JERUSALEM

Detention

1. At dawn on March 18th 2019, Israeli forces detained Maher Abu Nab in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. At 11:40, Israeli forces detained Murad Mafarjat {A resident of Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city}.
3. At 18:30, Israeli forces detained Hamam Yusef Makhamra {A resident of Abu Dis town}.
3. At 19:30, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Daud Al-Abbassi in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
4. At 00:30, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Za'im military checkpoint detained Thaer Anis Ghabbash {A resident of Al-Eizariya town}.
5. At dawn on March 19th 2019, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Majd Kamil Ahmad Al-Awar and Yusef Sarhan in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On March 18th 2019, the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ras Kar Kar village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 09:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 11:00 and again at 19:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Abboud town then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 13:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafr Ni'ma village then searched residents and vehicles.
5. At 13:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Shuqba village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
6. At 13:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
7.At 15:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sinjil town then searched residents and vehicles.
8. At 15:35,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance or Ein Yabroud village then searched residents and vehicles.
9. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village and detained a resident.

Raid

1. At 09:500, Israeli forces raided Beit Liqya town, stormed and searched a home, confiscated surveillance camera footage then withdrew at 14:30.
2. At 05:30, Israeli forces raided Sinjil town then stormed and searched a home.
3. At 07:25, Israeli forces raided Rantis village and detained a resident.
4. At dawn on March 19th 2019, Israeli forces raided Silwad town and detained a resident.
5. At dawn on March 19th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village and detained a resident.
6. At dawn on March 19th 2019, Israeli forces raided Deir Abu Mash'al village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at flying checkpoint located at the entrance of Deir Abu Mash'al village detained Khalid Ahmad Hussien Samhan.
2. Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Abdel-Qadder Abu Salim in Rantis village.
3. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Faris Hamad in Silwad town.
4. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Jamal Daoud in Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village.

Confiscation of Property

At 09:50, Israeli forces confiscated surveillance camera footage from the home of Murad Doud Mafarjat during their raid into Beit Liqya town.

Settlers Attacks

At 16:45, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Bet El" settlement located in North Al-Bireh city stoned vehicles travelling along the main road near the settlement.

JENIN

Detention

1. At 13:45, Israeli forces positioned at Barta'a military checkpoint detained 2 residents: Rida Hassan Zied Al-Kilani {A resident of Al-Silah Al-Harthiya} and Ahmad Amjad Assad Abu Hijiya {A resident of Al-Yamoun town}.
2. At 19:05, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ameen Abdel-Ra'uf Bushnaq and Mohammad Ma'moun Khalil Abu Khattab as they were herding goats near the wall gate in Rumana village.

Settlers Attacks

On the evening of March 18th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near the entrance of "Homish" settlement stoned vehicles travelling along the main road connecting Jenin and Nablus and as a result injured 2 residents leaving them hospitalized.

Injuries

Nizar Ighbariya and Rawan Ighbaraiya {both residents of Kafrit village} were injured after Israeli settlers stoned their vehicles near the entrance of "Homish" settlement.

TUBAS

Settlers Attacks

On March 18th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers positioned in Al-Swuidat and Mazhouq area's located in the North Jordan valley chased away several Sheppard's who were herding their goats in the area

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 18:15, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Shufat Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 13:00, Israeli forces raided Jinsafut village.

Attack

At 18:00, Israeli forces positioned near the wall gate in Al-Naqqar neighborhood located in Qalqiliya city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Settlers Attacks

On March 18th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers positioned in south Kafr Qaddum village installed mobile home on Palestinian owned land located near "Kedumim" settlement.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 15:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

1. At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Azzmout village, detained a resident then withdrew at 06:30.
2. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 05:40.
3. At dawn on March 19th 2019, Israeli forces raided Qaryout village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Issam Fa'iq Abdallah Alawna in Azzmout village.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ahmad Mohammad Da'das and Omar Abdel-Rahman Abu Shushat in Nablus city.
3. Israeli forces detained Mu'tasim Rabah Abbas in Qaryout village.

