WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bir Nabala town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. On March 4th 2019, Israeli forces detained Abdel-Rahman Mohammad {a resident of Al-Eisawiya village}.
2. On March 4th 2019, Israeli forces detained Samer Abu Qudier {A security guard at Al-Aqsa Mosque compound} in Al-Aqsa Mosque compound located in the old city of Jerusalem.
3. At 20:00, Israeli forces detained Khalid Barghouth as he was visiting his brother at an Israeli prison.
4. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near the entrance of Bir Nabala town detained Mus'ab Ibrahim Makhtoub {a resident of Al-Qubibat village}.

Deportation

1. On March 3rd 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders banning Soliman Al-Sayad {A resident of Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city} from Jerusalem city for allegdly not having papers proving he is residing in Jerusalem city.
2. On the evening of March 4th 2019,Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders banning Adnan Al-Hussieni {Palestinian Minister of Jerusalem affairs} from Al-Aqsa mosque until March 10th 2019 after they summoned him for questioning.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On March 4th 2019,the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians. According to schedule of specific hours (Fridays: 10:00 to 16:00, Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00, Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 22:00) .

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Shibatin village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 14:00.
2. At 21:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Abboud town then searched residents and vehicles until 00:15.

Raid

1. At 08:05, Israeli forces raided Beit Illu village and detained a resident.
2. At 08:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Liqya town and detained a resident.
3. At 03:20, Israeli forces raided Ramallah city, clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes and as a result injured a resident and detained 3 others then withdrew at 04:50.

Detention

1. At 18:40, Israeli forces detained Anwar Muneer Abu Aliya {A resident of Al-Mughier village}.
2. Israeli forces detained Salah Tawfiq Salah Al-Bazzar in Beit Illu village.
3. Israeli forces detained Alaa Samir Subhi Assi in Beit Liqya town.
4. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Amal Al-Tahan {The wife of Palestinian Detainee Tariq Al-Barghouthi}, Obada Ahmad Mohammad and Abdallah Soliman in Ramallah city.

Attack

1. At 13:35, Israeli forces positioned at the North entrance of Al-Bireh city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {who were protesting the killing of 2 residents by Israeli forces in Kafr Ni'ma village} for alleged stoning.
2. At 03:20, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Ramallah city and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Baker Al-Qurti {a resident of Al-Amary camp} during clashes in Ramallah city.

JENIN

Raid

At 06:45, Israeli forces raided Jenin city and its camp, stormed and searched several homes then detained 2 residents in the camp.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Khalil Ramzi Issa Hawiel and Arsan Al-Qarini in Jenin camp.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Jayyous town and Sir village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 15:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Jit village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 17:30.

Raid

1. At 11:20, Israeli forces raided Jayyous town until 11:45.
2. At 12:30, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.
3. At 02:00,Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city, stormed and searched 2 homes, confiscated sums of cash then withdrew at 03:55.

Confiscation of Property

At 02:00, Israeli forces confiscated sums of cash from the home of Imad Ibtili during their raid into Qalqiliya city.

NABLUS

Raid

1. At 00:50, Israeli forces raided Tel village, stormed and searched 2 homes then withdrew at 03:50.
2. At dawn on March 5th 2019, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, stormed and searched a home, confiscated 2787 NIS and 335 JD.

Confiscation of Property

At dawn on March 5th 2019, Israeli forces confiscated 2787 NIS and 335 JD from the home of Huthayfa Al-Shuli during their raid into Nablus city.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ballout town then searched residents and vehicles until 20:30.

Raid

At dawn on March 5th 2019, Israeli forces raided Iskaka village and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Zuhier Fawaz Hussien in Iskaka village.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 22:55.

Raid

1. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town, clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes, summoned 2 children: Mohammad Jum'a Al-Sha'er {16 years old} and Ahmad Mahmoud Abu Farah {16 years old} to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning then withdrew at 02:15.
2. At 03:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town, detained a child then withdrew at 05:00.
3. At 04:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 05:00.

Detention

1. At 20:30, Israeli forces positioned at "Mazmuriyeh" military checkpoint detained 4 residents: Ma'moun Hamad, Mohammad Dabash, Mohammad Khries and Abed Khreis {All are residents of Sur Baher village}.
2. Israeli forces detained Raed Hassan Musa {16 years old} in Al-Khader town.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ahmad Assad Mahmoud Al-Sayfi and Uday Issam Mustafa Abu Nassar in Al-Duhisha camp.

Attack

At 01:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Teqou' town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Dura town then searched residents and vehicles until 10:30.
2. At 09:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Arrub camp then searched residents and vehicles until 11:00.
3. At 11:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles until 13:05.
4. At 14:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Halhul town then searched residents and vehicles until 16:10.
5. At 16:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Khursa village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on March 5th 2019, Israeli forces raided Bani Na'im town and detained 2 residents.
2. At dawn on March 5th 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Kahil town then stormed and searched several homes.
3. At dawn on March 5th 2019, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and summoned Ehab Al-Qawasmi to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Fayiz Zidat and Na'im Hisham Irmilat in Bani Na'im town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza and Central Gaza districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.
• Israeli Air force broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 3 missiles {in 3 consecutive airstrikes} towards Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 07:30 on March 4th 2019, , Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 14:45 on March 4th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Jabaliya town.
3. At 22:15 on March 4th 2019, , Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 08:00 March 4th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line stun and tear gas canisters towards several farmers located on agricultural land in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 18:00 on March 4th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp during the march of return.

Air Strike

At 13:50 on March 4th 2019, Israeli fighter Jets launched 1 missile towards Palestinian Gunmen locations in east Al-Maghazi camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Air Strike

1. At 13:50 on March 4th 2019, Israeli fighter Jets launched 1 missile towards Palestinian Gunmen locations in east Al-Sintani area located in east Abbassan Al-Kabira town.
2. At 14:10 on March 4th 2019, Israeli fighter Jets launched 1 missile towards Palestinian Gunmen locations in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
