DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00,14th May 2020 – 08:00,15th May 2020
1. At dawn on 14.05.2020 and again at dawn on 15.05.2020, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained 3 residents {including 2 Security Force Officers}.
2. At dawn on 14.05.2020, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and detained a resident.
1. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Ahmed Musa Arafat Mustafa {Security Force Officer}, Muhammad Nayef Saleh Obaid {Security Force Officer} and Akram Fadi Mustafa
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Adnan Obied in Abu Dis town.
At 18:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Taybeh town junction {located along Al-Mu'arajat road which connects Ramallah and Jericho districts} to search cars and check the identities of citizens.
1. At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Budrus village, clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes then withdrew at 06:00.
2. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Mughier village.
At 01:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed several homes during their raid into Budrus village.
On 14.05.2020, Israeli forces demolished a storage den {used as housing} and several tents owned by residents near Al-Taybeh town.
At dawn on 15.05.2020, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town, stormed and searched several homes after blasting open the home entrance owned by Adnan Hamasrhat {a special needs patient} using explosives and as a result left him with head injuries then proceeded to assault 3 residents leaving them hospitalized with contusions and detained a resident.
Israeli forces detained Bara Bassam Al-Shiekh Ali in Ya'bad town.

At dawn on 15.05.2020, Israeli forces assaulted 3 residents: Alaa Hamarsheh, Anas Adnan Hamarsheh, and his brother Omar. during their raid into Ya'bad town and as a result left them hospitalized with contusions.
1. At 03:30,Israeli forces closed the sub-and dirt roads leading to the town of Ya`bad and the neighboring villages (Tora al-Sharqiya, Tora al-Gharbiyya and al-Nazla), with dirt mounds and cement blocks.
2. On the morning of 15.05.2020, Israeli forces closed the eastern entrance to Ya`bad, with stones and cement blocks.
At 10:00, Israeli forces confiscated water pipe lines owned by Muwafaq Abdel-Raziq located in Al-Buqa'a area in the North Jordan valley.
At 10:00, Israeli forces demolished Livestock sheds located in Ras Al-Ahmar area of the North Jordan valley owned by Jarrah Saqr Bani Odeh.
At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village and detained a resident.
At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Jinsafut village.
1. On the evening of 14.05.2020, Israeli forces positioned at the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed by the Israeli Military} detained 2 residents {including a child}: Musa Abdul Latif Ali, 17 years old, and Ramzi Aqel.
2. Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village detained Majdi Majed Muslim Qur'an {a resident of the city of Qalqilya}.
1. At 17:40,Israeli forces tightened their procedures at the Hawara checkpoint and impeded traffic until 17:55.
2. At 21:00, Israeli forces closed Hawara checkpoint and impeded traffic in order to allow settlers to gather along the main road near Hawara town then reopened it at 21:40.
1. At 19:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beita town, detained 3 residents and confiscated their vehicle.
2. At 01:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Orif and Assira Al-Qibliya villages to search cars and check the identities of citizens.
1. At 08:30, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village until 16:50.
2. At 02:55, Israeli forces raided Deir Sharaf village.
Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at the entrance of Beita town detained 3 residents:
Bashar Abdul-Karim Merhi, Islam Hamid Muhammad Jaghoub, and Karam Al-Tayeh.
At 19:10, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at the entrance of Beita town confiscated a vehicle after detaining 3 residents from the vehicle.
At 21:00,Israeli forces closed the steel entrance gates located at Sara town junction and at the entrance of Madma village, thus impeding the free flow of traffic in order to allow settlers to gather along the main road near Hawara town then reopened it at 21:40.
On the evening of 14.05.2020, a group of Israeli settlers from "Yitshar" settlement positioned along the bypass road located near the settlement stoned several vehicles travelling along the road then attempted to raid Burin village during which local residents prevented them from entering the village and chased them away from the area.
At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Aqbat Al-Jabr camp in Jericho city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home and as a result injured a resident and then assaulted 3 others leaving them hospitalized with contusions then withdrew at 03:25.
At 02:00, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Aqbat Al-Jabr camp in Jericho city and as a result injured a resident.

At 02:00, Israeli forces assaulted 3 residents: Fathi Muhammad Raslan Muaqil, Muhammad Nader Qattam and Muhammad Hamidat during their raid into Aqbat Al-Jabr camp in Jericho city leaving them hospitalized with contusions.
1. At 08:50,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the Al-Nashash Junction (the southern entrance to the city of Bethlehem) to search cars and verify citizens ’identities until 15:00.
2. At 11:35,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Jalla city to search cars and check the identities of citizens until 13:00.
3. At 01:55,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched vehicles and checked the identities of citizens until 03:35.
On 14.05.2020, Israeli forces detained Nasser Yusef Ali Ayash {a resident of Al-Asakarat village}.
At 03:00, a group of Israeli settlers driving a vehicle stormed Teqou' town then local residents forced them to leave the area at 03:30.
At 11:00, Israeli forces set up 3 checkpoints at the south entrance of Hebron city, the north entrance of Al-Thahriya town and at the entrance of Al-Simniya village which leads to Al-Samou town.
1. At 15:30, Israeli forces positioned near the North entrance of Beit Ummar town opened fire towards a vehicle and as a result killed the driver {for allegedly running over a Israeli soldier}.
2. At 22:00, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Arrub camp fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured a child.
Israeli forces positioned near the North entrance of Beit Ummar town killed Baha Al-Din Mohammad Abdallah Al-Awawadeh {18 years old}{a resident of Deir Sammit village} after opening fire towards his vehicle.
Israeli forces injured Obiedat Imad Al-Ra'in {16 years old} during clashes near Al-Arrub camp.
• Since 19:00 on 26. 08. 2014 The permanent and comprehensive ceasefire came into effect on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings and introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, and to expand the area of fishing for 6 miles with an increase of up to 12 miles with At the end of this year, the area of the "buffer security" area will be reduced from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and the prevention of assassinations, and the remaining issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within a month of the ceasefire.

At 10:00 on 14.05.2020,Israeli gunboats opened fire towards fishermen boats while they were chasing them at sea off the shore of the Sudanese area, west of the town of Beit Lahia.
* Al-Mantar-Karni crossing: closed since 02. 03. 2011 once and for all by unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shujaiya Crossing - "Nahal Oz" fuel crossing: closed since 04. 01. 2010 by unilateral Israeli decision.
At 08:55 on 14.05.2020,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents near the border fence in east Khuz'a town located in Khan Yunis city.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: Closed.
* Sofa Crossing: Closed.
* Karam Abu Salem Crossing - "Kerem Shalom": on 14. 05. 2020 is partially open (for the introduction of food and goods, limited quantities of fuel, private sector building materials and internationally funded projects).
* Al-Awda Crossing- Rafah: on 14. 05. 2020 is open in one direction (for the return of citizens to the Gaza Strip).