Settlers Attacks

At 20:00, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near "Yitzhar" settlement junction located in North Huwara town stoned several vehicles and as a result damaged a vehicle owned by Ismail Yusef Misimi {A resident of Balata camp in Nablus city}.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 10:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Iskaka village bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 11:40 and again at 19:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Zawiya town, detained 2 residents then searched residents and vehicles until 21:20.
4. At 19:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan village then searched residents and vehicles.
5. At 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ballout town then searched residents and vehicles.
6. At 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafr Al-Dik town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 10:10 and again at 00:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Zawiya town then stormed and searched several homes.
2. At 12:55, Israeli forces raided Bruqin town then stormed and searched a home.
3. At 17:30, Israeli forces raided Kafil Harris town then stormed and searched 3 homes.
4. At 20:00, Israeli forces raided Salfit city then stormed and searched a home.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at the entrance of Al-Zawiya town detained Khader Mahmoud Qassim and Ahmad Mahmoud Qassim.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 11:05, a group of Israeli settlers positioned at "Arail" settlement junction stoned vehicles travelling in the area and as a result broke the windshields of several vehicles.
2. At 19:50, a group of Israeli settlers positioned at the entrance of Yassuf village stoned vehicles travelling in the area.
3.On the evening of March 18th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Kafil Harris town, stoned several homes and vehicles and as a result broke the widows of 2 homes owned by Maher Yacoub and Baher Yacoub and also shattered the windows of several vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 10:20.
2. At 21:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.

Raid

1. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town and detained 2 residents.
2. At dawn on March 19th 2019, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Abdallah Yusef Abu Mifrih and Mohammad Naji Hamid in Teqou' town.
2. Israeli forces detained Firas Al-Yamini in Bethlehem city.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Simiya village then searched residents and vehicles until 09:30.
2. At 08:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Dura town then searched residents and vehicles until 09:30.
3. At 22:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Bi'r Al-Hums area located in Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles until 23:15.

Detention

1. At 11:20, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound located in the old city of Hebron detained Mohammad Yusef Abu Awad {a resident of Al-Samou' town}.
2. On the evening of March 18th 2019, Israeli forces positioned at Military checkpoint {106} located in the old city of Hebron detained Hazim Faleh Al-Razam.
3. At 03:25, Israeli forces detained Awni Al-Rajabi in the old city of Hebron.

Destruction of Property

On March 18th 2019, Israeli forces stormed Um Nir area located near "Sussiya" settlement located on civilian owned land in Yatta town and demolished a water well owned by Farid Ahmad Al-Jabour for allegedly being built with out a licence.

Closure of main Roads

On March 18th 2019, the Israeli Military closed the main road connecting Aqwiwis and Ma'een villages { which are located in east Yatta} with dirt mounds.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding North Gaza district.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza,Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as a result injured 7 residents.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Raid

At 08:30 on March 18th 2019, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 70m into the vicinity of east Jabaliya town and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 14:00.

Attack

At 19:00 on March 18th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town during the march of return and as a result injured 2 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents during clashes in east Jabaliya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

1. At 08:55 on March 18th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents located near the border fence in east Gaza city and as a result injured a resident.
2. At 19:00 on March 15th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city during the march of return and as a result injured 2 residents.

Injuries

1. Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents after opening fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Gaza city.
2. Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents during clashes in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

1. At 15:20 on March 18th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Buriej camp.
2. At 18:50 on March 18th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp during the march of return.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 18:45 on March 18th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 1 unidentified resident during clashes in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city .

Detention

At 18:30 on March 18th 2019, Israeli forces detained 4 unidentified residents in east Khan Yunis city as they were attempting to climb the border fence into Israel.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.

Attack

1. At 09:30 on March 18th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Rafah city.
2. At 13:35 on March 18th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards a resident as he attempted to climb the border fence in east Rafah city in to Israel as he managed to flee back into the Gaza strip.
3. At 18:15 on March 18th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Rafah city participating in the right of return march and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 1 unidentified resident during clashes in east Rafah city participating in the right of return march.
