JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Biddu town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Mukhmas village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 17:30, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town.

Attack

At 17:00, Israeli forces positioned in Bab Al-Rahmah Cemetery adjacent to the eastern wall of Al-Aqsa Mosque in the old city of Jerusalem fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators protesting against the installation of a steel gate in the center of the cemetery for the purpose of settlement construction and as a result injured 4 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident during clashes in Bab Al-Rahmah Cemetery adjacent to the eastern wall of Al-Aqsa Mosque in the old city of Jerusalem .

Detention

1. At dawn on May 12th 2018, Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Musa Odeh, Khaled Abu Tayeh, and Khaled Shuweiki in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Imad Khalil al-Abbasi, Tariq Sa'ada al-Abbasi, Mustafa Rabie Samarin, and Mahdi Qarain. during clashes in Bab Al-Rahmah Cemetery adjacent to the eastern wall of Al-Aqsa Mosque in the old city of Jerusalem .

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Silwad town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city until 05:40.

Attack

At 18:10, Israeli forces positioned near the North entrance of Al-Bireh city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators for alleged stoning and as a result injured a resident and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces critically injured Uday Hafith Mash'hour Abu Arra {20 years old}{A resident of Al-Bireh city} during clashes near the North entrance of Al-Bireh city.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Araba town junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Fanduqumiya village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 23:20, Israeli forces raided Turat and Nazlat Zied villages until 23:45.
2. At dawn on May 12th 2018, Israeli forces raided Silah Al-Harthiya town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Hamam Adel Amalqat in Al-Silah Al-Harthiya town.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 18:25, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

1. At 15:40, Israeli forces raided Nazlat Abu Al-Nar , Al-Nazlah Al-Gharbiya and Al-Wusta villages until 18:05.
2. At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and Shwakiya neighborhood and Nour Al-Shams camp in the city, Bala'a and Ramin towns then clashed with several residents in Nour Al-Shams camp.

Attack

At 01:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Nour Al-Shams camp in Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

Raid

At 18:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.

Attack

At 13:20, Israeli forces positioned near the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village{ which is closed} fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators for alleged stoning.

Settlers Attacks

At 21:00, a group of Israeli settlers positioned along Wadi Qana road {which connects Qalqiliya and Salfit} located near Jinsafut village stoned several vehicles travelling along the road and as a result damaged a vehicle owned by Saleh Omar Saleh Ayoub {A resident of Jinsafut village}.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 16:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shave Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Deir Sharaf village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Nablus city , detained a resident then withdrew at 03:40.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ibrahim Imad Al-Qatb in Nablus city.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan town then searched residents and vehicles until 12:30.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:00 and again at 21:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 19:10, Israeli forces raided Aqbat Al-Jabr camp, clashed with several residents and as a result injured a resident then withdrew at 19:50.

Attack

At 19:10, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Aqbat Jaber camp and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Muntasir Ali Hassan Salamah during clashes in Aqbat Jaber camp in Jericho city.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} and detained a resident.

Raid

1. At 08:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town until 15:10.
2. At dawn on May 12th 2018, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town.

Detention

1. At 14:50,Israeli forces positioned at Container Military checkpoint detained Mohammad Fathi Ibrahim Ayed {A resident of Al-Doha town}.
2. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} detained Ahmad Rashid Issa {A resident of Al-Khader town}.

HEBRON

Raid

1. At 11:20 and again at 04:00, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained 2 residents.
2. At 02:40, Israeli forces raided Surif town.

Detention

1. At 18:45, Israeli forces detained Lutfi Awad Hamoudah Abu Odah {A resident of Hebron city} near Al-Fahs area located in south Hebron city for allegedly attempting to run over a Israeli soldier.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Al-Rajabi and Yacoub Al-Rajabi in Hebron city.

Killings

At 16:50, Hani Fayez Al-Adrabah {23 years old}{a resident of Beit Ula town} died of serious injuries sustained after he was run over by a Israeli settler vehicle along bypass road 35 near Hahul town {as mentioned in the previous report}.

Attack

At 22:10, Israeli forces positioned at Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 2 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 residents: Muhannad Mustafa Mohammed Qafisha, and Haytham Jawad Shaker Badr during clashes in Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on April 11th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 9 nautical miles for a period of 3 months.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza , Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as a result injured 178 residents {including a Journalist} and left 795 suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 11:00 on May 11th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards demonstrators located in east Al-Jabaliya town and as a result injured 30 residents and left 94 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 30 unidentified residents during clashes in east Al-Jabaliya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 10:00 on May 11th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards demonstrators located in east Gaza city and as a result injured 45 residents {including a journalist} and left 152 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Israeli forces injured 45 unidentified residents during clashes in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 10:00 on May 11th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canister towards demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp and as a result injured 24 residents {including a journalist} and left 106 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 24 unidentified residents during clashes in east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 09:00 on May 11th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canister towards demonstrators in east Khuz'a town located in east Khan Yunis city and as a result killed a resident, injured 58 residents and left 270 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Killings

Israeli forces killed Jaber Salem Abdallah Abu Mustafa {38 years old}{A resident of Khan Yunis city} after opening fire towards demonstrators during clashes in east Khuz'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 58 unidentified residents during clashes in east Khuz'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.

Attack

At 11:00 on May 11th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards demonstrators located in Al-Nahda neighborhood in Rafah city and as a result injured 21 residents and left 173 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation..

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 21 unidentified residents during clashes located in Al-Nahda neighborhood in Rafah city.
