WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At 09:30, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city, detained a resident and served a military order to halt construction of a building.

Detention

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces detained Anas Burqan {after assaulting him} as he was attempting to prevent Israeli Military forces from demolishing his home in Wadi Yasoul area in Silwan neighborhood located in Jerusalem city.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Abdallah Alqam in Dhu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.

Temporary Detention

On April 30th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders to 3 residents:Nasser Qus , Imad Al-Shaloudi and Haytham Hijazi {all resident of Jerusalem city} preventing them from contacting or dealing with the Palestinian National; Authority and not to contact one another for a period of 3 months as well as fining them 10000 NIS each as a condition for their release after being detained at an earlier time.

House Demolition

At 09:30, Israeli forces demolished 2 homes and 2 storage dens owned by Anas Bruqan and Qusay Bruqan in in Wadi Yasoul area in Silwan neighborhood located in Jerusalem city for allegedly being built with out licenses during which they clashed with several residents who attempted to prevent the demolition and as a result injured 4 residents {incluiding 2 who were assaulted by Israeli forces} and left 2 others with contusions.

Attack

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces positioned in Wadi Yasoul area in Silwan neighborhood located in Jerusalem city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who attempted to prevent the demolition of 2 homes and 2 storage dens and as a result injured 4 residents {including 2 who were assaulted by Israeli forces} and left 2 others with contusions.
2. At 21:00, Israeli forces positioned in Ein Al-Louza area located in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city fired , stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 4 residents: Anas Burqan (severely beaten), Hamza Marajah - wounded in the ear (severely beaten with rifle butts), Majed Imam Shweiki (rubber-coated metal bullet), Mohammed Abu Aida {after he was struck by a stun grenade canister) during clashes in Wadi Yasoul area in Silwan neighborhood located in Jerusalem city.

Physical Assault

Israeli forces assaulted 2 residents: Anas Burqan and Suhayb Bruqan during during clashes in Wadi Yasoul area in Silwan neighborhood located in Jerusalem city.

Destruction of Property

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces demolished 2 storage dens {used to store live stock and chickens} owned by Anas Burqan and Suhayb Bruqan in Wadi Yasoul area in Silwan neighborhood located in Jerusalem city for allegdly being built without licenses.
2. On April 30th 2019, Israeli forces demolished a storage den owned by Khader Ali Nimer in Sur Bahr village or allegdly being built without a license.

Confiscation of Property

On April 30th 2019, Israeli forces confiscated 2 containers owned by Khader Ali Nimr in Sur Bahr village.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

1. At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
2. At 11:00, Israeli settlers stormed the old city of Jerusalem and placed an adhesive substance inside the lock of Al-Shiekh Makki mosque.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On April 30th 2019, , the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.

Raid

1. At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Khirbithat Al-Misbah village and stormed 3 homes.
2. At 05:00, Israeli forces raided Abu Shikhidium village and detained a resident.
3. At 05:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Mazra'a Al Gharbiya village and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Farouq Abu Zir in Abu Shikhidium village.
2.Israeli forces detained Jihad Musa Abu Liela and Mohammad Musa Abu Liela in Al-Mazra'a Al Gharbiya village.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Araba town junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

On April 29th 2019, Israel;i forces positioned at a flying checkpoint detained Nidal Ali Nael Maksakas {a resident of Jenin camp} as he was travelling to Ramallah city.

TUBAS

Raid

At 22:30, Israeli forces raided the area located between Tammoun town and Khirbiet Attouf village, stormed and searched a livestock den owned by Hassan Abdel-Qadder Samara and Samer Abdel-Qadder Samara.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.
2. At 03:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hajja village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 06:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Izbit Salman village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 19:30, Israeli forces raided Azzun town and clashed with several residents.
2. At 21:30, Israeli forces raided Falamiya village until 22:50.

Detention

At 12:20, Israeli forces detained Jare'e Ali Kamil Shawahna {A Palestinian Intellegnce force officer}{A resident of Kafr Thulth town} as he was reporting to Israeli intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.

Attack

At 19:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Azzun town.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:30 and again at 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beita town junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 03:05, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes then detained 2 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Issam Ghanim Khalaf and Mujahid Wadah Al-Qabt in Nablus city.

Attack

At 03:05, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Nablus city.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan town then searched residents and vehicles until 10:10
2. At 10:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Zawiya town then searched residents and vehicles until 12:00.

Raid

At 19:30, Israeli forces raided Kafil Harris town as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed religious sites then withdrew at 05:00.

Settlers Attacks

At 21:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of the Israeli military stoned the home of Mohammad Salem Abu Yacoub.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Marj Al-Na'ja village then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 14:00.
2. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Husan village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 04:50, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ahmad Ibrahim Nassrallah Al-Amour in Teqou' town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Khursa village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on Mat 1st 2019, Israeli forces raided Bani Na'im town and summoned 4 residents: Bilal Tarayrah, Mohammed Barakat Manasra, Sabri Mahmoud Al-Khaddour and Rami Hassan Al-Khadour. to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
2. At dawn on May 1st 2019, Israeli forces raided Yatta town the stormed and searched a home.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip and on April 1st 2019 allowed the increase of fishing area from Al-Waha area which is located northwest o Beit Lahiya town in the northern Gaza Strip and up to the port of Gaza to 6 nautical miles , increase from the port of Gaza and to Wadi Gaza to 12 nautical miles, Gaza and up to Khan Yunis beach to 15 nautical miles, and from Khan Yunis beach and south of Rafah beach to 12 nautical miles and on April 30th 2019 reduced the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles.
•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts and as a result injured a fisherman.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 14:40 on April 30th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 151:15 on April 30th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents in North west Beit Lahiya.
3. At 21:00 on April 30th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 09:00 on April 30th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Deir Al-Balah city and as a result injured a fisherman.

Injuries

Israeli Naval vessel's injured a unidentified resident after opening fire towards his fishing boat off the shores of Deir Al-Balah city.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 09:10 on April 30th 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.
2. At 09:15 on April 30th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.
3. At 15:40 on April 30th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.

Attack

At 15:10 on April 30th 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents in east Al-Nahda neighborhood in east Rafah city.
