Daily Report May 10, 2018

At 08:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Eizariya town then searched residents and vehicles.

At 12:10, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town , clashed with several residents and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation and detained 3 residents {including a child}.

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Majd Khaled Abdullah Abu Hilal, Muhannad Mohammed Shaker al-Saadi {17 years old}, and Basil Khalid Abdullah Abu Hilal in Abu Dis town.

At 13:00, Israeli forces in Jerusalem city served a military order to Abdel-Latif Shihadeh Ghayth {77 years old} preventing him from entering the West Bank and from travelling abroad.

At 12:10, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several resiednts for alleged stoning during their raid into Abu Dis town and as a result left several resiednts suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

At 14:15, Israeli forces stormed Bab Al-Rahmah Cemetery adjacent to the eastern wall of Al-Aqsa Mosque in the old city of Jerusalem and damaged several graves and Tombs belonging to Ghayth, Al-Umam, Al-Qaysi and Al-Zaghir families and installed a steel gate in the center of the cemetery for the purpose of settlement construction.

At 18:05, Israeli forces closed "Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Bet El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city and impeded the free flow of traffic until 19:55.

1. At dawn on May 9th 2018, Israeli forces raided Beit Liqya town and detained a residents after storming and searching his home.
2. At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Ramallah city, stormed and searched a University student dormitory then withdrew at 03:55.
3. At 05:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Nabi Saleh village and detained a resident.

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces positioned at "Ofar" military base fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning then detained 2 children.
2. At 09:45, Israeli forces positioned near "Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Bet El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

1. At dawn on May 10th 2018, Israeli forces raided Maythaloun town and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on May 10th 2018, Israeli forces raided Jenin city and its camps then stormed and searched several homes.

Israeli forces detained Obeida Ibrahim Ni'arat in Maythaloun town.

At 10:10, the Israeli Military intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

1. At 11:30 and again at 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up 3 checkpoints at the entrances of Hablah town, Izbit Al-Tabib and Jaloud villages then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At dawn on May 10th 2018, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town and detained 2 residents.

1. At dawn on May 9th 2018, Israeli forces raided Jayyous town and detained a resident.
2. At 22:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town until 23:30.

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at the entrance of Azzun town detained 2 residents:
Hamid Zaki Badran, and Jihad Samer Adwan {both are residents of Azzun town}.
2. Israeli forces detained Omar Assad Saleem in Jayyous town.

At 10:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shave Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles until 11:30.

At 10:55, Israeli forces raided Salfit city.

At 18:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 19:10.

At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Ein Al-Sultan camp in Jericho city , detained a resident then withdrew at 05:10.

1. At 13:30, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city and served a military order for the demolition of a home owned by Muneer Abdallah Zawahra {A resident of Wad Al-Jabal} for allegedly being built with out a licence then withdrew at 14:00.
2. At 07:00 on May 10th 2018, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town and detained 3 residents.

At 21:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Halhul town then searched residents and vehicles.

At 12:15, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp temporarily detained the child: Siraj Ishaq Mahmoud Abu Hashhash {15 years old} then released him at 12:35.

1. At 10:20, Israeli forces positioned near the UNRWA school in the old city of Hebron fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several school children for alleged stoning and as a result injured 2 children after being struck by tear gas canisters.
2. At 11:15, Israeli forces positioned at Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 11:20, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Israeli forces injured 2 school children: Mohammed Iyad Rajabi 13 years old, and Abdul Haq Ghaith 13 years. during clashes near the UNRWA school in the old city of Hebron.

At 15:40, Israeli forces confiscated several containers owned by Raed Mahmoud Al-Tumayzi near Tarqumiya crossing point.

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination

1. At 15:00 on May 9th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards demonstrators located in east Al-Jabaliya town.
2.On the evening of May 9th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North west Beit Lahiya town and sunk a fishing boat by dumping water onto the boat owned by Omar Al-Habil.

At 13:00 on May 9th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards demonstrators located in east Gaza city and as a result injured a resident.

At 08:00 on May 9th 2018, Israeli forces escorting military bulldozers stormed 70 m into the vacinty of east Khuza'a town and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 18:00.

1. At 08:00 on May 9th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canister towards demonstrators in east Khuz'a town located in east Khan Yunis city and as a result injured a child.
2. At 12:00 on May 9th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canister towards demonstrators in east Khuz'a town located in east Khan Yunis city
3. On the evening of May 9th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.

* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
