WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Hizma town, stormed and searched 6 homes and a gas station, detained 2 residents and confiscated a computer from the family home of Rami Matawi {who was killed by Israeli forces}.
2. At dawn on May 7th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained 3 children.

Detention

1. At 16:20, Israeli forces positioned at Qalandiya Military checkpoint detained Rafiqa Abdallah Ishtaya {A resident of Salem village in Nablus district} for allegedly carrying a knife as she passed through the checkpoint.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Khalid Mustafa Nazal and Adel Issam Al-Khatib in Hizma village.
3. Israeli forces detained 3 children: Yousef Khalil Mustafa {15 years old}, Ahmed Abdel Raouf Mahmoud {16 years old}
, and Tariq Firas Mustafa {16 years old} in Al-Eisawiya village.

Attack

At 17:50, Israeli forces positioned at Qalandiya military checkpoint fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Confiscation of Property

At 04:00, Israeli forces confiscated a computer from the family home of Rami Matawi {who was killed by Israeli forces} during their raid into Hizma town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

At 16:10,Israeli forces closed Al-Mahkama Military checkpoint located near "Bet El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city and impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening it at 16:50.

Raid

1. At 19:05, Israeli forces raided Beituniya town until 19:45.
2.At 23:25, Israeli forces raided Turmus'ya town, stormed "Ayoush cafe"and confiscated surveillance camera footage then withdrew at 23:50.

Attack

1. At 10:45, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Al-Jalazoun camp fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators for alleged stoning and as a result injured a child.
2. At 17:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Al-Bireh city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured the child: Foad Radad Al-Atrash {14 years old} during clashes near the entrance of Al-Jalazoun camp.

Temporary Detention

At 15:05, Israeli forces positioned near "Pesagot" settlement located in east Al-Bireh city temporarily detained 2 residents:
Hadi Abdul Ghafer Al-Salwadi, and Nizar Mohammad Yaqoub Al-Nubani then released them at 17:30.

Confiscation of Property

At 23:25, Israeli forces confiscated surveillance camera footage after storming "Ayoush cafe" during their raid into Turmus'aya town.

JENIN

Raid

At 04:45, Israeli forces raided Jenin camp and detained 2 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Hashem Sameer Sulait and Abdul Rahman Salah Hussein Turkman in Jenin camp.

TUBAS

Temporary Detention

At 09:25, Israeli forces positioned near Attouf village temporarily detained Ahmad Sadeq {Head of Atouf village council} then released him at a later time.

Assaults on Property

On May 6th 2018, Israeli forces stormed Humsat area in the North Jordan valley region and dug a water well.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 15:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 16:45.

Raid

At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city until 04:20.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:30 and again at 00:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 01:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Jayyous town and Kafr Jamal village then searched residents and vehicles.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba'a area located near the entrance of Tel village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Salem village then stormed and searched 8 homes.
2. At dawn on May 7th 2018, Israeli forces raided Nablus city.

SALFIT

Raid

At 05:00, Israeli forces raided Qarwat Bani Hassan town, detained 5 residents and summoned Sa'id Ribhi Mir'i to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Ayoub Ahmed Mohamed Mar'i, Jamal Abdel Aziz Mari, Ayman Amin Mar'i, Mohamed Azat Mer'i, and Mohamed Amin Mar'in during their raid into Qarwat Bani Hassan town.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:20 and again at 18:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 00:20.

Attack

At 13:00, Israeli forces positioned near Aqbat Jaber camp fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages in Bethlehem district} and detained a child.

Raid

At 07:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town and detained 3 residents {including a child}.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint at Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages in Bethlehem district} detained the child: Mohammad Mahmoud Musa Thawib {17 years old}{A resident of Za'tra town}.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Nasrallah Ibrahim Sabeeh {15 years old}, Khaled Jamil Abu Samra Dadaoua, and Jamal Alqam in Al-Khader town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Fuwar camp junction and impeded the free flow of traffic after closing the main gate entrance located in the area then reopened it at 12:30.

Raid

1. At 02:15, Israeli forces raided Ruq'a area in Yatta town, stormed and searched a home and a vehicle repair garage.
2. At 07:30, Israeli forces raided Halhul town and detained a child.
3. At dawn on May 7th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Arroub camp and detained 2 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Hani Jahshan {17 years old} in Halhul town.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Imad Al-Jundi and Mohammed Abu Rayain Al-Arub camp.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on April 11th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 9 nautical miles for a period of 3 months.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opened fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza , Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as a result killed 1 resident and injured a child.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 07:30 on May 6th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in West Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 16:00 on May 6th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards demonstrators located in east Al-Jabaliya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 12:00 on May 6th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards demonstrators located in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 15:00 on May 6th 2018, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canister towards demonstrators located in east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 10:00 on May 6th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canister towards demonstrators in east Khuz'a town located in east Khan Yunis city and as a result killed 2 residents and injured a child.

Killings

Israeli forces killed 2 residents: Bahaa Abdel Rahman Qadih {23 years old}, and Mohammed Khaled Abu Rida {20 years old} during clashes in in east Khuz'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified residents during clashes in in east Khuz'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.

At 15:00 on May 6th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards demonstrators located in Al-Nahda neighborhood in Rafah city.
