WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 03:30 on 04.05.2020, Israeli forces raided Qutnat town and detained a resident.
2. At 05:20 on 04.05.2020 and at 23:00, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city and detained a resident.
3. At 11:00 on 04.05.2020,Israeli forces raided Kafr Aqab town and Qalandiya camp then clashed with several residents.
4. At 14:00 on 04.05.2020 and again at 20:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained 9 residents.

Detention

1. At 21:30, Israeli forces detained 7 residents: Bilal Al-Natsheh (Secretary-General of the National People's Congress of Jerusalem), Major General - Imad Awad, Al-Askari - Muath Al-Ashhab, Mustafa Abu Zahra (Chairman of the Islamic Cemetery Care Committee in the Islamic Endowments Department in Jerusalem), Journalist - Tamer Obeidat, Jad Al-Ghoul, Writer and Poet - Rania Hatem in Jerusalem city.
2. Israeli forces detained Hamza Abdel-Nasser Al-Fuqiya in Qutnat town.
3. Israeli forces detained Basel Mohammad Al-Joulani in Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.
4. Israeli forces detained 9 residents: Awni Atiyah, Amin Omar Hamid, Mahmoud Ramadan Obaid, Mahmoud Muhammad Obaid, Youssef Ali Al-Kiswani, Abboud Derbas, Diaa Ayman Obaid, Amir Awad, and Youssef Muheisen. in Al-Eisawiya village.

Attack

At 11:00, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Kafr Aqab town.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Raid

At 04:15, Israeli forces raided Beituniya town, clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes and as a result injured a resident,detained another resident then withdrew at 06:45.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Rabi' Al-Faroukh in Beituniya town.

Attack

At 04:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Beituniya town and as a result injured a resident {after he was struck in the face by a tear gas canister}.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident {after he was struck in the face by a tear gas canister} during clashes in Beituniya town.

TUBAS

Destruction of Property

At 11:00, Israeli forces demolished a agricultural room owned by Murad Awni Abu Jabr {a resident of Tayassir village} near Al-Aqbat village located in the North Jordan valley for allegedly being built without a license.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 09:05,Israeli forces tightened their procedures at the “Enav” checkpoint, and impeded the movement of traffic until 10:30.

Physical Assault

On 04.05.2020, the civilian: Naseem Ayman Na'im Abdel-Qadder {a resident of Tulkarem city} was hospitalized after Israeli forces assaulted him near the entrance of Turmus'aya town in Ramallah & Al-Bireh district.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village to search cars and check the identities of citizens.
2. At 14:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city to search cars and check the identities of citizens.

Attack

At 21:40,Israeli forces in charge of guarding the separation wall near the west area of Qalqiliya city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who attempted to cross the crossing force work in the Green Line.

1. At 10:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town to search cars and check the identities of citizens until 12:00.
2. At 12:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jinata town to search cars and check the identities of citizens until 13:55.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Awwa town to search cars and check the identities of citizens.

Raid

At 06:20, Israeli forces raided Beit Awwa town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Sameer Abdel-Qadder Subhi Masalma in Beit Awwa town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

Attack

On the morning of 04.05.2020, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuz'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

*Sofa Crossing: closed.
