WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At dawn 05/05/2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Hizma, and detained 5 citizens (including 2 children).

Detention

1. On 04. 05. 2021, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque detained the citizen: Al-Muntaser Billah Dirar Rayan - a resident of Beit Duqqu village.
2. At 21:30, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in Jerusalem City, detained 2 citizens: Omar Al-Khatib and Mahmoud Al-Kurd after they beat them, while they participated in a demonstration against the displacement of 7 families of citizens from their homes and handed over to the settlers in the neighborhood.
3. The 5 detainees in Hizma town are: Muhammad Waheed Hamad Al-Khatib, Abdullah Murad Farid Al-Khatib, 17, Ezz Osama Salah El-Din, Salah Osama Salah El-Din, 16, and Mahdi Hussein, Saed Salah El-Din .

Deportation

At 10:00, the Israeli occupation authorities in the city of Jerusalem issued a decision to deport the citizen: Ahmed Farah - a resident of the city of Jerusalem, for a period of 15 days from the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, in addition to a financial guarantee of 10,000 shekels, as a condition for his release after they detained him earlier.

2. At 12:05, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Nabi Saleh, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

At 22:10, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Turmus Ayya, stormed a house, detained 2 citizens, temporarily detained a female citizen, and released her at a later time,then confiscated a private vehicle.

Detention

The two detainees in the town of Turmus Aya are: Lafi Al-Shalabi and Ziad Abu Zahra.

Temporary Detention

At 22:10, the Israeli occupation forces temporarily detained the citizen: Sanaa al-Shalabi in Turmusayya town then released her at a later time.

Confiscation of Property

At 22:10, the Israeli occupation forces confiscated a private vehicle, owned by Lafi Al-Shalabi, during their raid into Turmusayya town.

Settlers Attacks

At 04:45, a group of settlers were present near the "Shilo" settlement junction, and stoned Palestinian civilians' vehicles passing on the main street, Ramallah-Nablus and as a result injured a citizen.

Injuries

Ayyad Nayef Shoman was injured - as a result of a settler attack near the "Shilo" settlement junction.

At 10:55 and again at 20:50, the occupation forces tightened their procedures at Tayasir checkpoint, the procedures were repeatedly tightened, and obstructed traffic.

At 13:30, the Israeli occupation forces closed the Huwara checkpoint, in front of traffic, and reopened it at a later time.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Sebastia village, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 14:05, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the "Shafi Shimron" settlement junction, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 16:25, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Burin village, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

At 10:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Aqraba, where confrontations took place with the citizens while they stormed and searched a number of houses, and they surrounded the town's mosque, and prevented the citizens from entering or leaving it, and detained 8 citizens (including a female citizen and her husband) and Israeli forces are present area as this report is being written.

Detention

The 8 detainees in the town of Aqraba are: Amal Farah Bani Minna, and her husband - Imad Fathallah Bani Minna, Fadi Adeeb Ahmed Ziyad, Qassem Fawzi Sami Bani Minya, Muhammad Fathallah Bani Minya, Tariq Adwan Hamdan, Radad Fawzi Bani Minna, and Muhannad Adwan Bani Minya.

Closure of main Roads

1. At 09:00, the Israeli occupation forces closed all entrances to the town of Beita, prevented entry or exit from it, and reopened it at 16:50.
2. At 09:00, the Israeli occupation forces closed the "Yitzhar" bypass road, in front of traffic towards the Jit junction in Qalqilya governorate, and reopened it at 16:50.

Settlers Attacks

1. On the evening of 05/05/2021, a group of settlers entered the agricultural lands of the citizens of Burin village, and destroyed an agricultural greenhouse owned by the citizen: Abdullah Rustom.
2. At 22:35, a group of settlers came to the Beita Junction, threw stones at the civilians' vehicles passing by, and withdrew at 04:20.
3. At 22:35, a group of settlers came along Huwara Street, threw stones at the citizens' vehicles, and withdrew at 04:20.
4. At 23:45, a group of settlers entered the eastern outskirts of the village of Burin, set fire to a number of olive trees, and threw stones at the homes of the citizens: Ibrahim Eid Salah, Imran Nael Eid, and Brusley Eid Walid Zaben, and the occupation forces also intervened and fired metal bullets Rubber-coated stun grenades and tear gas canisters at the citizens while they were trying to confront the settlers and as a result, 2 civilians were wounded.

Attack

At 23:45,, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at the eastern side of the village of Burin fired rubber-coated metal bullets and tear gas canisters towards citizens as they tried to confront a group of settlers, setting fire to a number of olive trees and throwing stones at the citizens' homes, and as a result wounded 2 citizens.

Injuries

Amr Murad Al-Najjar and another unidentified citizen were wounded during clashes with the occupation forces on the eastern side of the village of Burin

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 17:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Deir Ballut, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 21:40.
2. At 20:50, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, to search cars and check citizens' identities until 21:40.
3. At 22:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the city of Salfit, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 00:55.

JERICHO

Military Checkpoints

At 09:10, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at Hamra checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.

Temporary Detention

At 09:10, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at the Hamra checkpoint temporarily detained Yasser Muhammad Daraghmeh - from the Palestinian General Intelligence Service, and released him at a later time.

1. The detainee in the town of As Samu 'is: Sari Hani Abu Seif.
2. The detainee in the town of Yatta is: Samir Muhammad Buhais.
3. The two detainees in the town of Dura are: Fadi Jihad Amr and Munther Yusef Sharawa.
4. The detainee in Idna town is: Omar Talab Ahmad Al-Natah.
5. The detainee in Hadab Al-Fawwar village is: Hussein Atibish.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

After it imposed on 08/16/2020 a complete closure on the maritime domain in front of the fishermen's boats in front of the Gaza Strip.
