WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Detention

1. At 09:00, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Fuad Hamouda – a resident of Jerusalem.
2. At 10:00, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Amir Belbeisi – a resident of Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem.
3. At 11:00, the Israeli occupation forces detained 2 citizens – a resident of Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem: Imad Al-Zaatari and Amir Al-Hadra.
4. At 17:00, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Mansour Abu Gharbia, in Bab Al-Amoud area in Jerusalem.

Temporary Detention

At 21:00, the Israeli occupation authorities in the city of Jerusalem issued a decision imposing house arrest on the citizen: Amin Askar (one of the guards of Al-Aqsa Mosque) - residents of the city of Jerusalem, for a period of 5 days, as a condition for his release, after they detained him earlier near the Amoud Gate in Jerusalem.

Deportation

1. At 09:00, the Israeli occupation authorities in the city of Jerusalem issued a decision to deport the female citizen: Zeinat Abu Sobeih (head of the guards department at Al-Aqsa Mosque) - residents of Al-Quds City, for 6 days, from Al-Aqsa Mosque, after summoning her for questioning at the Israeli police station.
2. At 12:00, the Israeli occupation authorities in the city of Jerusalem issued a decision to deport the citizen: Murad Ghazi Al-Abbasi - residents of the Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem, for a period of 14 days, as a condition for his release after they arrested him earlier.
3. At 15:00, the Israeli occupation authorities in the city of Jerusalem issued a decision to deport the journalist: Baraa Shalodi - residents of the city of Jerusalem, for a period of 6 days from Al-Aqsa Mosque.

House Demolition

At 17:00, the Israeli occupation forces demolished a two-storey house in Beit Safafa village, owned by: Muhammad Judeh and Yazid Tina, under the pretext of not having a license.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, groups of Israeli extremist settlers, under the protection of the occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and made provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:50, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Ras Karkar village, to search vehicles and check citizens' identities until 15:35.
2. At 18:50, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Deir Nidham village, to search vehicles and check citizens' identities until 20:45.

Raid

1. At 16:10 and again at 02:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Silwad, clashed with the citizens, while they were on patrol and detained a citizen.
2. At 17:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Turmusaya and detained a citizen.
3. At 18:45, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beit Liqya, and detained a citizen.
4. At 02:45, the Israeli occupation forces raided al-Jalazun camp, and stormed and searched a house.
5. At 03:20, the Israeli occupation forces raided Ramallah and Beituniya, and detained a citizen in the city.

Detention

1. At 21:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at the entrance to Deir Abu Mishaal village, detained the citizen: Nasser Hassan Atta.
2. The detainee in Silwad town is: Ahmed Hassan Abu Daoud - resident of Balata refugee camp in Nablus city.
3. The detainee in the town of Turmusaya is: Youssef Raed Atallah Hamed.
4. The detainee in the town of Beit Laqya is: Thaer Muhammad Ali Badr.
5. The detainee in the city of Ramallah is: Raed Shawamra.

Attack

At 16:10, the Israeli occupation forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning during their raid into the town of Silwad.

JENIN

Detention

At 22:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at the "Mofu Dotan" checkpoint detained 3 citizens: Anwar Hamed Ibrahim Abu Bakr, Arab Khaled Qabha, and Arafat Fayez Amarneh.

TUBAS

Confiscation of Property

At 13:35 on 05/ 25/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces confiscated 6 residential tents, partitions and a fence for farmers, in the Ain al-Maita area in the northern Jordan Valley (in addition to what was mentioned in the previous report).

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 01:15, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Shufa checkpoint, and obstructed traffic until 03:25.

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:05, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Saida village, to search vehicles and check citizens' identities until 12:05.

Raid

At 02:50, the Israeli occupation forces raided Saida village, detained a citizen, and withdrew at 03:55.

Detention

The detainee in the village of Sidon is: Zaid Maher Al-Ashqar.

QALQILIYA

Raid

At 03:05, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Qalqilya, detained 6 civilians, and withdrew at 05:00.

