WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At 08:10, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town, clashed with several residents near Al-Quds University then withdrew at 12:00.

Detention

1. At 17:00, Israeli forces detained Rabi' Mohammad Daoud Shiqerat {A resident of Jabal Al-Mukabir neighborhood in Jerusalem city}.
2. On March 2nd 2017, Israeli forces detained Kareem Abu Lafi {A resident of Bab Al-Amoud neighborhood in Jerusalem city}.

Attack

1. At 08:10, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning near Al-Quds University campus during their raid into Abu Dis town.
2. At 11:20, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Hizma town, opened fire towards Malak Abdel-Kareem Ahmad Al-Khatib as she was driving her vehicle and as a result left her hospitalized with injuries.
3. At 20:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning in Silwan neighborhood.

Injuries

Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Hizma town opened fire towards a vehicle and as a result injured Malak Abdel-Kareem Ahmad Al-Khatib.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and provoked worshiper.

Demonstrations

At 11:00, a demonstration took place in Al-Khan Al-Ahmar area with the presence of The Palestinian Prime Minister protesting against the Israeli military decision to demolish 42 homes of the Bedouin Community in the area.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 16:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Taybeh town junction {located along the main road connecting Ramallah and Jericho districts} then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Um Safa village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 21:10.

Detention

On March 2nd 2017, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint detained Omar Khalid Abu Atiyah {A resident of Al-Amari camp} as he was travelling to Jericho city.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Arqa village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on March 2nd 2017, Israeli forces raided Zubaba village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 10:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Kafir village.

Attack

At dawn on March 2nd 2017, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Zubaba village.

TUBAS

Raid

1. At 10:40, Israeli forces raided Tayassir and Ibziq villages.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Tamoun town and summoned 2 residents: Murad Abu Hasbat and Azmi Hussien Abed Al-Wawi then withdrew at 02:45.

Settlers Attacks

At 10:50, Israeli settlers stormed a plot of land in Kuzah area in the North Jordan valley and chased several shepherds who were herding their sheep in the area.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 18:35, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 19:15.

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Baqa Al-Sharqiya town then searched residents and vehicles until 11:35.

QALQILIYA

Confiscation of Property

On March 2nd 2017, Israeli forces confiscated 32 steel pipes {12 meters long and 10 inched in wide} owned by the Palestinian Water Authority in Al-Nabi Eliyas village while working on a project to install water pipe lines for the area.

NABLUS

Raid

At 15:15, Israeli forces raided Beit Furiq town, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 16:45.

Attack

At 15:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Beit Furiq town.

SALFIT

Raid

At 20:00, Israeli forces raided Beita town until 01:00.

BETHLEHEM

Military Checkpoints

On the evening of March 2nd 2017, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Container Military checkpoint then fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents passing through the checkpoint.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Husan village then searched residents and vehicles until 17:00.
2. At 17:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village bridge {located at the east entrance of Beit Sahur city} then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.

Raid

1. At dawn on March 2nd 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Walajah village and summoned Adnan Musa Ismail Al-Shiekh to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
2. At 21:20, Israeli forces raided Beit Jallah city, clashed with several residents as the stormed a merchant shop owned by Nichola Odah Bashar and confiscated surveillance camera footage.

Detention

At 03:10 on March 2nd 2017, Israeli forces detained 3 residents {including a child}: Issa Ahmad Adnan Al-Mu'iti {17 years old}, Raja'i Mohammad Al-Ja'fari and Yasser Mohammad Arafah during their raid into Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city.

Attack

1. At 21:20, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a merchant shop owned by Nichola Odah Bashar during their raid into Beit Jallah city.
2. On the evening of March 2nd 2017, Israeli forces positioned at Container Military checkpoint fired stun and tear gas grenades towards residents and vehicles passing through the checkpoint.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 22:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sa'ir town then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 10:15, Israeli forces raided Halhoul town until 14:30.
2. At 10:20, Israeli forces raided Beit Ulla town, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 14:20.

Detention

1. At 20:30, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Hassan Hussien Shalash {A resident of Dura town} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. At 21:55, Israeli forces detained 2 children: Mahmoud Ahmad Abdel-Majeed Al-Teti {15 years old} and Mohammad Musa Jamil Abu Hashash {15 years old} in Al-Jabaliya area located near Al-Fuwar camp.

At 10:20, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Beit Ula town.

Settlers Attacks

At 18:20, a Israeli settlers vehicle travelling near Beit Einoun village junction ran over the child Marwan Waleed Ayada {13 years old} and as a result left him hospitalized.

Injuries

The child Marwan Waleed Ayada {13 years old}was hospitalized with injuries after a Israeli settlers vehicle travelling near Beit Einoun village junction ran him over.

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month.
• Israeli Military forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire and launched tank artillery shells towards North Gaza and Rafah districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.
• Israeli Military aircrafts broke the ceasefire agreement by launching missiles towards North Gaza district.
• Palestinian gunmen broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards a Israeli Military vehicle near the border fence in North Gaza district.

1. At 08:30 on March 2nd 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 09:00 on March 2nd 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in Beit Lahiya.
3. At 14:50 on March 2nd 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line launched tank artillery shells towards Palestinian Gunmen in North Beit Lahiya town and east Jabaliya town.

Air Strike

At 14:50 on March 2nd 2017,Israeli Military aircrafts launched missiles towards Palestinian gunmen located in North Beit Lahiya town.

Palestinian Attacks

At 14:30 on March 2nd 2017, Palestinian gunmen opened fire from their positions in North Beit Lahiya town towards a Israeli Military vehicle near the border fence.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Raid

At 07:50 on March 2nd 2017, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 70m into the vicinity of east Al-Maghazi camp and opened fire as they levelled a plot of land then withdrew at 13:30.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 18:40 on March 2nd 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.

Attack

At 13:50 on March 2nd 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in North east Rafah city.
