JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 22:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, clashed with several residents then detained a resident.
2. At dawn on March 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Annan town and detained 2 residents.
3. At dawn on March 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Biddu town and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. At 19:50, Israeli forces detained Orabi Al-Rashq {A resident of Jerusalem city} near Al-Aqsa mosque compound.
2. At 23:30, Israeli forces detained 8 residents: Tariq Khaled Odeh, Mehdi Yousef Abu Diab, Tawfiq Othman, Abdul Rahim Khalil Al-Abbasi, Nidal Sufian Natsheh, Tarek Sa'ada Al-Abbasi, Mahmoud Najib Al Awar and Majed Ahmed Al-Awar. {All are residents of Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city}.
3. At dawn on March 4th 2019, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Khalid Sharifat in the old city of Jerusalem.
4. Israeli forces detained Omar Abu Sineineh in Al-Eisawiya village.
5. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Wissam Hussien Rabi' and Mohammad Zahran in Beit Annan town.
6. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Hisham Mohammad Hamidan and Adham Mohammad Hamidan in Biddu town.

Deportation

1. On March 3rd 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued an order banning Arafat Najib {A Security guard at Al-Aqsa mosque compound} from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound for a period of 6 months.
2. On March 3rd 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued an order banning Abdel-Athim Salhab {
Chairman of the Council of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs in Jerusalem} from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound for a period of 40 days.
3. On March 3rd 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued an order banning Mohammad Al-Salhi A Security guard at Al-Aqsa mosque compound} from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound for a period of 1 week as a condition for his release after being detained at an earlier time.

Attack

At 22:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters toward several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village.

Destruction of Property

On the morning of March 3rd 2019, Israeli forces demolished a car wash in Beit Safafa village for allegedly being built with out a licence.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On March 3rd 2019,the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians. According to schedule of specific hours (Fridays: 10:00 to 16:00, Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00, Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 22:00) .

Raid

1. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ni'ma village, clashed with several residents then detained a resident.
2. At 02:40, Israeli forces raided Ibwein town and detained a resident.
3. At 03:50, Israeli forces raided Beit Rima town and detained a resident.
4. At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Silwad town and detained 2 residents.
5. At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp and detained a resident.

Attack

1. At 02:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Kafr Ni'ma village.
2.At 03:30, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Kafr Ni'ma village opened fire towards a vehicle carrying 3 residents and as a result killed 2 residents and injured another who was detained.

Killings

Israeli forces opened killed 2 residents: Ameer Mahmoud Jum'a Daraj {20 years old}{A resident of Khirbithat Al-Misbah village} and Yusef Raed Mohammad Anqouri {20 years old}{A resident of Beit Sira village} after opening fire towards their vehicle near the entrance of Kafr Ni'ma village.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Hytham Bassam Jum'a Al-qam {A resident of Safa village} after opening fire towards his vehicle near the entrance of Kafr Ni'ma village.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Yusef Mohammad Al-Dik in Kafr Ni'ma village.
2. Israeli forces detained Firas Musa Suhweil in Ibwein town.
3. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Hadi Al-Asmar in Beit Rima town.
4. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Loia Faris Hamad and Ramiz Issa Abdel-Khaliq Hamad in Silwad town.
5. Israeli forces detained Mujahid Al-Shini in Al-Jalazoun camp.
6. Israeli forces detained Hytham Bassam Jum'a Alqam {A resident of Safa village} after opening fire towards his vehicle and injuring him near the entrance of Kafr Ni'ma village.

TUBAS

Settlers Attacks

On March 3rd 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Suwadiyat area in the North Jordan valley and chased away several Sheppard's who were herding their sheep in the area.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles until 15:00.

Raid

At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Baqat Al-Hatab village and detained a child.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Bara Loia Yusef Mahmoud {16 years old} in Baqat Al-Hatab village.

NABLUS

Raid

At 15:25, Israeli forces raided the east neighborhoods of Nablus city, clashed with several residents, temporarily detained 2 children and released them at a later time then withdrew at 17:20.

Detention

At 16:40, Israeli forces positioned near "Alon Moriya" detained 2 residents: Muhanad Mahmoud Abu Hayat and Yazan Musa Issa Al-Zin {both are residents of Balata camp in Nablus city} for allegedly throwing a Molotov fire bomb towards the settlement.

Temporary Detention

At 15:25, Israeli forces temporarily detained 2 children: Issam Hussam Hamza Mansour {10 years old} and Mahdi Imad Abu Hamdan {11 years old} during their raid into the east neighborhoods of Nablus city then released them at a later time.

Attack

At 15:25, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into the east neighborhoods of Nablus city.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles until 10:25.
2. At 21:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafil Harris town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 22:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles.

Destruction of Property

On the evening of March 3rd 2019, Israeli forces demolished a car-wash,a restaurant and an underground concrete floor on half a dunum of land owned by Hassan Saleh Soliman {A resident of Harris village}located in the western area of Harris village.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Oja village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Ein Al-Sultan camp in Jericho city , detained a resident then withdrew at 03:10.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Amer Khalid Mahmoud Qatouni during their raid into Ein Al-Sultan camp in Jericho city.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 19:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town and detained a child.
2. At 21:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 23:30.

Raid

At 12:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Faradis village and served a demolition order to Nayef Hassan Al-Zawahra in order to demolish his home for allegedly being built with out a licence.

Detention

1. At 22:25, Israeli forces positioned at Container Military checkpoint detained 2 residents: Ahmad Ziyad Mahmoud Nazal and Mohammad Rassim Tawfiq Khazmiyat {both are residents of Qabatiya town in Jenin district}.
2. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at the North entrance of Teqou' town detained Mohammad Ameen Soliman Abdel-Jalil {17 years old}

HEBRON

Military Checkpoints

On the evening of March 3rd 2019, Israeli forces closed Abu Al-Rish Military checkpoint located in the old city of Hebron and prevented residents from reaching their homes located near Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound.

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Khursa village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts and as a result injured 3 residents.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Rafah districts.
• Israeli Air force broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 1 missiles towards North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 10:00 on March 3rd 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 18:30 on March 3rd 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Beit Hanun town during the march of return and as a result injured 3 residents.
3. At 06:55 on March 4th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

Air Strike

At 20:30 on March 3rd 2019, Israeli fighter Jets launched 1 missile towards Palestinian Gunmen locations in east Beit Hanun town

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 3 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Beit Hanun town.

Detention

At 18:45 on March 3rd 2019, Israeli forces detained 2 unidentified residents as they attempted to climb the border fence from North Beit Lahiya town into Israel.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 08:30 on March 3rd 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Maghazi camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 08:30 on March 3rd 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.

At 17:15 on March 3rd 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Rafah city.