Detention

1. At 05:15 on 05/ 25/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces detained the citizen: Ahmed Mahmoud Owainat Shreim during their raid into Qalqilya city (in addition to what was mentioned in the previous report).
2. The six detainees in the city of Qalqilya are: Anas Malik Daoud, Erbakan Muhammad Tabsiya, Muhammad Khadraj, Muhammad Khader, Basem Muhammad Sa`sa, and Baraa Iyad Hammad.

Attack

1. At 19:40, the Israeli occupation forces in charge of guarding the racist separation wall near the town of Jayyous fired live ammunition, rubber-coated metal bullets, and stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning and as a result injured a child.
2. At 21:55, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the entrance to the town of Azzun fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.

Injuries

The child: Ismael Ghassan Al-Deek, 16 years old was injured during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces near the apartheid wall near the town of Jayyous.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 09:25, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Beit Furik checkpoint, and obstructed traffic until 10:10.

Raid

At 01:50, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Hawara, detained a citizen, and withdrew at 03:30.

Detention

The detainee in the town of Hawara is: Muhammad Lafi Odeh.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 13:55, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near the entrance to the village of Madama, and then removed the Palestinian flags hanging in the place.
2. At 15:25, a group of Israeli settlers carrying Israeli flags was present on the main street in the center of Hawara town, and closed the street to traffic during which the Israeli occupation forces intervened and fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens, while they were trying to confront the settlers and as a result injured a citizen and left 51 others suffocated due to tear gas inhalation, and withdrew at 16:40.

Attack

1. At 15:25, the Israeli occupation forces positioned on the main street in the center of Hawara town fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens, while they were trying to confront a group of Israeli settlers who closed the street to traffic carrying Israeli flags and as a result injured a citizen and left 51 other civilians suffocated due to tear gas inhalation.
2. At 15:55, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the vicinity of Hawara Checkpoint, fired rubber-coated metal bullets towards a citizen, as a result left him injured
3. At 22:30, the Israeli occupation forces positioned on the main street in the center of Hawara town fired live ammunition towards at a child and as a result left him hospitalized with wounds at the Governmental Hospital in Nablus.

Injuries

1. The wounded man during confrontations with the occupation forces on the main street in the center of the town of Hawara (their names are not known).
2. The wounded man in the vicinity of the Hawara checkpoint is: Mahmoud Jabr Hajj Muhammad.
3. The child: Hamdallah Abdul Karim Al-Safadi, 17 years old - a resident of the village of Urif was injured after he was shot by Israeli occupation forces in the center of the town of Hawara.

Closure of main Roads

At 18:25, the Israeli occupation forces closed the bypass road passing by the settlement of "Yitzhar", in front of traffic, under the pretext that a group of Israeli settlers were present on the road, and reopened it at 20:50.

SALFIT

Confiscation of Property

1. At 12:45, the Israeli occupation forces confiscated a bulldozer owned by: Khaled Dawoud Abu al-Khair in Sarta village.
2. At 14:40,the Israeli occupation forces confiscated a bulldozer in the town of Bruqin while it was maintaining a water pipeline between the towns of Bruqin and Kafr al-Dik.

Settlers Attacks

At 23:00, a group of Israeli settlers was located in the vicinity of the Za'tara Junction Checkpoint, and threw stones at vehicles of citizens passing through the checkpoint.

JERICHO

Military Checkpoints

At 09:25, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Hamra checkpoint, and photographed the vehicles heading to Jericho Governorate, which led to obstruction of traffic until 13:45.

Raid

1. At 13:55, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Al-Nuweima, confiscated a bulldozer belonging to the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, and detained an employee of the Ministry of Public Works, and withdrew at 14:00.
2. At 17:55, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Al-Auja, and stormed and searched a number of houses (under construction).
3. At 01:55, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Jericho, and stormed and searched a house.

Detention

The detainee in the village of Al-Nuweima is: Muntasir Al-Akhras (an employee of the Ministry of Public Works).

Confiscation of Property

At 13:55, the Israeli occupation forces confiscated a bulldozer belonging to the Ministry of Public Works during their raid into Al-Nuweima village.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 07:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the southern entrance to the town of Nahalin, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.

