WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. On March 20th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village.
2. At 00:40 on March 21st 2018, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city, stormed and searched several homes, detained 20 residents and summoned 2 residents:Mohamed Altartir, Mahmoud Altartir to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Detention

1. At 14:20, Israeli forces detained Abdel Rahman Jawad Faroun {A resident of Abu Dis town}.
2. Israeli forces detained 20 residents: Ahmed Khashan, Diaa Awad, Salam Khalidi, Ahmad Moheisen, Abdulla Abu Shams Mohammed Ali, Basem Abu Shams Mohammed Ali, Ahmed Mohamed Ali, Maher Alqam, Fahad Mohammed Ali, Ismail Alqam, Hassan Alqam, Mohammed Alqam, Ibrahim Alqam , Mohammed al-Sharha, Khalil al-Daba'i, Isma'il Mazarou, Hamza Taha, Anas Abu Sneineh, and Ibrahim Hamad in Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.

Temporary Detention

On March 20th 2108, Israeli courts in Jerusalem city imposed house arrest on 6 children: Khaled Ghoneim, Saad Qutaina, Mohammed Bakri, Rami Abd Salam, Omar Awad, and Abdul Rahman Sanduqa and imposed a fine on them as a condition for releasing them after they were arrested earlier.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

Settlers Attacks

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers assaulted Nader Salah Abu Teen {A resident of Al-Walja village} and as s result left him hospitalized with contusions.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 20:00,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Abboud town then searched residents and vehicles until 20:20.
2. At 20:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Silwad town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.
3. At 21:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Khirbithat Bani Harith village then searched residents and vehicles until 21:55.

Raid

1. At 22:25, Israeli forces raided Deir Ijrier village, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 23:20.
2. At dawn on March 21st 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Mughier village and detained 4 residents.

Detention

1. At 22:50, Israeli forces positioned near "Halmish" settlement detained 2 residents: Mahmoud Mohammed Maali, and Samer Mazen Ibrahim Zaidan {Both are residents of Beit Jallah city in Bethlehem district}.
2. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Bassem Abdul Salam Haj Muhammad, Ghassan Yasser Abdul Salam Haj Muhammad, Iyad Ahmed Mahmoud Abu Alia, and Ahmed Nael Hajj Mohammed in Al-Mughier village.

Attack

1. At 14:15, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Jalazoun camp fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 16:00, Israeli forces positioned at the North entrance of Al-Bireh city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 22;25, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Deir Ijrier village.

JENIN

Raid

At 12:10 and again at 02:40, Israeli forces raided Bruqin town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched 3 homes and as a result injured 8 residents {including 5 children}, detained a resident then withdrew at 03:15.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Rami Mohamed Ahmed Ghanem in Bruqin town.

Attack

At 12:10, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched 2 homes and as a result injured 8 residents including {5 children} during their raid into Bruqin town.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 8 residents: Ahmed Mohamed Ghanem {16 years old}, Ahmad Adnan Ateeq {17 years old}, Khattab Mohamed Amin Samour {15 years old}, Mohammed Mufid Shafiq {15 years old}, Mohammed Saleh Samour {16 years old}, Suhaib Mohammed Samour, Mohammed Ahmed Adnan Amoudi and Hisham Allam Mohamed Ghanem. during confrontations in Bruqin town.

TUBAS

Destruction of Property

On March 20th 2018, Israeli forces stormed Um Al-Jamal area located in the North Jordan valley and destroyed crops planted on several plots of agricultural land.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 12:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 16:00.

Raid

At 02:25, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 06:30.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Moataz Mohammed Salem Abu Rabie and Akram Essam Hussein Qa'adan in Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 02:40, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city until 06:00.

Attack

At 22:30, Israeli forces positioned near "Ayal" crossing point located along the Green Line in North Qalqiliya city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Labban Al-Sharqiya village then searched residents and vehicles until 08:30.

