WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, detained 10 residents {including a woman} and summoned 2 residents: Faris Shafiq Obied and Mufied Obied to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Detention

1. At 08:30 on May 15th 2019, Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Khaldoun Salah {a resident of Abu Dis town}.
2. At 05:20 on May 15th 2019, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Aqsa mosque compound detained 2 residents: Hamada Hassan Taqatqa and Sultan Ahmad Taqatqa {both are residents of Beit Fajjar town in Bethlehem district}.
3. At dawn on May 15th 2019, Israeli forces detained Muhanad Khawayis after storming his home in Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
4. Israeli forces detained 10 residents: Ghadir Ameri, Yasser Darwish, Wael Mohammed Mahmoud, Mansour Mahmoud, Louay Mansour, Mahmoud Abu Riala, Malik Darwish, Mahmoud Ali Maher, Hussein Abu Rumaila and Fadi Abdullah Mahmoud. in Al-Eisawiya village.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Raid

1. At 01:55, Israeli forces raided Deir Abu Mash'al village and detained 3 children.
2. At 05:30, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ni'ma village, clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes then withdrew at 07:00.

Attack

1. At 00:15, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Mahkama Military checkpoint located near "Bet El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city opened fire towards a residents then detained him.
2. At 05:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Kafr Ni'ma village.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Hassan Baker Zahran {15 years old},Anwar Safi Ahmed Atta {15 years old}, and Mohammed Abdul Karim Zahran {15 years old} in Deir Abu Mash'al village.
2. Israeli forces positioned at Al-Mahkama Military checkpoint located near "Bet El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city detained Mohammad Imad Sa'ed Hussien.

TUBAS

Destruction of Property

On the evening of May 14th 2019, a Fire broke out in dozens of dunums of pastoral land located in the Buqai'a and Homsa areas in the northern Jordan Valley, as the Israeli occupation forces conducted training in the area. This led to the burning of large areas of grazing areas, which are mainly used for grazing cattle.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

NABLUS

Detention

At 20:15, Israeli forces positioned at Beit Furiq military checkpoint detained Ahmad Nawaf Khatatba {a resident of Beit Furiq town}.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Iskaka village bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 22:10.

Raid

At 21:45, Israeli forces raided Harris village, demolished a merchant shop owned by Abdel-Nasser Daud for allegedly being built with out a licence then withdrew at 01:30.

Detention

At 02:45, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction military checkpoint detained Abbas Hamad Mir'i {a resident of Qarwat Bani Hassan town}.

Destruction of Property

At 21:45, Israeli forces demolished a merchant shop owned by Abdel-Nasser Daud for allegedly being built with out a licence during their raid into Harris village.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 13:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Zabidat village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Jericho city, detained a resident then withdrew at 05:35.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Yusef Abu Libda in Jericho city.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city}then searched residents and vehicles.

HEBRON

Raid

At dawn on May 15th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Arrub camp, stormed and searched several homes and detained a child.

Detention

1. At 14:15, Israeli forces detained Ameen Nafith Al-Salaymiya in Jaber neighborhood in the old city of Hebron.
2. Israeli forces detained Jaber Wael Bidawi {15 years old} in Al-Arrub camp.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip and on May 6th 2019 The Israeli occupation forces allowed the increase of fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the north of Gaza and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding Khan Yunis district.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding North and Central Gaza districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 12:00 on May 14th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

KHAN YUNIS

Raid

At 11:30 on May 14th 2019,Israeli forces escorting military bulldozers stormed 50 m into the vicinity of east Khan Yunis city and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 14:30.

Detention

At 20:00 on May 14th 2019, Israeli forces detained a unidentified resident as he was attempting to climb the border fence from east Khan Yunis city into Israel.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
