id Qablawi in Bruqin town.

At 21:15, Israeli forces positioned near "Ayal" crossing point located along the Green Line in North Qalqiliya city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

At 22:20, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

1. At 19:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Aqraba town and Osarin village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Majdal Bani Fadil then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 22:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Deir Sharaf village junction {located along the main road connecting Nablus and Tulkarem} then searched residents and vehicles.

At 00:20, Israeli forces raided Aqraba town, stormed and searched the home of Abdel-Rahman Maher Bani Fadel {who was killed by Israeli forces in Jerusalem city after he allegedly stabbed a Israeli security officer} then mapped and took measurements of the home in order to prepare it for demolition during which they clashed with local residents.

At 17:45, Israeli forces positioned at Huwara Military checkpoint detained Anas Ahmad Mustafa Hassan Al-Tumani {A resident of Awarta village}.

Temporary Detention

At 01:10, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of "Yitshar" settlement temporarily detained Mohammad Ibrahim Al-Ardah {A resident of Nablus city} then released him at a later time.

At 00:20, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents fore allayed stoning as they stormed and searched the home of Abdel-Rahman Maher Bani Fadel {who was killed by Israeli forces in Jerusalem city after he allegedly stabbed a Israeli security officer} then mapped and took measurements of the home in order to prepare it for demolition during their raid into Aqraba town.

At 19:45 on March 17th 2018, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at the entrance of Deir Ballut town detained Mohammad Riyad Rabah Jami'i {A resident of Deir Abu Mash'al village in Ramallah and Al-Bireh district}.

At 21:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Al-Hamra military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

1. At 08:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

3. At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city, Ayda and Al-Duhisheh camps, detained 2 residents {including a child} in Ayda and Al-Duhisheh camps, then withdrew at 04:40.

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mustafa Saleh Abu Hammad {15 years old} {A resident of Ayda camp}, and Hamza Khalil al-Jaafari {A resident of Al-Duhisheh camp} during their raid into Ayda and Al-Duhisheh camps in Bethlehem city.

1. At 08:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 09:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Samou' town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 14:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Arrub camp and detained a resident.

1. At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.
2. At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Yatta town.
3. At 02:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Shiyoukh and Sa'ir towns.

Detention

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound in the old city of Hebron detained Fadi Nabeel Al-Qudsi.
2. At 19:30, Israeli forces detained Hamza Amjad Musa Al-Teti {A resident of Al-Arrub camp} as he was reporting to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning based on a prior summon.
3.On March 18th 2018, Israeli forces positioned in Ikhlal Al-Adra area located in east Yatta town detained Ibrahim Issa Mohammad Al-Shahawin as he was herding his goats in the area.
4. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near the entrance of Al-Arrub camp detained Mohammad Wael Mohammad Al-Balasi {A residents of Al-Arrub camp }.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah.

•The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding Khan Yunis district.
•The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At dawn on March 18th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North West Beit Lahiya town.

Detention

On March 18th 2018, Israeli forces positioned at Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing detained Eyad Omar Ba'lousha {A resident of Gaza city} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence in order to obtain a entry permit to accompany his son who is travelling for treatment at a hospital in the West Bank.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

On March 18th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several Sheppard's who were herding their goats in east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Raid

At 06:15 on March 18th 2018, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 100 m into the vicinity of east Abbassan Al-Kabira town and leveled a plot of land.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
