WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp, stormed and searched several homes and merchant shops, detained 17 residents and summoned several other residents to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Assault on medical sector

At 21:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city,stormed Al-Makkasid hospital and detained a child who was recovering from injuries.

Detention

1. On March 21st 2018, Israeli forces detained Mohammed Hani Jubran {A resident on Anata town}.
2. Israeli forces detained 17 residents: Ibrahim Alqam, Jamil Alqam, Mahmoud Alqam, Iyad Ziadeh, Amin Ziadeh, Khalil Ziadeh, Moaz Al Bayaa, Mustafa Al Bayaa, Ahmed Al Salaima, Samah Abu Zayed, Ahmed Al Salaima, Raad Al Taweel, Mohammed Mohammed Ali, Yousuf Mohammed Ali, Ahmed Mohammed Ali Mohammed Ali and Iyad Al-Amawasi.in Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.
3. Israeli forces detained Asad al-Din Ibrahim Abu al-Hawa {15 years old} {A resident of al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city} after storming Al-Makkasid hospital during their raid into Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

Deportation

On March 21st 2017, Israeli authorities in the city of Jerusalem expelled Ihab Abu Ghazaleh (a guard of the Al-Aqsa Mosque) from his place of work in al-Aqsa Mosque for 15 days after he was arrested earlier (on the pretext of obstructing the work of the Israeli police and not obeying their orders to move away from the settlers who stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque compound).

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Raid

1. At 08:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Mughier village, clashed with several residents and as a result injured 3 residents {including a woman who suffered a fractured arm after Israeli forces assaulted her} then detained 2 children.
2. At 19:20, Israeli forces raided Beituniya town, detained a resident then withdrew at 20:30.
3. At 03:55, Israeli forces raided Al-Amari camp in Al-Bireh city, detained a resident and summoned Amin Abu Arab to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning then withdrew at 06:15.

Detention

1. At 20:35, Israeli forces detained Issam Jamil Khalil {A resident of Beituniya town} near Al-Jalazoun camp.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Saeed Murad Al-Na'asan {16 years old} and Issam Mufid Abu Alia {15 years old} in Al-Mughier village.
3. Israeli forces detained Ali Jaber in Beituniya town.
4. Israeli forces detained Nour Riad Al - Ghazawi in Al-Amari camp.

At 08:00, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 3 residents {including a woman who suffered a fractured arm after Israeli forces assaulted her} during their raid into Al-Mughier village.

Israeli forces injured 3 residents: Fatamima Al-Na'san {who suffered a fractured arm after Israeli forces assaulted her}, Mujahid Abdul Na'san, and Muhammad Yasser Abdul Salam Haj Muhammad during clashes in Al-Mughier village.

At 03:25, Israeli forces raided Qabatiya town, detained a resident after storming and searching his home.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mufid Adel Nazal in Qabatiya town.

TUBAS

Military Checkpoints

At 15:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Tayasir military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Detention

At 20:00, Israeli forces positioned at Tayasir military checkpoint detained Naseem Abu Al-Rub.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 15:20, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 16:30.

1. At 03:05, Israeli forces raided Nour Al-Shams camp in Tulkarm city then stormed and searched a home.
2. At 03:10, Israeli forces raided Bal'a town and detained 2 residents.
3. At 03:15, Israeli forces raided Sayda village.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Laith Mohammed Said Mahmoud Shahrour, and his brother Muammar in Bal'a town.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 15:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town, clashed with several residents as they stormed a home and detained 2 residents.
2. At 03:10, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 04:30.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ibrahim Issam Awayda and Maysara Mahmoud Afana in Qalqiliya city.

Attack

At 15:00, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets , stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning after storming and searching a home during their raid into Azzun town and as a result injured 2 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents during clashes in Azzun town.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Sarah village junction {located along the main road connecting Nablus and Qalqiliya} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 11:45, Israeli forces raided Awarta village, detained a residents after storming a steel mill he works in.
2. At 23:20, Israeli forces raided Orif village and summoned Ibrahim Omar Shihadeh to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning then withdrew at 00:10.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ibrahim Khaled Ahmed Amouri {A resident of Askar Camp in Nablus city} in Awarta village.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Husan village then searched residents and vehicles until 17:50.
2. At 15:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 22:05, Israeli forces raided Harmala village, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 23:20.
2. On the morning of March 22nd 2018, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city, clashed with several residents as they stormed a home and detained a resident.

Israeli forces detained Fathi Yassin Abu Sarour in Ayda camp in Bethlehem city.

1. At 08:10 and again at 15:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Halhul town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 11:00 and again at 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Zif village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 15:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Arub camp and detained a resident.
2. At 02:40, Israeli forces raided Halhul town and clashed with several residents as they stormed 3 homes.
3. At dawn on March 22nd 2018,Israeli forces raided Hebron village and detained a resident.
4. At dawn on March 22nd 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Thahriya town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 17:00, Israeli forces detained Ibrahim Nasr Shuwaheen {A resident of the town of Dhahiriya town} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. Israeli forces detained Abdullah Shaaban Al-Karnaz in Al-Arrub camp.
3. Israeli forces detained Tarek Nidal Abdel Basset Al-Tamimi in Hebron city.
4. Israeli forces detained Rasim Ismail Al-Tel in Al-Thahriya town.

Attack

At 02:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched 3 homes during their raid into Halhul town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah.

• The Israeli Military broke the cease fire agreement by raiding and opening fore towards Gaza and Khan Yunis district.
•The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Detention

At 22:00 on March 21st 2018, Israeli forces positioned at Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing detained Hassan Omar Hassan Shamiya {A employee for Doctors with out borders organization}{A resident of Gaza city} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Raid

At 07:30 on March 21st, 2018, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 50 m into east Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing located in east Gaza city and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 12:00.

Attack

At 21:00 on March 20th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Jahir Al-Dik town located in south east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 07:30 on March 21st 2018,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Maghazi camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Raid

At 10:00 on March 21st 2018, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 50 m into east Al-Qarara town
and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 14:00.

Attack

At 12:30 on March 21st 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuz'a town.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
