WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. On the morning of May 15th 2019, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city and served military orders for the demolition of an the additional building at the old headquarters of the Popular Committee for Camp Services, and the third floor of the youth center in the camp,for allegedly being built with out licenses.
2. On May 15th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and served military orders for the demolition of 20 homes and buildings or allegedly being built with out licenses.

Detention

On May 15th 2019, Israeli forces positioned at Bab Al-Amoud area in Jerusalem city detained Yazen Adam Siyam {a resident of Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city}.

Temporary Detention

On May 15th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city imposed a home detention sentence on Ghadier Omari {a resident of Al-Eisawiya village} for a period of 5 days as well as fining her 10000 NIS as a condition for her release after being detained at an earlier time.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

Since May 6 2019,the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians from 10:00 until 22:00 daily during which the checkpoint will be open from 07:00 until 22:00 for those entering Ramallah and Al-Bireh cities.

Raid

1. At dawn on May 15th 2019, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ni'ma village and detained 2 children.
2. At 05:20 on May 15th 2019, Israeli forces raided Kobar town and Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village then detained 4 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 children: Mohammed Mufid Abu 'Adi {15 years old}, and his brother Ahmad {16 years old}.

2. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Ahmad Ra'fat al-Ghazzawi {resident of Kobar town}, Mohammed Faisal Daouda {a resident of Mazra'a al-Gharbiya village}, Yazen Ahmad Abu Qaraa {a resident of Mazra'a al-Gharbiya village} and Muhammad Ali Shriteh {a resident of Mazra'a al-Gharbiya village} in Kobar town and Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village

JENIN

Raid

At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Qabatiya town, detained a resident then withdrew at 04:25.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ali Yusef Nassar Kamil in Qabatiya town.

TUBAS

Military Checkpoints

At 09:00, Israeli Military intensified their restrictions at Tayassir Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Assaults on Property

At 07:00 on May 15th 2019, the Israeli military forced 15 families out of their home in Khirbeit Humsat Al-Foqa area located in the North Jordan valley region from 07:00 until 14:00 on May 15th 2019 for alleged military training in the area {which was based on a prior military order given to local residents}.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 02:15, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Aqbat Hasna town {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 13:15.

Raid

At dawn on May 15th 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town and detained a resident after storming and searching his home.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Ahmad Al-Issat in Beit Fajjar town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip and on May 6th 2019 The Israeli occupation forces allowed the increase of fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the north of Gaza and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by launching tank artillery shells and opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts as a result residents injured 66 residents {including a fisherman} and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Gaza districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 08:00 on May 15th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 13:00 on May 15th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town during the march of return and as a result injured 8 residents in all Gaza strip districts and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
3. At 21:20 on May 15th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 8 unidentified residents during clashes in east Jabaliya town.

Detention

At 17:00 on May 15th 2019, Israeli forces detained a unidentified residents as he attempted to climb the border fence in east Gaza into Israel.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

1.At 11:40 on May 15 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza city and as a result injured a fisherman.
2. At 13:00 on May 15th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city during the march of return and as a result injured 16 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

1.Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards a fishing boat off the shores of Gaza city and injured Murad Al-Hassi {a resident of Al-Shata camp in Gaza city}.
2. Israeli forces injured 16 unidentified residents during clashes in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

1. At 10:15 on May 15th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Buriej camp.
2. At 13:00 on May 15th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Al- Buriej camp during the march of return and as a result injured 14 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 14 unidentified residents during clashes in east east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 13:00 on May 15th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 17 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 17 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.

Attack

At 13:00 on May 15th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Rafah city participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 10 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 10 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Rafah city.
