JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 17:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town until 21:20.
2. At 02:40, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town.

Detention

1.On May 4th 2017, Israeli forces detained Hassan Ghanim {A school principle at Beit Hanina Secondary school} in Beit Hanina town.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces detained the child Na'im Ashayer {A resident of Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city}.
3. At 21:30, Israeli forces detained Ali Al-Natsha {A resident of the Old city of Jerusalem}.

House Demolition

1. At 12:50, Israeli forces demolished a Apartment building {consisting of 4 Apartments} owned by Mohammad Khalil Abu Sabatin and Rami Musa Al-Sayad in Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city for allegedly being built with out a licence.
2. At 12:50, Israeli forces demolished a home owned by Ashraf Fuwaqat in Sur Baher village for allegedly being built without a licence.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem and provoked worshiper.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ras Kar Kar village then searched residents and vehicles until 09:00.
2. At 13:30 and again at 18:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village, temporarily detained 2 residents: Ramzi Al-Tamimi and Muhanad Taysir Al-Tamimi then released then at 20:30
3. At 10:45 and again at 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Atarah town bridge then searched residents and vehicles and detained a resident.
4. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoint at the entrances of Abboud town an d Deir Ibzi' village then searched residents and vehicles until 18:30.
5. At 22:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Um Safa village then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.

Raid

1. At 19:00, Israeli forces raided Ein Qiniya village then stormed and searched a home.
2. At 23:55, Israeli forces raided Ras Kar Kar village and stormed a wedding Hall.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint along Atarah town bridge detained Taha Hussien Odah Al-Barghouthi.

Attack

At 18:40, Israeli forces positioned near the wall gate located in south Al-Bireh city fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Temporary Detention

At 18:50, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village temporarily detained 2 residents: Ramzi Al-Tamimi and Muhanad Tayseer Al-Tamimi then released them at 20:30.

JENIN

Detention

On May 3rd 2017, Israeli forces detained 2 residents {including a child}: Adham Ahmad Suliman Qarqissh (16 years old) and Mohammad Taher Abu Ali near a flying checkpoint in Qabatiya town.

TUBAS

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bardalah village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 12:00, Israeli forces raided Bardala village, clashed with several residents and as a result left 2 residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation and temporarily detained 2 residents: Mahmoud Talib Sawafta and Azziz Talib Sawafta then released them at a later time and withdrew at 13:30.

Temporary Detention

At 12:00, Israeli forces temporarily detained 2 resiednts: Mahmoud Talib Sawafta and Azziz Talib Sawafta during their raid into Bardala village then released them at a later time.

Attack

At 12:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Bardala village and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Lid town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At dawn on May 4th 2017, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and detained 2 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Jihad Abdel-Azziz Al-Shafi'i and Zuhri Yasser Abdel-Rahman Afawi in Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

Raid

1. At 16:05, Israeli forces raided Jit village then stormed 2 homes.
2. At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya city and Azzun town, clashed with several residents in Azzun town then withdrew at 05:50.

Attack

At 24:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Azzun town.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beita town junction then searched residents and vehicles until 12:10.

Raid

1. At 22:50, Israeli forces raided Osarin village , stormed 3 homes then withdrew at 00:45.
2. At dawn on May 5th 2017, Israeli forces raided Askar camp in Nablus city and detained 3 residents.

Detention

1.At 17:20, Israeli forces positioned at Huwwara Military checkpoint detained Nader Adel Suliman {A National Security Force officer}{A resident of Kafr Qalil village}.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Sameh Abu Kishek, Abboud Al-Samer and Khalil Al-Hamzawi in Askar camp in Nablus city.

Settlers Attacks

At 14:30, Israeli settlers stormed Sabastiya village and Al-Masaudiya area in Burqa village then withdrew at a later time.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 11:20, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara junction checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 14:30.

Detention

At 17:20, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction checkpoint detained Thaer Mahmoud Salim Assaf {A National Security Force Officer}.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 14:45.
2. At 14:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east and West entrances of Husan village thus preventing residents and vehicles from entering or exiting until 16:25.
3. At 15:50, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the North and West entrances of Teqou 'thus preventing residents and vehicles from entering or exiting until 17:30.

Raid

1. At 01:05, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town and detained 2 residents including a child.
2. At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Husan village, handed leaflets {threatening residents with arrest and collective punishment if stone throwing towards Israeli settler vehicle continued} then withdrew at 02:00.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mustafa Jamal Hussien Al-Din {17 years old} and Ziyad Talib Al-Din in Teqou' town.

Attack

1. At 17:30, Israeli forces positioned in the vicinity of Billal Bin Rabah mosque located in North Bethlehem city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning { as they were participating in demonstrations in solidarity with Palestinian detainees and demanding the return of Palestinian corpses held by the Israeli Military} and as a result injured 2 journalists and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 19:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several children for alleged stoning near Ayda camp.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 residents Hafith Al-Hashlamoun and Omar Al-Hashlamoun {Both Journalists} during confrontations near Billal Bin Rabah mosque located in North Bethlehem city.

House Demolition

On the morning of May 4th 2017, Israeli forces demolished a home owned by Wael Mahmoud Ibrahim Hamayda for allegedly being built without a license during their raid into Al-Walaja village.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Einun village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Yunis area {located along the main road connecting Hebron and Bethlehem} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 11:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Samou' town, stormed and searched 2 homes, a vehicle spare parts shop and a livestock Den, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 14:45.
2. At 15:05, Israeli forces raided Ithna town and stormed a home.

Attack

1. On the morning of May 4th 2017, Israeli forces positioned at {Al-Mafiya} Military checkpoint located between Al-Rajabi and Jaber neighborhoods in the old city of Hebron opened fire towards Mohammad Zakariya Al-Salaymah for allegedly attempting to stab a Israeli soldier then detained him.
2. At 24:00, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Arub camp fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Detention

1. At 24:00 on May 3rd 2017, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Castro Abu Hamad and Mohammad Sadeq Abu Hamad during their raid into Hebron city.
2. At dawn on May 4th 2017, Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mohammad Jibril Al-Amour, Ammer Ismail Abu Naffar and Sadam Yasser Abu Arram during their raid into Yatta town.
3. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Abdel-Qadder Al-Rifa'i Al-Daghamin and Mohammad Ibrahim Al-Daghamin in Al-Samou' town.
4. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Zakariya Al-Salaymah after they opened fire towards him as he allegedly attempted to stab a Israeli soldier positioned at {Al-Mafiya} Military checkpoint located between Al-Rajabi and Jaber neighborhoods in the old city of Hebron .

At 18:55, Israeli forces closed the steel gate located at the entrance of Beit Einoun village and impeded the free flow of traffic.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports and on May 3rd 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south boarder of the Gaza strip.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is closed on May 2nd 2017 for the 69th Independence day for the state of Israel { with the exception of medical emergencies and Humanitarian cases.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