Raid

1. At 00:15, Israeli forces raided Aqraba town, stormed and searched 3 homes then withdrew at 02:55.
2. At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 04:45.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Nayef Fathi al-Shami and Mu'taz Hamdi Okasha in Nablus city.

Attack

1. On the morning of March 20th 2018, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Labban Al-Sharqiya village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several school children for alleged stoning as they were walking to school along the main road connecting Ramallah and Nablus.
2. At 12:25, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Sawiya village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during demonstrations against the leveling of agricultural land then temporarily detained 3 International peace activists.

SALFIT

Temporary Detention

At 18:35, Israeli forces temporarily detained Moyad Raed Fayiz Al-Qaq {A resident of Kafil Harris village} as he was visiting his brother in Israeli prisons} then released him at 07:45.

JERICHO

Raid

1. At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Jericho city and Ein Al-Sultan camp, detained 3 residents {including a National Security force officer} then withdrew at 04:45.
2. At 06:00, Israeli forces raided Fasayil village and detained 3 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Omar Ezzedine Abu Dayya {a National Security force officer}, Ayman Abdel Nasser Hadeeb, and Yousef Mohammed Khamis Ibrahim in Jericho city and Ein Al-Sultan camp.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mahdi Kamal Shtian Shalalafa, Ibrahim Kamal Shtien Shalalfa, and Chitian Jamal Chtien Shalalafa in Fasayil village.

Settlers Attacks

At 09:10, Israeli settlers positioned near Al-Oja village assaulted Mohammad Maher Mahmoud Jama'at and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:50, Israeli forces positioned in Aqbat Hasna area located at the entrance of Husan village then searched residents and vehicles until 19:30.

Raid

At 00:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town, detained a resident then withdrew at 05:40.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Khalid Khader Ali Issa in Al-Khader town.

Settlers Attacks

At 12:05, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Wadi Abu Zaltat area located in Al-Ju'ba village and chopped down and uprooted 30 Olive trees owned by Mohammad Abdel-Majid Hamdan.

HEBRON

Raid

1. At 01:105, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained a resident.
2. At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Surif town, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 03:00.
3.At 07:10, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and detained 2 residents {including a University student} and confiscated a vehicle owned by Ma'zouz Ibrahim Youssef Awad.
4. At dawn on March 21st 2018, Israeli forces raided Beit Kahil town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Nafez Ammar Abu Aisha in Hebron city.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Taqi al-Din Abboud Jawabra, and Samir Osama Hassan Arar {University student} in Beit Ummar town.
3. Israeli forces detained Islam Asafra in Beit Kahil town.

Attack

At 07:10, Israeli forces fired Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Beit Ummar town.

Confiscation of Property

At 07:10, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Ma'zouz Ibrahim Youssef Awad during their raid into Beit Ummar town.

Settlers Attacks

At 11:00, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Tuba village located in east Yatta town and assaulted 8 school children: Reem Ali Awad {15 years old} Kifah Abu Jandiya {13 years old}, Hamza Abu Jandiya {15 years old}, Inshra Abu Jendia {14 years old}, Shaimaa Awad {10 years old}, Ezzedine Makhamra {13 years old}, Ibrahim Rashid Awad {18 years old}, and Jabr Rashid Awad {17 years old}.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah.

• The Israeli Military broke the cease fire agreement by raiding and opening fore towards North Gaza and Central Gaza district.
•The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza district.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Khan Yunis district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Raid

1. At 08:30 on March 20th 2018, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 50 m into east Beit Hanun town and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 10:00.
2. At 10:00 on March 20th 2018, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 200 m into east Jabaliya town and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 13:00.

Attack

At 07:30 on March 21th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in West Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Raid

At 09:00 on March 20th 2018, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 70 m into east Deir Al-Balah city and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 16:30.

Attack

At 07:30 on March 20th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 00:30 on March 21st 2018, Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
