• On May 14th 2018, mass rallies were launched in all the West Bank and Gaza Strip governorates on the 70th anniversary of the Nakba and protesting the transfer of the American Embassy to the city of Jerusalem.
• On May 15th 2018, Mass strikes took place in The West Bank and Gaza,The strike included schools, universities, shops and banks after President Mahmoud Abbas announced the national mourning after the death of 61 citizens during their participation in the return marches. In commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the Nakba and protesting the transfer of the American Embassy to the occupied city of Jerusalem.

JERUSALEM

Raid

At 19:00, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town , clashed with several residents and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 09:00,Israeli forces detained Imad Al-Rajabi in Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.
2. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Jad Allah Saeed Mohammed Al-Ghoul, Jihad Nasir Qus, Iyad Abu Sneineh, and Hussam Abu Al-Layl. during demonstrations in commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the Nakba and protesting agianst the transfer of the American Embassy to the occupied city of Jerusalem.
3. On May 14th 2018, Israeli forces positioned at Qalandiya Military checkpoint detained Thaer Muneer Bani Manah {A resident of Aqraba camp in Nablus district}.
4. Israeli forces detained Khalil Abu Ayidat Al-Khatib in Abu Dis town.

Attack

1.At 13:30, Israeli forces positioned at Qalandiya military checkpoint fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 12 residents {including 3 children} and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 16:15, Israeli forces positioned at Shu'fat Military checkpoint fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators for alleged stoning and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
3. At 17:00, Israeli forces positioned at Ras Kabsat area in Abu Dis town fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators for alleged stoning and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Israeli forces injured 12 residents {those identified are}: Ahmed Maher Al-Kharouf {19 years old}, Mahmoud Rashad Shnawi {14 years old}, Mustafa Ali Al-Salti {17 years old},Ameer Dawlat Hilis {14 years old}, Ehab Iyad Abu Latif {21 years old}, Muhammad Manadil Mohammed Moalak {16 years old}, Mohamed Mahmoud Brahman {28 years old} after opening fire towards several demonstrators near Qalandiya Military checkpoint.

Deportation

1. On May 14th 2018, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued an order preventing Ahmad Al-Awar {A Security Guard at Al-Aqsa Mosque compound} from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem for a period of 5 days as a term for his release after being detained at an earlier time.
2. On May 14th 2018, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued an order preventing Shadi Al-Matour from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem for a period of 5 days as a term for his release after being detained at an earlier time.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on April 11th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 9 nautical miles for a period of 3 months.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza , Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as result injured killed 61 residents {including 7 children and a Civil Defense force officer}, injured 1373 residents { including children, Women, Journalist and Paramedics including 54 in critical condition} and left 1397 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

• Israeli fighter jets broke the ceasefire agreement by launching missiles towards North and Gaza and Gaza district.

At 07:30 on May 14th 2018, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 60 m into the vicinity of Beit Hanun town and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 09:00.

1. At 09:00 on May 14th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town in commemorating the 70th Anniversary of Al-Nakba {Catastrophe} and protesting against the moving of the American Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and as a result killed 5 residents, injured 222 residents and left 203 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2.At 09:30 on May 14th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Beit Hanun town in commemorating the 70th Anniversary of Al-Nakba {Catastrophe} and protesting against the moving of the American Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and as a result killed 1 resident, injured 16 residents and left 40 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
3. At 14:10 on May 14th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line launched 3 tank artillery shells towards Palestinian Gunmen in east Jabaliya town.

At 09:30 on May 14th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Rafah city in commemorating the 70th Anniversary of Al-Nakba {Catastrophe} and protesting against the moving of the American Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and as a result killed 3 residents, injured 152 residents and left 154 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 14:30 on May 14th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line launched tank artillery shells towards agricultural land in east Rafah city.
