WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Anata town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Jib village then searched residents and vehicles until 19:35.

Raid

1.At 12:10, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and served a military order to halt construction on a storage den for allegedly being built without a license.
2. At 15:20, Israeli forces raided Qalandiya camp, served a military order for the demolition of a supermarket owned by Hassan Khalifa for allegdly being built without a license.
3. At 03:35, Israeli forces raided Hizma town and detained a child.

Detention

1. On May 1st 2019, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ziyad Al-Matour and Adham Al-Matour in Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.
2. At 15:30, Israeli forces detained Ibrahim Al-Taweel in Jerusalem city.
3. Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Yasser Kan'an Al-Khatib {15 years old} in Hizma town.

Assaults on Property

At 15:30, Israeli forces closed "Fast Lane" Print shop owned by Ibrahim Al-Taweel in Jerusalem city.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On May 1st 2019,the Israeli occupation forces reopened Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city for all civilians for 24 hours daily except for Saturdays during which the checkpoint will be open from 22:00 until 10:00 on Sunday.

Raid

1. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Safa village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes, summoned 2 residents: Alaa Abdel-Azziz Radi Nasser and Firas Farah Falnat to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
2. At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Kobar town, stormed a home and confiscated a vehicle.
3. At 03:50, Israeli forces raided Ramallah city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes, detained a resident then withdrew at 03:55.
4. At dawn on May 2nd 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Mughier village and detained a resident.
5. At dawn on May 2nd 2019, Israeli forces raided Shuqba village then stormed and searched a home.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Mahdi Saed Karajat in Safa village.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Majed Adwan in Ramallah city.
3. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Mustafa Abu Aliya in Al-Mughier village.

Attack

1. At 01:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Safa village.
2. At 03:50, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Ramallah city.

Confiscation of Property

At 02:50, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by the family of Mu'tasim Munir Al-Barghouthi {a Palestinian Detainee} in Kobar town.

Settlers Attacks

At 10:55, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Burqa village and uprooted 25 Olive trees owned by Sayel Saleem Ibrahim Mutan.

JENIN

Raid

1. On the evening of May 1st 2019, Israeli forces raided Marka village and detained a resident.
2. At dawn on May 2nd 2019, Israeli forces raided Jenin and its camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes and detained a resident in Jenin camp.
3. At dawn on May 2nd 2019, Israeli forces raided Silat Al-Thaher town then stormed and searched a home.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Ali Nafa' Musa in Markat village.
2. Israeli forces detained Ibrahim Mustafa Al-Qaniri in Jenin camp.

Attack

At dawn on May 2nd 2019, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Jenin city and its camp.

TUBAS

Military Checkpoints

At 19:40, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Tayassir military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 10:00, Israeli forces raided Deir Al-Ghosoun town until 10:25.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles until 20:45.

Raid

At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city, detained a resident then withdrew at 04:35.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Abdel-Rahman Jamal Al-Hatouri in Qalqiliya city.

Land Levelling

At 19:25, Israeli forces stormed Kafr Qaddum village and leveled a plot of agricultural land owned by Nathmi Obied {a resident of Kafr Qaddum village}.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Sarifi area {located at the east entrance of Nablus city} then searched residents and vehicles until 14:35.
2. At 14:40 and again at 18:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beita town junction then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 21:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qabalan town then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 21:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 02:10.
2. At 02:25, Israeli forces raided Beit Furiq town and detained 3 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Suhayeb Bishkar and Abdel-Rahim Bishkar in Nablus city.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Louay Emad Abdel-Qader Al-Haj Mohammed, Arqem Atef Mohamed Hanani, and Ziad Abdel Rahim Hanani in Beit Furiq town.

Settlers Attacks

At 12:30, a group of Israeli settlers from "Yitzhar" settlement stoned several vehicles travelling along the bypass road near the settlement and as a result damaged and shattered the windshield of a Palestinian National Security Force vehicle.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 14:50.
2. At 16:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles until 17:30.
3. At 20:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Jinata town junction then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.

Raid

At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 04:35.

Attack

At 01:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Teqou' town.

HEBRON

Raid

1. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Sa'ir town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 02:00.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Arroub camp and detained 3 residents.
3. At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Hebron city then stormed and searched several homes.
4. At 04:35, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and detained 3 residents {including a Palestinian Police Officer}.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mohammed Hazem Najah al-Masri - {a residents of Aqaba villag in Tubas district}, Qais Alaeddin Yaghi, and Ahmad Alaeddin Yaghi in Al-Arrub camp.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Karam Ziad Shehdeh Abu Sarah {a Palestinian Police officer}, Ahmed Nasri Rashid Sbararna, and Hammad Ahmad Hammad Abu Maria in Beit Ummar town.

At 00:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Sa'ir town.

House Demolition

1. At 09:50, Israeli forces demolished a residential tent owned by Hussien Radi Al-Nua'ja in Susiya village located in south east Yatta town.
2. At 12:00, Israeli forces demolished a a home {100 m2} owned by Jibril Mahmoud Al-Adrat in Al-Dirat area located in east Yatta town

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip and on April 1st 2019 allowed the increase of fishing area from Al-Waha area which is located northwest o Beit Lahiya town in the northern Gaza Strip and up to the port of Gaza to 6 nautical miles , increase from the port of Gaza and to Wadi Gaza to 12 nautical miles, Gaza and up to Khan Yunis beach to 15 nautical miles, and from Khan Yunis beach and south of Rafah beach to 12 nautical miles and on April 30th 2019 reduced the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles.
•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.
•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by raiding Gaza District.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district and as a result injured a fisherman.
• Israeli Air force broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 3 missiles towards North Gaza district.
•Palestinian gunmen broke the cease fire agreement by launching projectiles towards the Green Line.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 07:50 on May 1st 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North West Beit Lahiya town and as a result injured a fisherman then detained 2 fishermen after confiscating their fishing boat.
2. At 10:45 on May 1st 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
3. At 06:40 on May 1st 2019, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

Air Strike

1. At 03:15 on May 2nd 2019, Israeli aircraft launched 2 missiles towards Palestinian Gunmen sites in North West Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 03:35 on May 2nd 2019, Israeli aircraft launched 3 missiles towards Palestinian Gunmen sites in North West Beit Lahiya town.

Injuries

Israeli Naval vessels injured Mohammad Bashir Abu Rayala {a resident of Al-Shata camp in Gaza city} after opening fire towards his fishing boat off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North West Beit Lahiya town.

Detention

Israeli Naval forces detained 2 fishermen: Hazem Saleh Abu Riala and Khalid Khalid Rajab Abu Riala (residents of Shati camp in Gaza City) off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North West Beit Lahiya town .

Confiscation of Property

At 07:50 on May 1st 2019,Israeli Naval vessels confiscated a Palestinian fishing boat owned by Salah Mohammad Abu Rayala after chasing it off the shores of Al-Waha area located in North West Beit Lahiya town and detained 2 fishermen .

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Raid

At 10:30 on May 1st 2019, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 70m into the vicinity of east of Jahir Al-Dik town located in south east Gaza city and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 15:00.

Attack

At 10:30 on May 1st 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents in east Jahir Al-Dik town located in south east Gaza city.

Palestinian Attacks

At 05:35 on May 2nd 2019, Palestinian gunmen launched 2 projectiles towards the Green Line.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 09:15 on May 1st 2019, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