Raid

1. At dawn on 05/ 26/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Husan, and detained a citizen.
2. At 12:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Doha, clashed with the citizens, while they were on patrol, and withdrew at 14:10.
3. At 18:50, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Tekoa, clashed with the citizens, while they were on patrol, and withdrew at 19:30.

Detention

The detainee in the village of Husan is: Othman Muhammad Othman Sabateen.

Attack

1. At 12:30, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards for alleged stoning while on patrol during their raid into town of Doha.
2. At 18:30, the Israeli occupation forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning while on patrol during their raid into town of Tekoa.

Settlement Activities

At 11:40, the Israeli occupation forces razed an area of agricultural land from the citizens (confiscated several months ago) owned by the citizens: Abd al-Rahman Hamdan and Muhammad Ibrahim Abu Luha, with the aim of establishing a parking lot for vehicles near the al-Jabmah military checkpoint.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the junction of Ziv village, to search vehicles and check citizens' identities until 15:00.
2. At 19:25, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Al-Fawwar camp, to search vehicles and check citizens' identities until 20:15.

Raid

1. At 02:45, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Al-Shuyoukh, and conducted the patrol until 04:55.
2. At 04:10, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Sa'ir, and detained 9 civilians (including 2 children).
3. At 05:05, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Bani Naim, and detained 3 civilians (including 2 brothers).
4. At 05:55, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Yatta, and detained 2 civilians.

Detention

1. At 20:10, the Israeli occupation forces detaiend the citizen: Mahmoud Idais, southeast of the town of Yatta, in Al-Jawaya gathering, southeast of Yatta.
2. The 9 detainees in the town of Sa’ir are: Omar Hamdan Jaradat, Abdel Moneim Khalil Yassin Jaradat, his son - Basel 15 years old, Jihad Omar Jaradat, and his son - age 14, Saad Nimr Ajaj Al-Farroukh, Bashar Idris Nadi Al-Motower, Shehadeh Mahmoud Al-Motwer, and his son - Murad.
3. The 3 detainees in the town of Bani Naim are: Baraa Mazen Ballout, Assem Ali Ballout, and his brother Muhammad.
4. The two detainees in Yatta are: Bashir Al-Akal and Anas Ali Al-Jabour.

Closure of main Roads

At 14:00, the Israeli occupation forces closed the entrance to the Nabi Younis area (on the main road, Hebron - Bethlehem), to traffic, and reopened it at a later time.

Settlers Attacks

At 12:50, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near the junction of Ziv village, and threw stones at the homes of citizens in the area.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the cease-fire agreement by firing from their positions on the Green Line in the Gaza and Central Gaza governorates, and by gunboats firing at fishermen's boats at sea in the northern Gaza and Khan Yunis governorates.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 05/25/ 2022, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them).

Attack

1. At 20:15 on 05/ 25/ 2022, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen’s boats while they were chasing them in the open sea off the coast of the Sudaniya area, west of the town of Beit Lahia.
2. At 02:20 on 05/ 26/2022, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen’s boats while chasing them in the open sea off the coast of Al-Sudaniah area, west of the town of Beit Lahia.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 09:30 on 05/25/2022, the Israeli occupation forces opened fire and fired tear gas canisters from their positions on the Green Line, towards a number of citizens near the border fence east of Al-Shuja’iya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

1. At 09:00 on 05/ 25/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces opened fire and fired tear gas canisters from their positions on the Green Line, towards a number of citizens near the border fence east of Al-Maghazi camp.
2. At 00:45 on 05/ 25/ 2022, the Israeli occupation forces opened fire and fired tear gas canisters from their positions on the Green Line, towards a number of citizens near the border fence east of Al-Bureij camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 15:15 on 05/ 25 /2022, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen's boats while chasing them at sea off the shore of Khan Yunis.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: on 05/25/ 2022 is partially open (for the entry of foodstuffs and goods, limited quantities of fuel and cooking gas, and building materials for the private sector and for internationally funded projects).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 05/25/ 2022 is open in both directions (for citizens to leave and enter).
